Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan gaya pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah pria dan wanita, kepala sekolah berusia ≤ 45 tahun dan > 45 tahun. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua kepala sekolah dasar negeri (SDN) sekecamatan Bangkinang Kota yang terdiri dari 19 sekolah dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-kecamatan Bangkinang Kota kabupaten Kampar yang berjumlah 322 guru. Untuk memperoleh sampel dengan menggunakan stratified proporsional random sampling dengan strata guru PNS/Non PNS dan pria/wanita dan menghasilkan sampel berjumlah 104 guru yang dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam gaya pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah pria dan wanita, (2) kelompok subyek dengan kepala sekolah wanita cenderung melakukan gaya pengambilan keputusan intuitif (3) kelompok subyek dengan kepala sekolah pria cenderung melakukan gaya pengambilan keputusan rasional, (4) ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam gaya pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah usia ≤ 45 tahun dan > 45 tahun, (5) kelompok subyek dengan kepala sekolah usia ≤ 45 tahun cenderung melakukan gaya pegambilan keputusan dengan melibatkan bawahan, (6) kelompok subyek dengan kepala sekolah usia > 45 tahun cenderung melakukan gaya pengambilan keputusan tanpa melibatkan bawahan.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the development of MSMEs based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives in Sijunjung Regency. (Case Study On Souvenirs Sijunjung Kalamai Urang Awak). 2) To find out what factors influence the development of MSMEs based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency. (Case Study On Souvenirs Sijunjung Kalamai Urang Awak). This study uses a descriptive method, where the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events according to the research problem as it is. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency. (Case Study On By By Sijunjung Kalamai Urang Awak) are as follows; a) Increasing market access and increasing market share, the Kalamai urang crew distributes their products to various distributor areas, even to Palembang and Jambi. b) Increasing access to capital sources and strengthening the capital structure, the business capital of Kalamai Urang crew came from one owner and no outside help. c) Improving organizational and management capabilities, They sent its members to attend trainings held by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency such as product marketing, product pachaging training, product quality training, and product development training. d) Increasing access and mastery of technology, that the marketing technology used by SMEs is kalamai urang crew with social media such as Instagram and Facebokk. Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) To find out the marketing strategy in CV Auto Class Persada Padang. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. Resources obtained from CV Auto Class Persada Padang. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, document analysis. The results of the research that the authors get are 1) The marketing strategy at CV Auto Class Persada Padang is a) the mindset that is applied to improve the quality of coordination in the marketing team. b) searching for data through observations and interviews conducted to the intended target market, is useful for knowing tastes and purchasing power. c) Determining market positioning (Marketing Positioning) many things can be done by companies such as providing competitive prices and many more efforts that can be made to win the hearts of customers. d) This marketing mix has a very important role for the success of a company's business in general and in the field of marketing in particular. e) Budgeting is an important part of planning a realistic and controllable marketing strategy. From the conclusions above, it is suggested the following: 1) To maintain the condition of CV in order to remain in a favorable position, it is better for CV Auto Class Persada Padang to support marketing strategy by carrying out stages including: improving the quality of coordination within the marketing team, utilizing technological advances to be closer to the customer.

Abstract

This research is aimed (1) to find out the level of Employees’ Initiatives and performance at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang, (2) to determine the effect of the Initiative on Employee Performance at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang.This research uses the Initiative quantitative method as an independent variable and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were all employees working at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang. The statistical method uses simple analysis, by testing the t-test hypothesis.From the results of this study the following conclusions are obtained: 1). Level of Employee Initiative in the Padang Koto Tangah District Office based on the results of a questionnaire that researchers distributed at the Padang Koto Tangah District Office, the average score of Initiative Variables was 12.1 with a Total Initiative Respondent Achievement (TCR) of 75.32% at 61% -80 % with Good criteria. This means that the Respondent gave a Good rating from the Initiative, 2). Level of Employee Performance in the Padang Koto Tangah District Office based on the results of a questionnaire that researchers distributed at the Padang Koto Tangah District Office, the average Employee Performance Variable score was 7.73 with a Total Respondents Achievement (TCR) of 77.25% at 61% - 80% with Good criteria which means the respondent gives a good Employee Performance rating, 3). There is a positive effect of the Initiative Variable on the Employee Performance Variable in the Koto Tangah District Head Office.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how to implement the enforcement of Perda No. 22 of 2013 concerning Control of Billboards by the SatPol PP of the Mentawai Islands Regency. 2) To find out what obstacles are faced. 3) To find out what efforts were made to overcome the obstacles faced.This research uses descriptive method, and based on the result of this study. 1) Implementation of enforcement of the Mentawai Islands District Regulation No. 22 of 2013 concerning Control of Advertisements by SatPol PP, among others: a) Data collection related to violations found in the Implementation of Advertisements, b) Submission of Data Offenders Then confirmed to the Mentawai Islands Regency Licensing Service, c) Execution. 2) The obstacles faced include: a) There are still people who do not understand the regulations contained in the Perda itself, b) There are still individuals who deliberately commit fraud that violate existing regulations, c) Limited equipment in executing banners / billboard. 3) Efforts made in overcoming the obstacles faced include: a) Carrying out guidance and outreach to the community and business actors regarding the regulations of the Mentawai Islands District Regulation No. 22 of 2013 concerning Control of Billboards, b) Carrying out routine patrols to directly execute violations of the implementation of billboards and information media as well as dismantling of valid permits, c) Procurement of equipment to execute billboards / billboards or megatrons.

