Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the leadership is at the Sijunjung Regency Inspectorate office and to find out how the employee performance is at the Sijunjung Regency Inspectorate office and to find out how leadership influences employee performance at the Sijunjung Regency Inspectorate office. The method used in this study is quantitative using survey methods, namely research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire. The results of this research are that the leadership of an inspector at the Sijunjung District Inspectorate office is still not running optimally as expected, this can be seen from the presence of employees who come and go home not on time, the lack of ability of superiors to control employees and the superiors are not strict in giving rewards or punishmen to employees resulting in reduced performance and employee performance at the Sijunjung District Inspectorate Office has not run as it should, this is because there are still jobs that are not completed on time, work results that are not in accordance with targets, repeated mistakes so that there is often a waste of costs, labor and money, as well as the lack of a sense of responsibility for employees at work and the influence of this leadership indicates a positive influence generated by leadership on performance

Abstract

Mediation as an alternative dispute resolution is considered to have beneficial forces, mediation can produce win-win solutions for the parties, and mediation is a relatively inexpensive and time-consuming segregation resolution process, dispute resolution through mediation efforts also has been known in the culture of traditional communities in Indonesia for a long time, especially in the Minangkabau community in West Sumatra known by the traditional philosophy of "Bulek aia kapambuluah, bulek kato kamupakaik. Picak salayang, sagolek bulek ". However, these beneficial forces have not been able to make mediation as an effective alternative dispute resolution for consumer dispute resolution in the city of Padang. This research is empirical or sociological in nature with exploratory prescriptive approach. The results of this study explain how the implementation of mediation in the settlement of consumer disputes at BPSK Padang city. The ineffectiveness of mediation efforts in resolving consumer disputes at BPSK is due to several factors ranging from the rules regarding the implementation of mediation, the role of mediators, facilities and infrastructure in the mediation and the attitude of the parties themselves.

Abstract

This study aims 1). This is to find out how big the level of work facilities is given to ASN, P3A Social Service, Mentawai Islands Regency. 2). This is to find out how much the job satisfaction level of the ASN Social Service Office for the Social Affairs of the Mentawai Islands Regency. 3) To find out how the effect of work facilities on the job satisfaction of ASN Social Service Office of Social Affairs, Mentawai Islands Regency? This study uses a quantitative method of facilities as the independent variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were all employees who work at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. A total of 32 people. The statistical method uses simple analysis, by testing the hypothesis t test. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained: 1). Based on the results of the questionnaire that researchers have distributed, the facility level is 8.76 with the Total Respondent Achievement (TCR) of Facilities is 72.92% which is at 65% - 79.99% with good enough criteria. This means that the Respondent gives a fairly good assessment of facilities, facilities are very much needed in completing a job or a problem faced by an employee. Because facilities are one of the factors that support the development or failure of job satisfaction results. 2). The level of job satisfaction at the Social Service for Women Empowerment and Child Protection Based on the results of the questionnaire that researchers have distributed, the average score for the Job Satisfaction Variable is 9.21 with the Total Respondents' Achievement (TCR) is 70.83% which is at 65% -79.99% with good enough criteria. This means that the respondent gives a pretty good assessment of job satisfaction. A result of job satisfaction can be seen through the quality and quantity of work achieved by someone in carrying out their duties according to their responsibilities. There is a positive effect of Facility Variables on Job Satisfaction Variables at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. 3). Based on the results of statistical calculations for the Facility Variable, the value of tcount> ttable is 5.100> 2.021 with a significance result of 0.007 <0.05, this illustrates that there is a significant effect of facilities between Facility Variables on Employee Satisfaction Variables. By using a one-way test in order to get the results Ho rejected Ha accepted. Where the regression equation model is Y = 17,637 + 0.545 X. This shows the effect of a facility on employee job satisfaction. In other words, the higher the facility level of an employee, the better the results of work satisfaction.

Abstract

Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency. (Case Study On By By Sijunjung Kalamai Urang Awak) are as follows; a) Increasing market access and increasing market share, the Kalamai urang crew distributes their products to various distributor areas, even to Palembang and Jambi. SMEs Kalamai Urang Awak Sijunjung Regency in increasing their market access participated in a bazaar held by the Office of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency, b) Increasing access to capital sources and strengthening the capital structure, the business capital of Kalamai Urang crew came from one owner and no outside help. c) Improving organizational and management capabilities, that in order to improve organizational capability the Kalamai Urang Awak leadership of Sijunjung Regency sent its members to attend trainings held by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency such as product marketing, product pachaging training, product quality training, and product development training. d) Increasing access and mastery of technology, that the marketing technology used by SMEs is kalamai urang crew with social media such as Instagram and Facebokk. Technology for the production of MSMEs still does not use sophisticated technology. Based on the conclusions above, the authors provide the following suggestions: 1) The Office of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Business Cooperatives in Sijunjung Regency as the person in charge of developing and empowering MSMEs based on the creative economy in Sijunjung Regency should provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, so that MSME actors creative economy-based companies can develop and market their products effectively. 2) The people of Sijunjung Regency as MSME actors based on the creative economy should open their minds not to be pragmatic in accepting the empowerment provided by the government.

