Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi fungsi komposisi dan invers fungsi kelas X di MA. Azzubair Pamekasan. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA di MA.Azzubair yang diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 6 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Tes dianalisis berdasarkan indikator pemecahan masalah yang terdiri dari empat aspek yaitu, memahami masalah, menyusun rencana, melaksanakan rencana, dan memeriksa kembali jawaban. Hasil analisis tes kemudian dikonversikan dalam kategori hasil belajar yaitu, terdapat dua peserta didik yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, tiga peserta didik yang termasuk kategori tinggi, dan satu peserta didik termasuk kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya dalam kelompok kecil, keterampilan peserta didik menyelesaikan soal fungsi komposisi dan invers fungsi menunjukkan kemajuan yang baik dengan berdampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIPA di MA.Azzubair.

Abstract

Teacher is very important aspect in the teaching learning process. The success of students in obtaining knowledge when studying at class is strongly influenced by their teacher as a facilitator of learning and a person who transfer his knowledge. Teacher personality is one of the aspects that will get students’ perception and impression. By having a good personality, the students will have good opinion and good thinking about their theacher that will support them to increase their motivation in mastering subjects. However, when the students get negative impression about their teacher, it of course will decrease their motivation in learning English. In short, a good teacher must have positive attitude, can be a good example for his students, and be professional in his job. Concerning with those fact above, this research focuses on analyzing whether teacher’s personality can influence the students’ motivation in learning English at the eleventh science class of SMAN I Pademawu This research was designed by using descriptive quantitative research. The researcher took all of the eleventh science class of SMAN 1 Pademawu as the population. It consists of two classes, those are XI-A1 and XI-A2 class. There are 39 students in XI-A1 class and 38 students in XI-A2 class. But for this research, the researcher just took XI-A2 class as the example because this class is the excellent science class. To collect the data, the writer used observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. To analyze the data result of questionnaire, the researcher used the formula of product moment, and using words to deskribe the result of interview. The calculation of r-xy score is 0,557, while the r-table at the degree of significance 5% is 0,325. From the result of this calculation, the researcher concluded that the r-score is higher than r-table. It means that there is significant influence of teacher’s personality toward students’ motivation in learning English at the eleventh science class of SMAN 1 Pademawu. Beside that, the result of interview to both students and the teacher also supported the researher’s conclusion. It could be concluded that teacher’s pesonality can influence the students’ motivation in learning English. In other words, the alternative hyphotesis of this research is accepted. It is hopefully that this research will give an inspiration for all of the teachers to concern more about their personality in supporting the students’ motivation. Moreover, the findings will become a base for further researcher to conduct a more comprehensive research related to this study.

Abstract

There are two problems in this study, namely, first, whether or not there is an influence of parental guidance on the success of children's learning at home in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at the Banbaru Giligenting Sumenep Village Elementary School Level in 2020. Second about How Much Influence Parental Guidance has on Children's Learning Success at Home in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Banbaru Giligenting Sumenep Village Elementary School Level 2020. The design of this study uses Quantitative research while the Research Engineering uses correlational techniques and the instruments used in data collection are questionnaires, while supporting instruments are interviews, observations and documentation. The formula used in this study is to use the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that: 1) there was an influence of parental guidance on the success of children's learning at home in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Banbaru Giligenting Sumenep Village Elementary School level 2020 this is evident from the results of the analysis obtained 0.88 which is greater than the criticism price "r" Product Moment both in 5% and 1% confidence intervals where N-nr = 62-2 = 60 obtained a value of 0.25 at a significant level of 5% and 0.21 at a significant level of 1%. 2) The influence of parental guidance on the success of children's learning at home in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at the Elementary School level of Banbaru Gili Genting Sumenep Village 2020. Including High category. This is evidenced after the working r of 0.88 entered in the table is in the amgka range between 0.70-0.90 with the category High. Based on parental guidance on the success of children's learning at home in Islamic religious education subjects at the Banbaru Giligenting Sumenep Village Elementary School level 2020 is the right way to get children's participation at home as a whole or individually.

