Abstract

This research investigates comparing traditional and modern teaching methods in Islamic religious education at the ABFA Pamekasan International Education Institute. Traditional teaching methods are characterized by an authoritative approach that emphasizes the teacher's role as the main source of knowledge. In contrast, modern teaching methods emphasize interactivity, collaboration, and the use of technology to increase student involvement in learning. This research method uses a comparative qualitative approach by observing classes that apply both teaching methods, conducting interviews with teachers and students, and analyzing educational documents such as lesson plans. Data were analyzed to identify the effectiveness of each method in facilitating a deep understanding of Islamic religious teachings and student responses to learning. The main findings show that modern teaching methods tend to be more effective in increasing student engagement and facilitating an applicable understanding of Islamic religious values. Students respond positively to interactive approaches and the use of technology in learning. However, challenges such as access to technology and local cultural context also influence the implementation of effective teaching methods. The results of this research significantly contribute to the development of Islamic teaching strategies in modern educational environments, by emphasizing the importance of adapting teaching methods according to student needs and prevailing traditional values. The practical implications of this research can help improve the quality of Islamic religious education at the ABFA Pamekasan International Education Institute and the like.

Abstract

The younger generation will continue to grow up with unlimited access to digital technology and have different thinking patterns from previous generations. If it is not balanced with knowledge, it will easily become an instant generation. Digital literacy is needed in this situation to search, find, classify and understand accurate and relevant information. One of the difficulties of the digital literacy era is negative content. For example, material related to various issues and concerns related to SARA, which often triggers various horizontal conflicts between citizens or communities and various issues both on a local and global scale. Digital literacy must go hand in hand with individual capacity to access the internet, especially information and communication technology, so that everyone can understand it completely and there is no gap in understanding due to only obtaining one-sided information. Digital literacy plays an important role in improving students' skills in this digital era. . This really allows generations already at various levels of education to gain the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in the world of education and their future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pada penggunaan model problem based learning disertai scaffolding berbantuan media komik fisika terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental dengan desain Pretest-Postest Control Grup Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing 20 orang di MA Al-Islamiyah 1 Sumber Batu Pamekasan. Dari perolehan nilai pretest dan posttest dilakukan uji prasyarat, analisis uji hipotesis perhitungannya menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Dari hasil uji hipotesis penguasaan konsep siswa diketahui signifikansi 0,005 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Adapun hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan nilai pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 0,7149 dengan kategori tinggi. Dari analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan model Problem Based Learning Disertai Scaffolding Berbantuan Media Komik Fisika Terhadap Penguasaan Konsep Siswa Fisika SMA lebih efektif dengan nilai effect size sebesar 0,950 dengan kategori tinggi.

Abstract

The concept of marketing strategies that Islamic educational institutions can apply to increase visibility, attractiveness, and success in attracting the interest of prospective students. Marketing strategies in this context include the use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to expand their reach, interact with potential audiences, and build a strong and recognizable brand, educational content marketing for example, content about the excellence of Islamic education, student achievement, or interesting extracurricular activities, and a community approach through collaboration with local and global communities, Islamic educational institutions can build strong relationships and expand their networks. The study also evaluates the challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions in implementing modern marketing strategies and provides suggestions for overcoming these obstacles.
