Abstract

This research is start from the various problems in practical reformation and inovation oflocal goverment in public service realization, especially in implementation of investmentaffair and integrated license service. Based on data and result of analysis are found thatrealization of reformation and public service inovation in Board of Investment andIntegrated License Service at Lima Puluh Kota Regency is not running well. Reformationpractical and public sevice inovation all this time have many problems because of minimumbudget factor, less of human resources, minimum of tools and infrastructures andinformation technology. Public service approach that are used is based on goodgovernance principles with Structural Adjustment Programs (SAPs) pattern that havestandardized in Standard Operational System (SOP) that tend to awkward and thedimensions of sound governance is not fulfill yet. Based on the riil condition fromrealization of reformation and inovation that public service, it can be arranged the ideas toreform the principle and public service regulation in Board of Investment and IntegratedLicense Service at Lima Puluh Kota Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of E-Puskesmas Services at Community Health Centers in Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency. As for the population of this study were the employees of the Cinta Manis Community Health Center, totaling 12 people. Adhering to the principle of rationality and to support the validity of the research results, the number of samples was determined, namely from employees as many as 12 people from the total population purposively. Types and sources of data collected include primary data, namely data obtained directly from research respondents, while secondary data is a source of data and information as well as information from agencies related to this research. The implementation theory that the writer uses is according to George Edward III. Whereas Implementation is an activity of administrative activities as an institution intended as one of the process activities carried out by administrative units or bureaucratic units. In the approach theorized by Edward III, there are 4 variable indicators that greatly determine the success of implementation, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. To obtain more valid data and information, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations and interviews. This research is in the form of a descriptive survey, namely by drawing a number of samples from the existing population, prioritizing research aids in the form of questionnaires so that the data is expected to be able to answer the desired research. As for the results of the research on how the implementation of E-Puskesmas Services at Community Health Centers in Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency was assessed as "Good Enough".

Abstract

Abstract

The results of the observations illustrate that the existence of waqf in Kubung District is only used for the construction of mosques, prayer rooms, schools, and social institutions in the form of orphanages and nursing homes, while in the implementation of registration of land waqf from wakif is through the Office of Religious Affairs in Kubung District and forwarded to the Head of Bimas Islam at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Solok Regency. The forms of Waqf Land Management in Kubung District, Solok Regency are:1) Problems in the management of Waqf Land in Kubung District, Solok Regency. The problem of waqf management in Kubung District is stillthe existence of waqf land that has not been certified due to constraints onNazhir in the management of land certificates that do not exist, this is because Nazhir does not carry out his duties in accordance with existing laws. The practice of productive waqf it self has not been carried out because it is constrained by nazhir who does not know about productive waqf, 2) The strategy for managing waqf land in Kubung sub-district, Solok district, is only intended for the construction of worship facilities, so the results achieved from waqf land that are currently managed are not maximized because has not been managed productively due to Nazhir's knowledge of productive waqf so that the managed waqf land has not been able to prosper the people in the area around the district of Kubung

Abstract

Based on the limitation of the problem above, the writer formulates the problem in this research as follows: 1) How is the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Sinarmas Padang Branch Asset Management. 2) What are the obstacles faced in relation to the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Sinarmas Padang Branch Asset Management. 3) How are the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles faced in connection with the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dengan jumlah 50 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji koefisien determinan.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar adalah 4.085 dengan tingkat capaian respondens (TCR) 81,7% berada pada 80% - 89,9% dengan kategori baik. 2) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) adalah 4,14 dengan tingkat capaian responden (TCR) adalah 82.2% yang berada pada 80% - 89,9% kategori. 3) Variabel kualias produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,008 > 2,010 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hali ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Apollo Kuliner. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinansi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,417 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 41,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 58,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak di bahas dalam penelitian ini. Dengan peramaan regresi Y= 5,625+0,330X.

