Abstract

community, especially in areas that are not fully covered by PDAM services. This study aims to analyze the potential of the Pante Rakyat Reservoir as a raw water source to support the clean water supply system in Babahrot District, Southwest Aceh Regency. The method used involves analyzing clean water needs based on existing population data, population growth projections for the next 5 to 25 years, and the reservoir's capacity. The results show that, out of a total of 12,520 people, approximately 4% of the population lacks access to clean water. Assuming a population growth rate of 3% per year, the estimated need for clean water is projected to reach 954,000 liters per day, or approximately 11.04 liters per second, and increase to 14.49 liters per second over the next five years. The water distribution plan is supported by the design of a 0.24-meter-diameter intake pipe system. The conclusion of this study suggests that the Pante Rakyat Reservoir has significant potential as a long-term raw water source and is worthy of optimization to meet the clean water needs of the Babahrot District community.

Abstract

A scientific paper is a writing that follows scientific principles and research ethics, supported by reference citations. Mendeley facilitates reference management; however, many students are not yet accustomed to using it. This study aims to evaluate the use of Mendeley and identify areas for improvement. The research method employed usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. Statistical testing was also conducted, involving 24 students from the Industrial Engineering Program at Udayana University. Participants completed five task scenarios related to Mendeley features. Data on system effectiveness and efficiency were collected during the trials. The results show that Mendeley achieved an SUS score of 72.1, indicating an acceptable usability level with a Grade C and a “good” adjective rating. System effectiveness reached 100%, with all participants completing all tasks. Efficiency evaluation showed a rate of 0.177 goals/second, meaning users could complete 0.177 tasks per second. Statistical analysis indicated no significant differences in SUS scores or system efficiency based on gender. Furthermore, there was no correlation between SUS scores and system efficiency. These findings suggest that usability ratings are not directly related to system efficiency.

Abstract

Compliance Online System (COS) PLN merupakan aplikasi bantu PLN untuk menerapkan SNI ISO 370001:2016 Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapam (SMAP). Evaluasi penerapan aplikasi Compliance Online System (COS) di PT PLN Nusantara Power bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Divisi Compliance Management dalam pengelolaan gratifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, hasil observasi menunjukkan efektivitas aplikasi yang signifikan melalui penurunan tren laporan gratifikasi dari 38 laporan di tahun 2024 menjadi 23 laporan pada pertengahan 2025. Selain itu, tingkat kepatuhan konfirmasi melonjak hingga 98,2%, yang menegaskan minimnya kejadian gratifikasi maupun konflik kepentingan di internal perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi COS terbukti mampu memperkuat transparansi, membangun budaya antikorupsi, dan menjamin kepatuhan regulasi secara langsung di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Pelayanan pengiriman domestic trucking di PT Total Lintas Semesta masih menghadapi berbagai kendala operasional serta belum didukung oleh Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kegagalan proses dan merancang SOP berbasis risiko menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, dilanjutkan dengan penilaian Severity, Occurrence, dan Detection untuk memperoleh nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 13 kendala operasional dengan nilai kritis RPN sebesar 147,2, di mana lima kendala termasuk kategori risiko tinggi, yaitu kemacetan pada rute tertentu, ketidaklengkapan surat izin barang, ketidaklengkapan dokumen faktur pajak, perubahan rute pengiriman, serta keterlambatan pembayaran. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dirancang SOP umum dan SOP inspeksi sebagai pedoman kerja preventif untuk meningkatkan konsistensi proses dan kualitas pelayanan domestic trucking.

Abstract

Proses pengadaan merupakan aktivitas penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan, khususnya pada Unit Pengadaan di Divisi Logistik PT Z. Proses penyampaian informasi status pengadaan yang dilakukan secara manual akibat permintaan informasi tambahan per hari menimbulkan duplikasi pekerjaan dan ketidakefisienan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe sistem informasi pengadaan barang berbasis website yang mampu menyajikan informasi secara real-time dan terstruktur. Sistem informasi yang dibuat menggunakan metode waterfall dengan meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem menggunakan UML yakni use case diagram dan activity diagram, implementasi antarmuka dengan aplikasi Figma, serta pengujian menggunakan metode black box. Hasil rancangan sistem meliputi beberapa modul utama seperti Dashboard, Monitoring Progress, Monitoring Budget, Checksheet, dan List Vendor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Prototipe ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi komunikasi dan mempermudah transparansi informasi dalam proses pengadaan barang pada lingkungan Unit Pengadaan di Divisi Logistik PT Z.