Abstract

Ada dua permasalahan yang menjadi kajian pokok penelitian ini, yang pertama adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan yang kedua seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan. Dan Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, sementara sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 63 siswa. Instrumen utama yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah angket, sedangkan instrumen penunjang adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat diperoleh (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan. Hal itu bisa dilihat nilai r kerja sebesar 1.273 di bandingkan dengan r tabel product moment baik dalam interval kepercayaan 5% yaitu 0,254 maupun 1% yaitu 0,330, maka nilai r kerja lebih besar dari pada r tabel product moment. Berarti nilai r karja signifikan. (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan termasuk kategori tinggi, hal itu bisa dilihat dari hasil nilai r kerja penghitungan menggunakan rumus product moment dengan jumlah responden 63 menghasilkan nilai r kerja sebesar 1.273 dan di ukur dengan interpretasi tabel ukuran konservatif di atas, hasil "r" kerja sebesar 1.273 berada pada rentang di atas 0.600 sampai 0,800. Hal ini dapat ditafsirkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan termasuk kategori tinggi. Setelah peneliti mengkaji dan meneliti maka dapat disimpulkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Angsanah Palengaan Pamekasan tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sangat membawa nilai positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Dengan hal ini hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu pendidikan tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 adalah baik, dalam artian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk mengelola lembaga yang dipimpinnya, mengedepankan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi. Meliputi pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pembelajaran difrensiasi, Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kualitatif - deskriptif, Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan Observasi, sedangkan informan untuk memperoleh data penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran difrensiasi dapat membantu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dalam pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, dikarenakan pembelajaran difrensisasi memberikan banyak alternatif bagi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menerapkan suasana pembelajaran sesuai minat dan kebutuhan siswa. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Qurratul Uyun menerapkan pembelajaran dengan variasai pendekatan seperti:Poster, Komik, Mind Map atau Role Play, disamping itu pembelajaran difrensiasi mampu meningkatkan keberhasilan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Qurratul Uyun yang ditandai dengan peningkatan Religiusitas Siswa.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan atau mutu sekolah tertuju pada mutu lulusan. Merupakan sesuatu yang mustahil, pendidikan atau sekolah menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu, jika tidak melalui proses pendidikan yang bermutu pula. Merupakan sesuatu yang mustahil pula, terjadi proses pendidikan yang bermutu jika tidak didukung oleh faktor-faktor penunjang proses pendidikan yang bermutu pula. Proses pendidikan yang bermutu harus didukung oleh personalia, seperti administrator, guru, konselor, dan tata usaha yang bermutu dan profesional. Hal tersebut didukung pula oleh sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, fasilitas, media, serta sumber belajar yang memadai, baik mutu maupun jumlahnya, dan biaya yang mencukupi, manajemen yang tepat, serta lingkungan yang mendukung. Mutu pendidikan bersifat menyeluruh, menyangkut semua komponen, pelaksana, dan kegiatan pendidikan, atau disebut sebagai mutu total atau “Total Quality”. Adalah sesuatu yang tidak mungkin, hasil pendidikan yang bermutu dapat dicapai hanya dengan satu komponen atau kegiatan yang bermutu. Kegiatan pendidikan cukup kompleks, satu kegiatan, komponen, pelaku, waktu, terkait, dan membutuhkan dukungan dari kegiatan, komponen, pelaku, serta waktu lainnya.

