Abstract

The development of technology that continues to evolve has given birth to an innovation called artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence which is usually called "AI". The development of AI has sparked an algorithm called deepfake technology. Deepfakes use machine learning and neural network technology, which are methods in AI that teach computers to process data in a way inspired by the human brain. This study aims to determine the regulation of AI as perpetrators of deepfake crimes and to determine the criminal responsibility of AI who commit criminal acts in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research using a statutory approach (statue approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach), and comparative approach (comparative approach). AI is classified as an electronic system and electronic agent which when viewed to the characteristics of AI that has a match with the definition of electronic systems and electronic agents. If AI commits deepfake crimes, it can violate several articles in Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. In California, legislation has been passed to address deepfakes related to pornography, fraud, and defamation: Calif AB-602 and Calif AB-730. There are three AI criminal liability models that commit criminal acts, namely Perpetration-via another model (PVM), Natural-Probable-Consequence Liability Model (NPCLM), and Direct Liability Model (DLM). In Indonesia, AI has not been recognized as a legal subject so that if you commit a criminal act, the person who must be responsible is the creator of AI or AI users

Abstract

Development in Indonesia is currently being actively carried out, especially development in the field of infrastructure, especially toll roads and bridges for opritnya, and due to development with limited Right Of Way (ROW) land, so that the oprit road body is not made slope with a certain slope, for that a construction that is not needed. For this reason, precast soil retaining walls are needed, generally precast soil retaining walls such as Mechanically Stabilized Earth Walls use geosynthetics that are not heat resistant and strip plates, where the interlocking strip plates between soils are less strong, in connection with this there are often failures of MSE Wall failures which are caused by these two factors and are influenced by hydrostatic water pressure and soil layers that are not suitable for construction take land left and right of the road. In connection with the above, it is necessary to have novelty Mechanically Stabilized Earth Walls with anchor strength where along the anchor there is a crossbar necklace and at the end there is a fish fin startail whose function is strong to resist shear and interlocking the ground is getting stronger.

Abstract

Diarrhea is the second leading cause of death in children worldwide. Diarrhea is widespread in developing nations, Indonesia included. The primary treatment for diarrhea is the giving of rehydration fluids to prevent dehydration, and it generally does not require antibiotics. Giving antibiotics to pediatric patients with diarrhea indicates the presence of an infection, such as bloody diarrhea or cholera. Antibiotics are ineffective if not taken as prescribed and can lead to bacterial resistance. This study aims to understand the patient profile antibiotic usage, and evaluate the appropriateness of antibiotic use in pediatric inpatients with diarrhea using the Gyssens method at a Teaching Hospital in North Jakarta during the 2022 period. This research was a retrospective study that gathered data through qualitative analysis using the Gyssens algorithm to determine the appropriateness of antibiotic use in pediatric inpatients with childhood diarrhea at a Teaching Hospital in North Jakarta. The evaluation of antibiotic usage used the Gyssens flowchart, which included inclusion and exclusion criteria for assessing the appropriateness of antibiotic use. From this research, 81 patients are identified, with the majority of cases occurring in toddlers aged 0-5 years (86.4%), and the most common gender is male (58%). The most frequently prescribed antibiotic is ceftriaxone (40.6%), with the majority receiving only one antibiotic prescription (40.7%). The evaluation of antibiotics using the Gyssens method indicates that 45 patients (55.5%) are categorized as 0; 34 patients (42%) are categorized as IVa; and 2 patients (2.5%) are categorized as IIIa. No antibiotics categorized I, IIa, IIb, IIc, IIIb, IVb, IVc, or IVd. The evaluation of antibiotic usage using the Gyssens qualitative method for pediatric inpatients with diarrhea at a Teaching Hospital in North Jakarta during the 2022 period shows appropriate use.