Abstract

The application of the principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) is expected to reduce the problems faced by Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ), increase public trust, raise Zakat, Infak and Sadaqah (ZIS) funds more optimally, and target distribution is more precise and meaning for those who deserve it. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the principles of Good Amil Governance in BAZNAS Payakumbuh. Using a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data and information from interviews and documentation, which is then analyzed using interactive methods. The results of the study show that overall all the instruments from the principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) have been applied in a good category at BAZNAS Payakumbuh. However, in the implementation of each instrument of the Principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) there are still complex obstacles that must be faced by BAZNAS Payakumbuh City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the operator. Research using descriptive qualitative method. The information in this study was that there were three people consisting of PAI emis operators, Madrasah EMIS operators and Islamic boarding school operators. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The results of the study show the importance of realizing data management in organizing data, including data collection, data processing, data maintenance and output/results (reporting) of data in the Ministry of Religion of Solok Regency effectively by utilizing information technology in the EMIS management system. There is a simplification in the process and activities of organizing and organizing data owned by the Ministry of Religion of Solok Regency. While the supporting factor is the adequate level of competence of human resources so that there is ease in obtaining data/information because if information is needed by the operator related to EMIS needs, it will be immediately announced through several media, namely through the WhatsApp application. The inhibiting factor for technical problems is the willingness of the internet network. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the important role of the EMIS operator for the Ministry of Solok Regency can minimize obstacles in managing Emis data which is supported by the availability of a high internet / Wifi network. Besides that, EMIS operators continue to improve competence by participating in training activities, technical guidance and so on

Abstract

From the objectives of the research carried out, namely: 1. To find out family planning counseling at the Office of Women's Empowerment of Child Protection for Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2 & KB) Kota Padang 2. To find out the factors that influence the implementation of counseling. Family Planning By the Office of Women's Empowerment of Child Protection Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2 & KB) Padang City. This study uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. From the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions and suggestions were obtained: 1. Family planning counseling at the Office of Women's Empowerment of Padang Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2 & KB) "is a process of delivering information to change behavior through non-formal education. Such behavior changes are not necessarily due to counseling but are influenced by other factors. 2 Factors that influence the implementation of such counseling include the level of education, the level of socio- economic, traditional customs, public trust and the availability of time to attend an extension program. From the above conclusions, it is suggested the following: 1. It is expected that extension agents at DP3AP2 & KB Kota Padang can prepare themselves before going down to the field because there are still many target groups that differ in education and economic background2. For successful extension, it is necessary to coordinate with other agencies that have the same extension program.

Abstract

The purpose of the research carried out is 1. To find out the level of work motivation of Sijunjung District Civil Service Police employees, 2. To find out the level of Job Satisfaction of Civil Service Police Unit Sijunjung District, 3. To find out the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Satisfaction of Civil Service Police Unit employees Sjaja Regency Praja. For this reason the research method is a quantitative approach. The results of the study provide the following conclusions: 1. Work Motivation Variables in this study were measured by the number of 20 question items by producing an average accumulation of a score of 3.45 with the achievement of the TCR percentage reaching 69.70%. So the Work Motivation of Satpol PP employees is relatively good. 2. Job Satisfaction Variables in this study were measured using 28 statement items to produce an average accumulated score of 3.37 with the achievement of the TCR percentage reaching 67.44%. So job satisfaction with Satpol-PP employees is relatively good. 3. Based on the regression test Y = a + bX obtained Y = 10,587 + 0.773 (Work Motivation), this shows the positive influence generated by Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction. This means that if Work Motivation (X) is increased by 1 point, it will have an effect on Job Satisfaction of 10,587 + 0.773. From the results of the determinant coefficient test through SPSS 21.00, the value of the determinant coefficient (R-Square) of Work Motivation (X) is equal to 0.662 or 66.2%. Thus variations in the increase and decrease in Job Satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the variable Work Motivation by 66.2%, while the remaining 33.8% Job Satisfaction is influenced by other factors not included in the studied variables. Based on the hypothesis test (t test) obtained the value of t count is 11,616 while the t table is equal to 2,045. Thus t arithmetic> t table, so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. From the conclusions above, it is suggested the following: 1. To achieve goals in an agency the need for leadership to improve and require employee morale by providing appropriate and good motivation, 2. To achieve Job Satisfaction the need for leaders to recognize the ability of each employee so that leaders should provide training to employees in adding insight and skills in accordance with the placement of these employees, 3. Employee Work Motivation is very influential in achieving good Job Satisfaction for that leadership must motivate employees so that employee morale increases.
