Abstract

Career understanding is a depiction of students' mastery of various career and world of work information to support career decision making. This study is a service that aims to see the influence of the socialization of society 4.0 skills on students' understanding of careers at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. The research design uses a quantitative design in the form of a Quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design using the normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk) and the Wilcoxon test to compare the average of two variables in one group involving 79 class XI students as research subjects . The research subjects are class XI spread across five departments, the departments in question are Visual Communication Design (DKV), Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), marketing, Retail Business (BR), and accounting. Seminars are given for 4-5 hours on the same day. The results of the analysis of the normality test using both Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk show a non-zero normal distribution (p = 0.000) because p (Sig.) < 0.05. Therefore, another test is needed using the Wilcoxon test with the analysis results showing a sig value. p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows that career seminars have an influence in increasing students' knowledge regarding career understanding. So it can be concluded that the delivery of career material has provided students with a better understanding of SMK 2 Muhammadiyah Malang City. Abstract

Community organization is a group of individuals who come together to create a program or activity aimed at bringing about change in their community. When a community is capable of taking action towards positive change, it is considered empowered. This is evident in the case of the community in Kaliasri Village, which has recognized its local potential and managed to turn it into a tourism attraction. To manage this tourism effort, the community of Kaliasri Village established a group known as the "tourism awareness group" to develop the Bedengan Tourist Park in Kaliasri Village. The purpose of this research is to describe the organization of the tourism awareness group, including the challenges and efforts involved. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document studies. The collected data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that the organization of the tourism awareness group involves several stages: 1) setting goals; 2) forming a management structure; 3) determining programs; 4) planning and allocating resources; and 5) evaluating activities. The group faces challenges related to development capital and natural resources. Despite these challenges, the organization of the tourism awareness group has had a positive impact on the economic conditions of the Kaliasri Village community.

Field trips are learning that takes place outside the classroom, such as at tourist attractions. The material provided must adapt to the material during class learning. So by applying this method, especially at elementary school level, it will increase students' curiosity about the objects being observed, apart from that, this method also trains students' character to be responsible for things around them. This research aims to describe: (1) school preparations in implementing the field trip learning method; (2) describe the implementation of the field trip learning method for regular and inclusion students; (3) describe the differences in the application of the field trip learning method before and after the independent curriculum; (4) describe the effectiveness of implementing the field trip learning method in Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles. Abstract

Student satisfaction is a crucial aspect of guidance and counseling services that affects students' positive or negative perceptions of these services. This study aims to identify the level of student satisfaction with guidance and counseling services in schools as a benchmark for improving service quality. This research uses a descriptive design with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online using Google Forms to all Grade X and XI students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari. The research sample consisted of 57 students from various majors. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results of the analysis showed that the average level of student satisfaction with guidance and counseling services was 73.67%. The majority of students reported dissatisfaction with the services due to an inadequate number of guidance and counseling teachers. Ideally, one guidance and counseling teacher should serve a maximum of 150 students. Although there are no specific hours for guidance and counseling due to adjustments to the Independent Curriculum, stricter supervision from the school is still needed so that guidance and counseling services can run optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the habitual tardiness behavior of vocational high school students. The research method used is a case study. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were five students who exhibited tardiness behavior over a one-month period. The research data consisted of descriptive narratives supported by field notes, including a summary book of tardiness and interviews with the subjects at the vocational school. Based on the data obtained, there are two main reasons for students' tardiness: waking up too late and being caught in traffic. This is supported by data analysis indicating that the level of tardiness among students at the vocational school is high. Despite being given several sanctions, students continue to be tardy. This habitual tardiness disrupts the teaching and learning process, which can significantly impact their academic performance. The recommendation based on these findings is the implementation of self-management techniques for students with habitual tardiness behavior. Abstract

The development of a tourism village is one of the efforts that can be pursued to enhance the welfare of village development and the local community, provided that the strategies used align with the sustainable quality of natural and human resources. The success of the management group is crucial in transforming the tourism site from being enjoyed solely by the local community to becoming a tourist destination. This study aims to determine the influence of tourism village development strategies and community economic growth, both partially and simultaneously, on the success of the agrotourism management group. This research is quantitative. The population in this study consists of the residents of Lebo Hamlet, with a sample selected using non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling, and applying the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results indicate that, partially, the tourism development strategy variable has a t-value greater than the t-table value (4.991 > 1.998), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the tourism development strategy has a positive and significant effect on the success of the management group. The highest level in the frequency analysis is the cooperation indicator. Partially, the community economic growth variable has a t-value greater than the t-table value (2.151 > 1.998), with a significance level of 0.034 < 0.05, indicating that community economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the success of the management group. Simultaneously, the variables of tourism development strategy and community economic growth show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that both variables significantly affect the success of the management group. Abstract

The rapid development of social media can influence adolescent development. However, behind the convenience offered by technological advances there are dangers that have a negative impact on teenagers. These negative impacts are phubbing behavior and narcissism which can attack teenagers with excessive smartphone use. The absence of previous research that shows a direct relationship between phubbing behavior and narcissism is the basis for this research. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between narcissistic behavior and phubbing behavior in students who use social media during classroom learning conditions. This research is quantitative correlational research. Sampling used a cluster random sampling technique. The subjects of this research were students in classes X-XI with a total of 92 students. The measuring instrument used in this research is the phubbing and narcissism scale. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a positive relationship between narcissistic behavior and phubbing behavior. The method used for this research is Karl Pearson's Product Moment correlation with the SPSS 25.0 application. The analysis results show a correlation coefficient of r = 0.308. This research hypothesis is accepted by the existence of a significant positive relationship between narcissistic behavior and phubbing behavior. The findings of this research are that there is a significant relationship between narcissism and phubbing in students who use social media during classroom learning conditions.
