Abstract

One of the deviant acts that often occur and disturb the community is gambling. The act of gambling arises because of unstable conditions both in terms of religion, economy and morals. This study aims to determine the form or form of personality of online slot game players, especially among the community. In this study, the authors used a research method conducted with a qualitative. Based on the results of interviews with informants who play online slot games, it shows that they started playing online slot games through the scope of friendship or association. As a result, online slot games have become popular among the surrounding community. Even the players themselves realize that what they are doing is wrong and deviates from the norms of society. By using Freud's Psychoanalysis theory, there are 3 elements that influence human personality, namely Id, Ego and Superego. The element that has the most influence on the personality of online slot game players is Id. It can be concluded that the internet has an important role in the development of online gambling which affects individual personalities as well as the lives of society as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how anxiety affects cancer detection and how early detection efforts are carried out in conjunction with screening. The mixed methods study was conducted on 1002 random subjects. In addition, qualitative research models were conducted on laboratory specialists, health examiners and oncologists on CDA screening methods. This method does not cause reports of disease, but shows that there is a good tendency to cancer. The results of the study were processed using SEM PLS analysis using SmartPLS and expert opinion analysis using Facets. The expert source's opinion (expert decision) on the transfer of detection perception to screening using the CDA method is considered feasible and constructive. Reliability is calculated by the FACETS Program as a measure of sample variance, therefore, low values among a sample of raters indicate that the raters in the assessment are relatively homogeneous, with heterogeneous raters. There are no problems with convergent validity on the tested models; the AVE value of each construct exceeds 0.5, which means that the construct has good reliability. The results of PLS bootstrapping calculations showed a significant direct relationship between variables, suggesting a link between anxiety and health screenings.CDA screening can be an option to overcome health screening anxiety because it informs test results with a tendency between healthy findings and the likelihood of cancer appearing, rather than active cancer cells.

Abstract

Soil elements, based on their abundance in the earth's crust and petrogenetic analysis aim to divide soil elements into several groups, namely major elements, trace elements and rare earth elements (REE). The research location is located in the Beruang Kanan area, Tumbang Miri District, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The major elements and trace elements of the host rock were obtained from X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis and Plasma-Coupled Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) methods. Volcanic rocks from the Kanan Bear prospect The volcanic magmatic affinity in the study area is calc-alkaline this chemical characteristic is clearly reflected by the type of volcanic rock which is determined based on its chemical classification, which is generally igneous rock of the calc-alkaline magma series type so it is interpreted to originate from a convergent tectonic environment continental edge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Tanara Community Health Center in Serang Regency using the Balance Scorecard approach. The Balance Scorecard emphasizes the importance of balancing various aspects such as financial and non-financial, short-term and long-term, as well as internal and external factors. The performance analysis of the BLUD is viewed from four perspectives: growth and learning, internal processes, customer satisfaction, and financial perspectives. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data collection is conducted through surveys to gather insights into the growth and learning perspective, the internal process perspective, and the customer satisfaction perspective. Secondary data is used to analyze the BLUD's performance from the financial perspective. The results of this study indicate that the health center has not yet met the target scores set by the government. Although some indikators have been achieved, there is still a need for improvement, particularly in internal processes and customer satisfaction. To enhance the performance of the BLUD at this health center, integrated efforts are required, such as improving services and internal processes as well as fostering innovation.

Abstract

Fusion techniques on MRI for brain tumors can provide comprehensive visualization by combining Axial T2-Flair and Axial T1-GD (T1-weighted post-contrast) sequence images. Fusion MRI in brain tumors is able to clearly display the location, size and characteristics of the tumor. However, not all institutions can install such additional fusion software due to significant additional costs. Therefore, this study aims to prove that the Stacks feature on ImageJ as an alternative can be optimal in visualizing brain tumor image information through MRI fusion techniques. This study used 17 image samples with a quasi experimental design post test only without control group design to compare three analysis methods, namely fusion maximum intensity, minimum intensity and average intensity so that the most suitable projection can be determined. The evaluation of image quality was carried out through a histogram which was then analyzed with a crucal-wallis and the Mann Whitney u test, while the analysis of pathological information used a crucal-wallis, followed by a post hoc test and continued with Mann Whitney u for further analysis. The results show that the stacks feature on ImageJ can be used in the application of fusion techniques so that it will improve the contrast and sharpness of MRI images, especially in areas with high tumor activity. MRI images of brain tumors with maximum fusion intensity produced images with the highest average gray level and the best pathological information. This projection is more optimal than the minimum intensity and average intensity because it provides a more detailed and clear visualization of brain tumors.

Abstract

The purpose of this is to implement the law while creating a participatory election climate for the public. In the previous elections, the role of monitors was mostly focused on the D-day of voting, then what is the pattern of monitoring participation in the 2024 elections? As a non-structural state institution, this intersects with the implementation of governance so that it is the main problem in this study, where analyzing the participation of election monitors in governance is important to provide feedback in the implementation of electoral democracy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a research focus on the participation of election monitors as a representation in governance which is applied as an effort to prevent violations and other vulnerability issues. The results of the analysis show that the participation of election monitors includes policy making in the form of regulations (planning), the implementation of participation in the form of monitoring, and the resulting evaluation in the form of recommendations. At the level of governance, participation can be identified from the pattern of collaboration that shows the legitimacy of each other, upholding diversity and inclusivity both from the involvement of institutions that have a concentration on inclusive election issues and ideas built in election monitoring. In the implementation, it shows the expertise of each in showing participation to the level of public orientation so that public control is one of the important elements in realizing participatory election monitoring.