Abstract

Tourism is a source of income that can be continually updated and rejuvenated, this form of rejuvenation of tourist areas can be in the form of renovations, and regular maintenance, therefore tourism is an important investment in the non-oil and gas sector for Indonesia. Tourism which is a future economic investment will automatically facilitate the circulation of goods and services in tourist attractions. Furthermore tourism will enhance national economic stability, but of course the success in tourism development as above will be felt if the supporting factors are well prepared. Tourism potential that is high in the Mentawai Islands Regency region should be optimized, not only seen as a potential regional income, but as an effort to preserve regional culture that has begun to be abandoned. As one of the main motivators of industrial development, tourism in the Mentawai Islands district government needs a good role to manage and market tourism products so that they can become a potential source of income for the region. Through various policy breakthroughs, it is expected that regional governments will be able to embrace various stakeholders for the sustainability of a competitive and sustainable tourism industry based on community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the health care of outpatients in puskesmas and the factors that influence in the outpatient health services at Muara Sikabaluan Health Center, North Siberut District, Mentawai Islands District. This research uses descriptive method, in which the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events according to the research problem in a qualitative approach, by collecting data through interviews and observations and collecting basic data in accordance with the object under study. In this study, 12 respondents from Muara Sikabaluan Health Center employees and 2 respondents from the community/patients, a total of 14 respondents. The results obtained as a whole that the services provided by the Muara Sikabaluan Health Center have been going well and correctly but the results have not been maximized. Principles of service performed by Muara Sikabaluan Health Center based on MenPan No. 63 / KEP / M.PAN / 7/2003 regarding public services. The ten health service principles are only five service activities that have been successfully achieved - the simplicity of service procedures, information clarity, information certainty, service security and comfort services. While outpatient health services at Puskesmas Muara Sikabaluan which have not been maximized include easy access to difficult and risky Puskesmas, discipline, courtesy and friendliness, responsibilities, facilities and infrastructure as well as other supporting facilities and there are still found inaccuracies in service delivery both recording and reporting.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the acceptance of new students (PPDB) at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. 2) To find out what factors affect the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. 3) To find out what is the impact of the results of the selection of New Student Admissions (PPDB) on the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. This study uses a qualitative method, where the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events in accordance with the research problem as it is. The nature of the qualitative approach is intended to present information or information arranged in such a way that it is able to provide a clear and real picture of the object of research. Some data uses are only used as a support for the descriptions used, so as to provide a clear and concrete picture. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Online Selection for New Student Admissions (PPDB) at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang Solok Regency includes: a) Provisions for the Selection of New Student Admissions (PPDB), b) New Student Admissions Mechanism (PPDB), c) The number of applicants accepted at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. 2) The obstacles faced include: a) There are still people who do not understand (lay) in terms of procedural or technical problems regarding PPDB Online, b) Availability of Internet Connection during the implementation of PPDB Online, c) The number of PPDB Online operators is not proportional to the number PPDB online participants. 3) Efforts made in overcoming the obstacles faced include: a) Carrying out extensive socialization for the community so that they can clearly understand the PPDB online procedure, b) increasing the number of PPDB Online operators

Abstract

The method used in this research is quantitative using a survey method, namely research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. 1). From the existing problems, the following conclusions can be drawn: Leadership at the Department of Housing and Settlements in the Mentawai Islands Regency is still not optimal, because the leader's ability to analyze problems is low, this can be seen from every report of problems faced by employees who still do not find solutions / bright spots from superiors, lack of courage and firmness of leadership in applying sanctions for violators of the personnel code of ethics so that there are still employees who come and go home not on time, delayed work completion, discommunication at work and lack of interest from the leadership in listening to every employee's complaint. 2.) The performance of employees at the Department of Housing and Residential Areas of the Mentawai Islands Regency is still not optimal, this can be seen from the quality of employee work, there are still errors in work, the quantity of work that is not in line with expectations, work that is not completed on time and still found employees who are not in the work room during working hours 3). Through the regression test Y = a + bX obtained 11.134 + 538 (Leadership Level), this indicates a positive influence generated by leadership on performance. This means that if leadership (X) is increased by 1 point, it will have an effect on performance of 11.134+538. Through the correlation test, the rXY value is 0.647. This means that there is a strong relationship between leadership and performance (Correlation Coefficient Interpretation between 0.60–0.799). The value of the Determinant Coefficient (R-Square) of leadership (X) is 0.418 or 41.8%. Thus the variation of increase and decrease in performance (Y) can be explained by the variable of leadership influence of 41.8%, while the remaining 58.2% of performance is influenced by other factors that are not included in the variables studied. The tcount is 6,112 while the ttable is 2,000. Thus tcount 6..112 > ttable 2,000 so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between leadership and performance.
