Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis serta mendeskripsikan manajemen konflik pada organisasi keprajaan/kemahasiswaan Manggala Korps Praja (MKP) IPDN Kampus Sumatera Barat. Riset ini merupakan riset kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan informasi riset menggunakan angket terbuka yang disebar secara langsung. Informan riset berjumlah 52 orang anggota MKP IPDN Kampus Sumatera Barat. Hasil penelitian menampilkan bahwa konflik yang kerap dirasakan mahasiwa ialah konflik dengan atasan dan sesame anggota MKP. Aspek yang mempengaruhi manajemen konflik pada MKP terdiri dari faktor dominan yang menunjang penyelesaian konflik terdapat 2 ialah perasaan tidak aman serta ikatan pertemanan. Aspek dominan yang menghambat penyelesaian konflik terdapat 2 ialah karakter yang berbeda (keras kepala, egois, tidak kooperatif) serta munculnya emosi dan perasaan gengsi serta sungkan. Manajemen konflik yang kerap digunakan praja organisasi MKP yakni dengan berdiskusi membandingkan tujuan serta agenda organisasi.

Abstract

The existence of Javanese toke and Minang toke in the livestock market of Agropolitan Gunung Medan is a unique feature of livestock markets in other Minangkabau areas. The Javanese toke was able to survive while the Minang toke slowly disappeared and was replaced by a toke that came from the Javanese tribe. The purpose of this study was to see the tendency of the survival of the Javanese gecko and the persistence of the Minang gecko in the Agropoplitan Livestock Market, Mount Medan, Kenagarian, Mount Medan, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is a qualitative research with an intrinsic case study type. This research was conducted at the Agropoplitan livestock market in Mount Medan, Kenagarian, Mount Medan, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. Informants from this study consisted of livestock toke, livestock market officers, livestock buyers, breeders and local communities. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, documentation and direct observation in the field. While the data analysis used in this study is the analysis of Milles Huberman. The results of this study found that the Javanese toke tend to exist more than the Minang toke because the social capital owned by the Javanese toke is higher than the social capital market of the Minang toke. The level of trust and discipline of the Javanese toke is the main capital in winning the contestation in this Agropolitan livestock market. Social capital is one of the determinants in increasing the existence of the Javanese toke in the agropolitan livestock market arena of Gunung Medan. Toke Jawa is able to build and form a social network based on friendship so that Toke Jawa always survives. This research is expected to add to the scientific treasures in the social field. Social capital can be an important thing in showing a person's existence in society. The government and the community in Dharmasraya Regency should be more active in developing the Gunung Medan Agropolitan livestock market, Dharmasraya Regency

Abstract

The results of the research in this study are : 1) the Implementation Of Management Information System In The Ship Service Sub Section at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Teluk Bayur Branch has used computerization in this case in the form of an application called SIMOPEL in its implementation includes several stages starting with the data collection stage, processing data using a SIMOPEL application, then producing output in the form of information or reports to management that are useful in decision making. Form the three stages it is known that the data input process often experiences problems, so that all service realization must be delayed for a while. 2) the factors that affect the Implementation Of Management Information System In The Ship Service Sub Section at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Teluk Bayur Branch are system errors and less extensive internet coverage, causing all implementation processes to be delayed and carried out manually. Based on the results of the research above, suggestions that the autor can propose are: 1) Continue to improve facilities and infastructure to support Implementation activities in the company. And improve each system at the stages of the existing procedures in the SIMOPEL application. 2) Improve the system on the application and the range of internet communication so that the Implementation Of Management Information System can operate properly.

