Abstract

Tanjung Harapan sub-district is one of the two sub-districts in the city of Solok. Judging from the existing village standards in the city of Solok, the level of community education in the Laing sub-district of Tanjung Harapan sub-district is still low, where many school-age residents attend school and their average education level is middle level. Based on the results of observations in the field, that the level of community participation in the village of Laing, Tanjung Harapan sub-district, the city of Solok on rural / urban development is not optimal, one of which is caused by the factor of community education levels that are still relatively low The success of the implementation of government programs in the framework of national development is very dependent on the participation of all levels of society. Community involvement is very important in the success of programs owned by the government. The community has a large potential of resources and if local governments are able to generate and manage them, many activities can be carried out without much involvement from the government. The government only needs to stimulate the community and subsequently the community themselves work hand in hand to solve it. However, this can be achieved if the human resources possessed have the quality, so they are able to compete and answer all development challenges.

Abstract

Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) di Kecamatan Padang Laweh merupakan program dari Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Program BSPS ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan rumah yang lebih layak huni bagi masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui implementasi program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya, mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan implementasi program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya, mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan implementasi program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, metodologi penelitian kualitatif adalah sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata- kata tertulis ataupun lisan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, implementasi program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya dapat dilihat dari beberapa variable yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan di Kecamatan Padang Laweh masih banyak rumah masyarakat yang tidak layak huni, kendala yang ditemui dilapangan masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang informasi kaitannya program BSPS, upaya kedepannya pemerintah khususnya kecamatan padang laweh lebih optimal lagi dalam menyampaikan informasi program BSPS kemasyarakat dengan cara mensosialisasikan program BSPS tersebut dengan berkoordinasi kepada setiap nagari yang ada dibawah pemerintahan Kecamatan Padang Laweh

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1.To find out the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the trial section of the Sijunjung Regency DPRD. 2.To find out the factors that influence the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the trial section of the DPRD Sijunjung Regency. In this study, the authors used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques using a. Observation, interview, documentation and analysis of literature. From the findings of the research and discussion, the following conclusions and suggestions are obtained: 1. The Trial Section at the Secretariat of the Sijunjung Regency DPRD has tried to provide administrative services to the institutional council in terms of court services but in practice it is still felt to be lacking by the Council Members served so that it requires work improvements. services to be able to realize the vision of the DPRD Sijunjung Regency. 2. Of the factors that affect the service by the field of trial, there are still employees who do not show a sense of responsibility for their work and office regulations, such as taking undisciplined actions. Services provided by Secretariat employees, which are considered to be lacking, can be a problem that interferes with good service. It is necessary to improve the quality of employee work, in addition to training or technical guidance, it can be done by more frequent leadership in providing directions to employees, so that employees feel cared for by the leadership, besides that, direct assessments can also be carried out from the leadership to employees, so that employees are more motivated to improve the quality of their work 2. Rolling of employees per section by taking into account the educational background and expertise of employees, the leadership should be more frequent in giving directions or briefings, so that the communication process can be open, so that employees also become more compact and solid

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dengan jumlah 50 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji koefisien determinan.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar adalah 4.085 dengan tingkat capaian respondens (TCR) 81,7% berada pada 80% - 89,9% dengan kategori baik. 2) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) adalah 4,14 dengan tingkat capaian responden (TCR) adalah 82.2% yang berada pada 80% - 89,9% kategori. 3) Variabel kualias produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,008 > 2,010 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hali ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Apollo Kuliner. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinansi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,417 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 41,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 58,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak di bahas dalam penelitian ini. Dengan peramaan regresi Y= 5,625+0,330X.

Abstract

Studi ini mengasumsikan bahwa desain kebijakan publik pemerintahan daerah yang inovatif tidak akan menjadi pengungkit inovasi kebijakan publik. Desain kebijakan publik pemerintahan daerah yang inovatif hanya menggambarkan kebijakan yang menguntungkan bagi kelompok tertentu saja. Kegagalan konsep ini membawa ide untuk mengubah asumsi, yaitu dengan mengubah desain kebijakan publik pemerintahan daerah yang inovatif ke desain inovasi kebijakan publik Pemerintahan Daerah. Jadi, bagaimana merancang inovasi kebijakan publik, bukan bagaimana merancang kebijakan publik yang inovatif. Dalam tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan mengenai peran desain inovasi kebijakan publik bagi pemerintahan daerah di era globalisasi.