Abstract

A good hotel is able to benefit by providing satisfaction for its guests. In the hotel we have to try to motivate the employees to understand the importance of giving satisfaction to the guests. It is also necessary to try and see things from the viewpoint of the guests. What are favored by guests? What will please the guests? And what can make him happy? Is it possible to provide the service desired by the guest in order to achieve these objectives? How can we improve the service? How can we help something simpler the better. In connection with these questions, the hotel staff especially the conciergePrince'sBeach Hotel Padang must realize that guest satisfaction is more important than the satisfaction of the leadership, making employees guest who are in the business world this hotel.To be able to meet the desires and needs of the service, then there are some things that must be considered by the concierge Prince's Beach Hotel Padang that the services provided to guests and attitude (performance) at the time of serving guests arrive. This research uses descriptive quantitative approachto sampling techniques stay guests who by chance meet to be given a questionnaire. Analysis of data using a Likert scale to determine how far the service and attitude reception of providing services.

Abstract

Pegawai Negeri Sipil sebagai sumber daya terpenting dalam organisasi pemerintahan terus berupaya meningkatkan prestasi kerja dengan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Pelayanan akan semakin meningkat jika pegawai memiliki prestasi kerja yang bagus. Nilai-nilai dalam sikap dan perilaku Pegawai dalam bekerja tidak terlepas dari budaya lokal yang dibawa individu kedalam budaya kerja sehari-hari. Sebagai bagian masyarakat yang menganut sistem kekerabatan minangkabau, maka sikap dan perilaku pegawai dalam bekerja secara tidak langsung akan terbawa dalam menyelesaikan tugas pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Nilai Budaya Kerja Berbasiskan Kearifan Lokal Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif inferensial Teknik sampling diambil menggunakan rumus slovin, dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 34 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Regresi Linier. Hasil analisis menghasilkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Berbasiskan Kearifan Lokal Minangkabau (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Y) Pegawai Negeri Sipil dilingkungan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Solok dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,1%

Abstract

This study aims to produce student worksheets based on higher order thinking skills in Sociology learning for class X that meet valid and practical criteria. This type of research is development research. The development research model used is a 4-D development model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. In this study, only up to the develop stage due to time constraints. This research was conducted with the material of Social Interaction. The research instruments include validity sheets and practicality sheets (teacher and student response questionnaires). In the validation process, the Student Worksheet is validated by 1 material expert, 1 linguist and 1 media expert. In the practical process, the Student Worksheet was tested by 2 teachers and 6 students. Based on the results of the study, the development of student worksheets based on higher order thinking skills in Sociology learning for class X resulted in meeting the very valid criteria with an assessment percentage of 93%, and meeting the very practical criteria with a percentage of 95.2%. So, it can be concluded that student worksheets based on higher order thinking skills in Sociology learning for class X are very valid and very practical to use as learning materials.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Promosi di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang tergolong sangat baik dengan nilai TCR sebesar 89,12%, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal penjualan personal misalnya dengan pemanfaatan promosi lewat media sosial. 2) Hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t ditemukan bahwa t hitung adalah sebesar 15,712 sementara t tabel untuk n=25 adalah sebesar 1,713 dengan demikian t hitung > t tabel sehingga (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, kemudian angka sig nya kurang dari 0,05. Dari uji korelasi terlihat ada korelasi yang sangat kuat antara promosi dengan minat beli konsumen di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang sebesar 0,956. Kemudian dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,915 atau 91,5%. Dapat diartikan bahwa peningkatan atau penurunan minat beli konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh promosi perusahaan sebesar 91,5%

Abstract

Work discipline is one of the factors that can affect employee performance. Work discipline is an obedient and obedient attitude to rules based on personal awareness without any coercion from outside. This kind of attitude is not only demanded from an employee as an individual but also a group of people who are members of an organization. With discipline employees will be more responsible for their duties so that organizational goals can be realized. The work discipline of employees at the Kupitan Sub-district Office of Sijunjung Regency is still not optimal, this can be seen from the high level of employee absenteeism, lack of accuracy in working so that there is often a waste of labor and money, lack of employee obedience in following standards and regulations at work, such as when working hours are ongoing, employees are often outside the room or office rather than doing their duties and responsibilities / functions because they are ignored, there are still employees who often do other activities outside the office's interests