Abstract

One of the quality health services from the health center can be measured by knowing patient satisfaction with the service. For Puskesmas Mandiangin Bukittinggi City, patient satisfaction is very important, considering the vision of this Puskesmas is to make Mandiangin District Health Center as a prime health service unit, equitable and affordable by the community to support the achievement of optimal health degrees. The purpose of this study was to determine patient satisfaction with the performance of health services at the clinic by measuring the level of patient satisfaction. This research is a descriptive study, to see a picture of patient satisfaction in the Mandiangin District Health Center which was conducted in August - October 2019. The population in the study was outpatients in the Puskesmas Mandiangin Bukittinggi District Health Center. The level of patient satisfaction was measured by the servqual method by conducting interviews with 73 patients at the public health center. Each statement was scored using the 1-4 Likert scale. In this study, the majority of respondents were satisfied with the service of health workers (doctors and nurses) at the public health clinic at Puskesmas Mandiangin (71.2%). The empathy dimension has a high percentage (75.3%). While responsiveness has a lower presentation compared to other dimensions (64.4%). The highest patient satisfaction value in each dimension namely; Nurse appearance (3.71), doctor's presence on time (3.71), nurse answers patient's questions clearly (3.64), patient believes in the medicine given by doctor (3.77) and doctor is able to communicate well with patients (3,81). Puskesmas Mandiangin needs to maintain and improve existing achievements. Some things that need to be taken into consideration to be further improved include the presence and skills of doctors at the clinic, the speed at which doctors solve problems, nurses 'experiences and nurses' attention to being good listeners.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Organizing Public Order and Peace in Sijunjung Regency, the obstacles faced in implementing the Duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Organizing Public Order and Peace in Sijunjung Regency, and the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to implementing the Duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Organizing Public Order and Peace in Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results showed the implementation of the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) and the Fire Department (Damkar) in Sijunjung Regency. Implementing the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Sijunjung Regency comprises enforcing Regional Regulations and Regional Regulations, maintaining public peace and order, and implementing community protection. The obstacle faced is that there are still many people who do not understand the regulations contained in the regional regulations. And officers have difficulty moving because there is no minimum service standard. Efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles, namely to socialize and provide guidance to the community about public order regulations. And the need for an institutional development that is able to support the realization of peace and order.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian yang dilkasanakan ialah : 1.Untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat pelayanan Kantor Camat Padang Barat.2. Untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat Efektifitas Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Padang Barat.3. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Pelayanan Terhadap Efektfitas Kerja Kantor Camat Padang Barat. Untuk itu penulis menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1.Secara total 5 indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur pelayanan menghasilkan akumulasi rata-rata skor sebesar 4,78 dengan pencapaian persentase TCR mencapai 82,17%. Jadi dari tabel TCR tersebut didapatkan angka tertinggi sebesar 75,58%, artinya pegawai kantor Camat Padang Barat memperoleh pelayanan yang baik, 2.Secara total 4 indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur Efektifitas Kerja menghasilkan akumulasi rata-rata skor sebesar 4,74 dengan pencapaian responden TCR mencapai 65,48%.Jadi dari data tabel TCR tersebut didapatkan angka tertinggi sebesar 65,48%, artinya pegawai Kantor Camat Padang Barat memperoleh Efektifitas Kerja yang baik, melalui uji Y=a+bX diperoleh y=13,790+0,502 (Pelayanan) ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang dihasilkan oleh Pelayanan terhadap Efektfitas Kerja. Artinya apabila Pelayanan (X) ditingkatkan sebesar 1 point maka akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Efektifitas Kerja sebesar 13,790+0,502. 3. Berdasarkan tabel diatas , dapat dijelaskan bahwa nilai rXY adalah 0,478. ini menunjukan pengaruh antara pelayanan terhadap efektifitas kerja terdapat hubungan yang sedang, dimana interprestasi kefisien korelasi antara 0,50-5,99, dengan tingkat signifikansi lebih dari < 0,005 yaitu 0,003. Dari hasil uji koefisien penentu melalui SPSS 22,0, nilai Koefisiensi Determinant (R-Square) pengaruh pelayanan terhadap efektifitas Kerja sebesar 59,8%. Sedangkan sisanya 29,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel penelitian. Ini menggambarkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelayanan terhadap efektifitas Kerja dengan menggunakan uji satu arah sehingga didapat hasil Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Tourism is a source of income that can be continually updated and rejuvenated, this form of rejuvenation of tourist areas can be in the form of renovations, and regular maintenance, therefore tourism is an important investment in the non-oil and gas sector for Indonesia. Tourism which is a future economic investment will automatically facilitate the circulation of goods and services in tourist attractions. Furthermore tourism will enhance national economic stability, but of course the success in tourism development as above will be felt if the supporting factors are well prepared. Tourism potential that is high in the Mentawai Islands Regency region should be optimized, not only seen as a potential regional income, but as an effort to preserve regional culture that has begun to be abandoned. As one of the main motivators of industrial development, tourism in the Mentawai Islands district government needs a good role to manage and market tourism products so that they can become a potential source of income for the region. Through various policy breakthroughs, it is expected that regional governments will be able to embrace various stakeholders for the sustainability of a competitive and sustainable tourism industry based on community empowerment.