Abstract

The pandemic has hit Indonesia for more than two years, not only in the health sector, the education sector, the pandemic has also greatly impacted the economic sector, especially small economic actors, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are heavily affected, especially in the production process. This study aims to see an overview of MSME production during the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village, Sumedang Regency. This research is a descriptive study, to see a description of the production of MSMEs in Ujung Jaya Village during the pandemic period which was carried out in June - July 2021. The population in the study of all community groups who had MSMEs registered with the Cooperatives were 83 MSMEs. The picture of MSME production is measured by conducting interviews with the owners of each MSME. The results of this study indicate that a decrease in the number of MSME production during the Covid-19 pandemic, including rice stalls/food stalls experiencing a 40% decrease in production, a 54.2% decrease in the production of pastries/wet cakes, an 11.1% decrease in vegetable cultivation or the like. and a 70% reduction in artisan production during the pandemic. For this reason, things that need to be considered for further improvement include marketing with digital patterns both in the marketplace and on social media, in order to increase production and sales again.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the distribution of BPNT is based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning the Distribution of Non-Cash Social Assistance by the Social Service of Solok Regency. 2) To find out what factors influence the distribution of BPNT based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning the Distribution of Non-Cash Securu Social Assistance by the Solok Regency Social Service. This study uses a descriptive method, where the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events according to the research problem as it is. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) The distribution of BPNT based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning Non-Cash Distribution of Social Assistance by the Social Service of Solo Regency consists of program preparation, coordination of implementation, implementation of beneficiary registration , submission of beneficiary data, registration and/or opening of kurtu combo beneficiary accounts, distribution/distribution of aid and utilization. 2) Factors affecting the distribution of BPNT based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning Non-Cash Distribution of Social Assistance by the Solak District Social Service, including data errors, empty balances and socialization. Based on the conclusions above, the authors provide the following suggestions: 1) The data collection should be carried out evenly and on target so that the prospective Beneficiary Families (KPM) are in accordance with the predetermined sam, 2) It is hoped that all deficiencies can be corrected and not continuous. occurs so that the goals of BPNT that have been previously set can be achieved to the maximum. 3) There should be more routine socialization activities to do.

Abstract

From the results of the study the following conclusions are made: 1. Training of Damkar officers for the field because the area of Mentawai Islands is quite extensive and also the problem of budget for field operations including the lack of fire trucks. 2. Firefighters in the field are quite good because officers already know what needs to be done both individually and as a team, but to improve the performance of fire fighters certainly need professional training specifically training damkar. 3. Based on the hypothesis test (t test), the value of tcount is 8,051 while ttable is 2,000. Thus tcount 8,051> ttable 2,000, so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, it means that there is an influence between Training on Performance. The Determinant Coefficient (R-Square) The Effect of Training (X) is 0.495 or 49.5%. Thus variations in the increase and decrease in Performance (Y) can be explained by the Training variable by 49.5%, while the remaining 50.5% Performance is influenced by other factors not included in the variables studied. Through the regression test Y = a + bX obtained Y = 10,432 + 0.515 (Training), this shows the positive influence generated by the Training on Performance. This means that if Training (X) is increased by 1 point it will have an effect on the Performance of 10.9432 + 0.515. From the conclusions above, it can be suggested as follows: 1. Need to Increase Training of Damkar Officers in the field because there are still many officers who have not participated in the training besides that the budget is still limited 2. The leadership must increase the Damkar operational budget and also the training fund of Damkar officers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) find out how the workability of the Civil Servant in the South Padang Sub-district office, 2) investigate how the performance of Civil Servant in the South Padang Sub-district Office. The research used is a Quantitative Research Method. The population is all employees of the Padang Selatan sub-district office of Padang city. Based on the results of the research CS workability level in the South Padang subdistrict office has so far reached 69.4%, the CS workability has reached a fairly good category with the level of respondents' achievements (TCR) between 65% - 79.99%, the results of ASN performance research in subdistrict office of South Padang so far have reached 71%, the CS performance has reached a fairly good category. The results of hypothesis testing can be explained that there is a strong relationship with interpretation between 0.60-0.799 and positive with a significant level smaller than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000. Based on the determinant coefficient test the Effect of Work Ability on CS Performance in the subdistrict office of South Padang is 62.6%, the remaining 37.4%. It is explained by other variables not included in the research model. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis, it was found that the workability variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servant (CS) in subdistrict office of South Padang.

Abstract

The objectives of the research carried out were 1. To determine the level of Interpersonal Communication at the Library of SMAN 1 Sijunjung 2. To determine the level of service quality for the library at SMAN 1 Sijunjung 3. To determine the effect of interpersonal communication on the quality of library services at SMAN 1 Sijunjung.The method used in this research is quantitative by using the survey method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study, questionnaire questionnaire method and observation. The number of samples in this study were 60 students of class XII. The results of the study provide the following conclusions: 1 Level of Interpersonal Communication in the Library of SMAN 1 Sijunjung measured by the number of 17 items of questions to produce the accumulated average score s ebesar 363 with attainment percentage of TCR reached 71.27 so the interpersonal communication in the library SMAN 1 Sijunjung enough good . 2. The level of quality of service in the library SMAN 1 Sijunjung measured with 18 items of questions to produce the accumulated average score s ebesar 3702 with the achievement of the percentage of TCR reached 64.94%. So the quality of service in the library of SMAN 1 Sijunjung is not good. 3. Through regression test. Y = a + b XY = 11.089 + 0.748 (Interpersonal Communication) The constant value of the research results (a) is 11.089, this shows that the research results on Service Quality are purely without being influenced by independent variables of 10,587. The regression value (b) of 0.748 indicates a positive influence generated by Interpersonal Communication, meaning that if Interpersonal Communication (X) is increased by 1 point, it will have an influence on Service Quality of 0.748. From the results of the determination coefficient test through SPSS 21.00, the value of the determinant coefficient ( R - Square) of Interpersonal Communication (X) is 0.662 or 65.4%. Thus the variations in the increase and decrease in Service Quality (Y) can be explained by the Interpersonal Communication variable of 65.4%, while the remaining 34.6% Service Quality is influenced by other factors not included in the variables studied. Based on the hypothesis test (t test), the t value is 12,376, while the t table is 2.00. Thus t count> t table, so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Interpersonal Communication and Service Quality.
