Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on patient loyalty at the Heart Clinic at Bhakti Dharma Husada Hospital Surabaya with patient satisfaction as a moderating variable. In this study, sampling was carried out by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling procedure, which means that the sampling technique is based on certain considerations. With a total sample of 82 people. Research data processing using data analysis respondents using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS 16. The results concluded that service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, facilities have a significant effect on patient satisfaction, service quality partially has a significant effect on patient loyalty, facilities are Partial significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction partially significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction is not an intervening variable service quality and facilities variables on patient loyalty.

Abstract

The problems studied were lifestyle and product quality in influencing the decision to purchase CARGLOSS helmets among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. So the goal to be achieved is to find out lifestyle and product quality in influencing the decision to buy a CARGLOSS helmet for FEB UWKS students. FEB UWKS students as the population. The sample based on purposive sampling is 80 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis uses multiple linear regression and the hypothesis is tested by t test. As a result, lifestyle and product quality have a partially significant effect on the decision to purchase CARGLOSS helmets among FEB UWKS students. The contribution of lifestyle and product quality in influencing the decision to purchase CARGLOSS helmets for FEB UWKS students is 41.6%.

Abstract

The primary aim of this research is to identify the effect of quality application, service convenience, and panic buying phenomena during the covid-19 pandemic towards buyers' purchase intensity on marketplace namely Tokopedia. By using a non probability sampling technique, a sample of 90 respondent is obtained and the number is considered properly represent the total population of Tokopedia's consumers especially around RW 03 Sedayu, Surabaya. The analysis of data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study indicates that a quality of one application has a significant influence on purchase insensity and thus becomes the dominant variable factor. Meanwhile, service convenience does not hold crucial parts on the purchasing intensity. The Adjusted R Square coefficient of 47.8% of the unit describes that the variant shifts of value in purchase intensity can explain its direct effect through application quality value changing variation, service convenience, and panic buying by 47.8% in unit.

Abstract

The increasing number of internet users in Indonesia can cause changes in people's mindsets in using transportation services. The development of this technology itself has influenced someone to create various kinds of new innovations which can easily connect customers who need transportation services with transportation service providers through online transportation service applications on smartphones. Gojek's online transportation service is now familiar to Indonesians. Almost all corners of both small and large cities can all use online motorcycle taxi services. But it should also be realized that this type of transportation service is not the only one. Therefore, this online gojek transportation service must also have ways to attract the sympathy of customers. So in this study will determine how much public trust in the use of online gojek services. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence trust, convenience and comfort simultaneously on customer satisfaction using online transportation services Gojek in Malang City. The research method used in this research is OLS (Ordinary Least Square).. In this research, the population is all people in Malang City, users of online transportation, especially Gojek, so the number is unpredictable or infinite. The population and sample used were 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The test results show that Trust, Convenience, and Ease have an effect on customer satisfaction together. While the partial hypothesis test shows that the factors of trust, comfort and convenience independently influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The following research analyzes the effect of store atmosphere and social factors on positive consumer emotions. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis models. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire media that was distributed to respondents taken at random as many as one hundred customers who visited the ZARA STORE counter at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. Based on the results of data calculations, it shows that: first, all independent variables (X) have a partial and simultaneous influence on the dependent variable (Y). Second, the t-test results of the store atmosphere variable (X1) show that the store atmosphere has a partial effect on positive consumer emotions (Y) and the social factor variable (X2) partially influences Consumer Positive Emotions (Y). In addition, the simultaneous influence analysis of the two independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y) and get a result that is Fcalculation is greater than Ftable so the variables X proved to have a simultaneous effect on the Y variable. The results of the analysis This has supported several opinions derived from several previous studies which explained that the store environment is a character or element that must be considered by business people so as to form an image that will be attached to a brand and affect the emotions of customers or consumers who play a role in forming positive influences and significant impact on consumer impulsive buying behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketplace, marketing communication, and paving product innovation in increasing UD customer satisfaction. Rizka Jaya Abadi Mojosari-Mojokerto. The type of data used in this study uses qualitative data analysis involving 20 informants and the method used in this study uses interview analysis methods. The population in this study are all consumers paving products of UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi Mojosari-Mojokerto. The results of this study indicate that the informants agree that UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi is able to establish good relationships with consumers, informants are satisfied with the products offered and sold by UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi. UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi can increase customer satisfaction through the marketplace or by direct purchases with good marketing communications and product innovations that are diverse and not monotonous

Abstract

An insurance company is a company that manages the cash of its customers. An insurance policy is a contract between the policyholder and the insurance company. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the stock market experienced a decline so the value of investment in unit link insurance policies decreased. As a result, few customers experience losses due to the value of insurance investments that become worth zero rupiah. This research aims to analyze the influence of debt-to-equity ratio, return on equity, and dividend payout ratio on the company value of insurance companies on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. This research uses a purposive sampling method with criteria, namely insurance companies whose shares have actively traded since 2019-2022, and published annual financial reports during the observation period from 2019 to 2022. The total population that meets the criteria is 13 insurance companies with an analysis period of 4 years, the total number of samples is 52. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the debt-to-equity ratio (DER) has a significant effect on company value (PBV), return on equity (ROE) does not have a significant effect on company value (PBV) and the dividend payout ratio (DPR) has a significant effect on company value (PBV).

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to find out and analyze the influence of the factors of freedom at work, self-success and risk tolerance towards students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs in West Surabaya. Types of data use quantitative data and data sources use primary data. To collect research data is to distribute a questionnaire of 100 respondents. With the sampling technique method non-probability (Non probability sampling methods). Processing and data analysis using SPSS application support. Validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis are the data analysis techniques used. From the results of research validity test of all variables declared valid, because of significance 0.6. The f test shows that all independent variables, freedom in works, self-success and tolerance for risks have significant on the interest of student to become entrepreneurs. Whereas the t-test results showed that the variables of freedom of work, self-success and tolerance for risk have a positive and significant effect on on the interests of students to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously on improving teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach, involving the participation of 30 teachers. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment simultaneously or partially influence teacher performance improvement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda, Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. With an adjusted R-square value of 0.766, it shows that 76.6% of the variation in teacher performance improvement can be explained by these factors and 23.4% is influenced by factors outside the scope of the research. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Leadership style has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 2) Compensation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 3) Motivation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 4) The work environment has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 5) Leadership Style, Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

The purposed of this study was to determine the differences in the performance of permanent employees and contract employees. In this research, the company that was used to research was PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk and using quantitative research and data obtained directly from respondents as well as literature, documents and reports related to research and sample problems used in this study is simple saturated with the number of samples of 21 permanent employees and 21 contract employees (outsourching) and a total of 41 samples using saturated sample methods and analysis techniques used in this study are data analysis techniques used are normality tests and independent sample t-test using the program SPSS Version 16.0. Based on the results of the normality test in the data Kolmogorov-Smirnov got a result of 0.281 greater than 0.05 And in accordance with the test criteria can be done that in the table is distributed normally. Independent Sample T-Test results in the equal Variances Assumed section are known sig values. (2-tailed) by 0.006 < 0.05. These results show that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted.
