Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how development is carried out in Nagari Tanjung Bonai Aur and to find out the application of good governance in implementing development in Nagari Tanjung Bonai Aur. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that, 1) Good governance in Nagari tanjung bonai aur still faces several irregularities such as accountability in the form of budget realization reports not being provided to the community, community participation that is less active in development both in musrembang activities and in mutual cooperation. 2) In the implementation of development in the Nagari Tanjung Bonai Aur it can be achieved well, although there are still obstacles such as budget constraints and difficulties in land acquisition. 3). It can be said that the implementation of good governance in Nagari Tanjung Bonai Aur has been carried out well even though it has not been maximized, because in the implementation of development in Nagari Tanjung Bonai Aur the guardian of the Nagari directly involved in surveying the development needed by the people in Nagari Tanjung Bonai Aur, the survey was carried out throughout jorong in nagari tanjung bonai aur, in the implementation of development it has involved all existing elements, in the development carried out it is really what is needed by the community which has been stated in the RKP and is guided by the references to the laws that regulate it

Abstract

Along with the increasingly globalized era of modernization in which small industries began to develop, both through increased technology and increased productivity so as to tighten competition among small business owners. Thus the small industry of cassava chips is experiencing competition so it is necessary to have business marketing strategies in business development. The strength contained in the business, which is analyzed is a supporting factor marketing in this business is in the field of service, namely delivering orders to consumers / customers directly. Previous strategies / other strengths owned by the Piliang chips business are: excellence recognized by customers (taste, packaging, and health), having regular customers. (supermarkets and stalls), the best quality raw materials, give bonuses for purchases starting from 3kg. This business has problems with the product, low production results making it difficult to meet the demands of consumers in large numbers and places that are difficult to reach by consumers and therefore need to look for a solution in order to continue to exist and compete with other products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1). Untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pada pemasaran Gelamai Erina di Payakumbu. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, metode penelitian kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matrik SWOT didapatkan beberapa strategi yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam memperbaiki pemasaran pada Gelamai Erina. Adapun strategi tersebut: 1). Strategi S-O (strenghts-opportunities) mempertahankan harga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen, menjalin kerjasama dengan agen distributor, dan memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis, 2). Strategi S-T (strenghts-treathts) menciptakan suatu inovasi paroduk yang baru dengan menciptakan suatu kreasi bentuk dan cita rasa baru dengan tetap mempertahankan ciri khas dari rasa gelamai sendiri, 3). Strategi W-O (weaknesses-opportunities) menjalakan sistem manajemen organisasi internal perusahaan, memperluas jaringan pasar ke luar sumbar dan menggunakan iklan dalama sistem penjualan, 4). Strategi W-T (weaknesses-treathts) meningkatkan kegiatan promosi dan membangun dan mengembangkan usaha patungan dengan pihak yang menyediakan modal dan bahan baku untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan memenuhi kebutuhan modal yang masih minim. Dari kesimpulan dapat disarankan hal berikut: 1). Membuat kas perusahaan dan menjalin kerjasama dengan investor, 2). Mengembangkan saluran pemasaran ke supermarket dan membuka cabang di berbagai tempat wilayah Sumatra Barat, 3). Mempertahankan strategi pemasaran yang sudah ditetapkan dan menambah strategi pemasaran baru

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate public perceptions of the use of the BRIZZI e-money card on the Trans Padang Bus as a means of payment. Since it was socialized and implemented in 2019, the use of BRIZZI e-money has been implemented and used as a means of payment for public transportation for the Trans Padang Bus, but there are still some passengers who have difficulty making payments such as not having a BRIZZI e-money card or balance in an e-card. - empty BRIZZI money. This research method uses descriptive. Data collection tools using interviews and observations of 36 informants consisting of 30 passengers and 6 people who are Trans Padang Bus stewards. The results of data analysis show that the public has a positive perception of the use of this BRIZZI e-money card as a means of payment on the Trans Padang Bus. Their positive perception is seen from the factors of convenience, benefits, and security. However, negative perceptions are also directed at passengers with certain characteristics such as elderly passengers who find it difficult to use BRIZZI e-money and also passengers who rarely use public transportation on the Trans Padang Bus, so they feel that having BRIZZI e-money is not something that is useful for them considering that its use is only for payments for Trans Padang buses.

Abstract

Based on the explanations in previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Implementation of Health Social Security (JKN) services according to Law (UU) Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) at the Mapaddegat Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency namely a) humanity that: there is still a lack of services at the Mapaddegat Health Center in Mentawai Islands Regency, this is because patients have to queue long for treatment, the medicines available at the Public Health Center are only in the form of generic drugs and the lack of chairs in the waiting room for patients at the Mapaddegat Public Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency. , b) The principle of benefit is that not all people can benefit from Health Social Security Services (JKN) at the Mapaddegat Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency because of distance, travel time, transportation costs, ability to pay for health services and lack of socialization from the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). as well as Puske SMAS, c) social justice for all Indonesian people. that at the Mapaddegat Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency, there is an injustice in giving drugs to patients because of the use of different BPJS classes. 2) Factors that influence the implementation of Health Social Security (JKN) services according to Law (UU) No. 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health at Mapaddegat Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency, including: human resource factors and the availability of facilities. and infrastructure.