Abstract

Education as internalization and socialization media is still considered as unsuccessful for humanizing human during this period. The indication is the fenomenon of dehumanization indicated by the emergence of a number of social and humanitarian problems such as moral decadence,crime, and others that were often commetted by educated people. So based and this case, the education system has a lot of approacshes to touch many aspect considered the most effective in achieving educational goals. But many of them are still using an approach oriented on the intellectual capabilities that neglect other aspect that is more important. This research study is to look for other aspects that rely on more important. Namely through the paradigm of Ibnu Arabia boat perpect man (insan kami) which he found conclusion that man has an ontological and epistemological structure which the source is Qolb (heart/soul) as the central attitudes and human will. Thus it can be concluded that education of Sufism may be the most effective approach in achieving educational goals.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a comprehensive development process for children from birth to six years of age, which includes physical and non-physical aspects, by providing appropriate and correct stimulation for physical, moral, spiritual, motor, emotional, cognitive and social development so that children can grow and develop optimally. Playing is very beneficial for early childhood. Through playing activities, children can learn and learn many things, can recognize rules, socialize, position themselves, manage emotions, tolerance, and good cooperation. Based on the results of research that the author did in class B (equivalent to the age of 5-6 years) at RA Al-Jaziel Jarin Pademawu Pamekasan on April 12, 2022, it is known that the social-emotional development of children has not developed optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Suitcase Emoji media to improve the social-emotional development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al-Jaziel. This research uses descriptive qualitative with research subjects are students and teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively using reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The importance of using good and appropriate media according to the needs of children can improve all aspects of development, one of which is social-emotional development. The impact of this media suitcase emoji is that it can help children in controlling themselves, including the habit of queuing during the Koran, and being disciplined when entering class. And prosocial behavior, among others, children can play with their peers, willing to share with friends. And can be helpful to his friends.

Abstract

PAUD is an effort to foster children aged 0-6 years through the provision of stimulation as an effort to help their growth and development. Early childhood is often known as the golden age, which at this time is the most appropriate period to provide the main basis for developing the various potentials possessed by children. Aspects of social emotional development is one aspect of development that must be optimized in children, which will determine the attitudes and behavior of children as adults. One of the efforts to be able to help children's social emotional development, suitable learning methods are needed to be applied to the learning process. One of them is the application of cooperative learning methods. In this study, using descriptive qualitative research methods, with research subjects aged 4-5 years at TK Muslimat NU II Pangorayan as many as 20 students. The purpose of this study was to describe in depth the implementation and impact of cooperative learning in developing social-emotional children 4-5 years in TK Muslimat NU II Pangorayan. Based on the research that has been done, the application of cooperative learning methods in an effort to help the socio-emotional development of children in TK Muslimat NU II Pangorayan is considered successful. This can be seen from changes in children's attitudes which are characteristics and indicators of children's social emotional development, including self-awareness, sense of responsibility and social behavior

Abstract

Observations were made in class XI IPS 3 on animal tissue in biology subjects and showed less active learning results in class. Many factors influence learning engagement and achievement. Factors originating from outside the individual are teacher factors in implementing inappropriate learning models and learning environments, while internal student factors are the lack of interest and lack of students in learning biology. This is because the learning model used is monotonous (traditional) so it makes students bored. To overcome these weaknesses, educational innovations are needed that bring fun to teachers and students. This research is descriptive research through the application of lesson study. The lesson study used is a school-based lesson study with 3 stages of implementation, namely: Plan (planning), do (implementation), see (reflection). In this case, the learning planning stage includes the preparation stage in PTK according to learning activities, the implementation and observation stage in PTK, and the viewing stage, the reflection stage in PTK. The research results show that the results of student activity presented in Table 1 at the first meeting were 58% active and very active students. These results indicate that the number of active students is not too high. This refers to student activities in each field, it can be seen in Table 2 which shows 100% of students passed the visual activities which included reading their own dictation, LKS, students paying attention to the pictures given by the model teacher. Students pay attention to the pictures contained in the worksheet. 46% of students carry out oral activities, by asking questions, answering questions from friends or teachers and responding to statements during group discussions. During group discussions, 83% of students did listening activities, including listening to friends and teachers' explanations. 63% of students' writing includes writing assignments related to the material being studied. From the results of this research, the application of lesson study in learning tissue systems in animals can improve student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 3 MAN 2 Pamekasan.