Abstract

His study discusses coaching conducted by the Office of Cooperatives of Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of the Mentawai Islands Regency on Small and Medium Enterprises. As is known, cooperatives and SMEs are an integral part of the national business world that has a very important purpose and role in economic development. Mentawai Islands Regency is one of the regencies located in West Sumatra Province, formed under RI Law No.49 of 1999, the district consists of 4 islands namely Siberut Island, Sipora Island, North Pagai Island and South Pagai Island. In addition there are several small islands. Over the years the development of SMEs in the Mentawai Islands Regency has increased. With this increase, the participation of the government, both local and central government, is needed to further increase the growth of the number of SMEs in improving the economy. But along with the development of SMEs in the Mentawai Islands Regency, other coaching such as counseling and training has not been evenly distributed. Counseling and training of SMEs is only done by the department of SMEs which are deemed necessary to do the counseling and training, not all SMEs in the Mentawai Islands Regency

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine the Role and the development program of theNagari Aia Amo Institution, Kamang Baru District, Sijunjung Regency. The resulf of thisreaserch showed that the role of the Nagari Institution as a community coach in serving theNagari government community can be said to have satisfied residents so that the developmentcarried out in Aie Amo Data can run or carried out smoothly because of the support from theentire community. The services provided by the Nagari government to the community in thiscase are in the form of processing documents for which there is no standard fee. 2) Thedevelopment program in Nagari Aie Amo can be seen from the intensive efforts of guardingthe Nagari government apparatus including the Nagari Wali and their staff who collaboratewith the Head of Jorong who is a community leader in the area. As a lower level governmentthe Nagari government can only propose and assist all physical developments determined bythe MUSREMBANG results at the sub-district level. Because the Nagari government can onlycarry out coordination orders from the sub-district level government which is itsadministrative area 3) The role of Nagari institutions in Nagari Aia Amo Development,Kamang Baru Subdistrict, Sijunjung Regency This fairly good community participation isevident from the various attention from the community towards all developments in thescope of government of Nagari Aie Amo 2). Cooperation between fellow Devices is veryharmonious between fellow Nagari Devices, in the form of intimacy that occurs betweenfellow Devices, as well as the obedience of all Devices to the Wali Nagari Mother.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the world, including Indonesia, and has had various impacts, including MSMEs. This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the UMKM of Ujung Jaya Village at this time. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using secondary data from research results and literature references regarding data and information related to research. The results of this study show the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs, the challenges of MSMEs during the Covid 19 Pandemic and the MSMEs Strategy in dealing with Covid 19 in Ujung Jaya Village. The impact of the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village is quite strong, many MSME players have suffered losses due to a decrease in people's purchasing power and a reduction in the production process. It is recommended that to overcome the impact of the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village, MSME actors can switch to the concept of going digital with the use of social media and other e-commerce to revive their MSME movement
