Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala dalam pencatatan akuntansi dan implikasinya terhadap keberhasilan UMKM, dengan studi kasus pada Hani Bakes sebuah usaha mikro di bidang produksi kue dan roti rumahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hani Bakes menghadapi berbagai kendala pencatatan akuntansi, antara lain kurangnya pemahaman akuntansi, tidak adanya sistem pencatatan yang terstruktur, prioritas usaha yang lebih fokus pada operasional produksi, serta rendahnya kesadaran terhadap pentingnya pencatatan keuangan. Implikasi dari kendala tersebut berdampak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, seperti ketidakmampuan mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan, kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan, ketidakteraturan arus kas, dan hambatan dalam memperoleh pembiayaan eksternal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan akuntansi dasar dan pemanfaatan teknologi pencatatan keuangan sederhana sebagai upaya peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze external and internal strategies in UMKM Sabana Fried Chicken Panyileukan in order to formulate a sustainable development strategy. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with interview methods, direct observation, and literature studies. The analytical tools used include PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, Competitor Mapping, Industry Matrix, VRIO, Value Chain, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and IFAS and EFAS Tables formulated into SWOT and TOWS Matrices. The results of the analysis show that Sabana has advantages in strategic location, customer loyalty, and efficient operational systems. However, there are significant weaknesses in terms of promotion, digitalization, and dependence on the owner. From the external side, Sabana is considered quite responsive to opportunities such as fast food trends and stable raw material prices, even though it is faced with threats of competition and environmental issues such as flooding. Based on the IE Matrix, the business position is in Quadrant V (Hold and Maintain), which recommends a survival strategy through optimizing strengths and gradually improving weaknesses. The recommended strategies include strengthening digital promotion, HR training, and implementing a digital operational system. This research is expected to be a strategic reference for MSMEs in designing adaptive and sustainable business decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a case study of Cireng Seuhah Panyilekann, a local business specializing in traditional Sundanese snack food, cireng (fried tapioca cake). Despite its potential market, this MSME faces challenges related to product quality, distribution, and promotion. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, interviews, and direct observation of the business owners and consumers. The findings reveal that product differentiation strategy, along with a strong focus on quality and innovation in flavor varieties, plays a key role in improving competitiveness. Additionally, effective marketing management through social media and partnerships with distribution agents significantly contribute to market expansion and product visibility. By implementing the right strategies, Cireng Seuhah Panyilekann has successfully improved its position in the local market and strengthened customer loyalty.

Abstract

Peran akuntansi manajerial dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis pada perusahaan manufaktur sangat penting sebagai sumber informasi keuangan yang akurat dan relevan untuk mendukung proses perencanaan, pengendalian biaya, evaluasi kinerja, serta analisis risiko dan proyeksi keuangan. Dengan menyediakan data yang komprehensif dan tepat waktu, akuntansi manajerial membantu manajer merumuskan strategi bisnis yang efektif, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, akuntansi manajerial menjadi alat yang vital dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang dinamis serta memastikan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan manufaktur secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to find the role of brand image in mediating the influence of word of mouth on purchase intention in Kedai Kopi Daycoff The research is explanatory research which describes causal relation among variables with hypothesis test. This study use 91 respondents as sample. The research uses slovin formula to find the sample. This study use instrument test and path analysis. Based on test results can be summarized that word of mouth has effect and  significantly on purchase intention, word of mouth has not effect and not significantly on brand image, and brand image has effect and significantly on purchase intention. The result also shows thatword of mouth has not effect and noot significantly on purchase intention through brand image

Abstract

  \ This study focuses on quality management strategies in improving the accreditation results of educational institutions, by examining in depth how managerial practices are implemented systematically and sustainably. The approach used is qualitative with a case study type, which allows for in-depth exploration of the process, dynamics, and context of implementing quality strategies at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid which has obtained "Very Good" accreditation. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, which were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that self-evaluation-based planning, strengthening the role of the Internal Quality Assurance Team (TPMI), data-based monitoring and evaluation, and training to improve teacher and education personnel competencies are key strategies that directly contribute to achieving better accreditation. These findings provide important implications for the development of an educational quality management system that does not only focus on administrative fulfillment, but also on the internalization of a sustainable quality culture. This study also recommends the importance of integration between reflective and data-based practices in the quality assurance system in educational units..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that affect the sustainability of the Kebab Sultan MSME business in Panyileukan, and to develop appropriate development strategies based on these conditions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews with MSME owners and employees. Data analysis was carried out using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the Kebab Sultan MSME. The results of the study show that MSMEs have several strengths such as distinctive product tastes and strategic locations, but also face weaknesses in terms of marketing management. From the external side, the opportunities are wide open with the increasing public interest in fast food, but there are threats from similar business competition around the Panyileukan area. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, development strategies that can be applied include increasing digital promotion, increasing brand awareness, and more efficient operational management. This research is expected to be the basis for strategic considerations for MSME actors in developing their businesses sustainably.

Abstract

As digital trading platforms become increasingly popular due to convenience and product variety, consumers' purchase decisions are influenced by multiple factors, including brand perception, price evaluation, and product quality. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 120 active Marketplace users in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that brand image, price, and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decisions. Partially, brand image and product quality have a positive and significant influence, while price shows a positive but not statistically significant effect. These findings suggest that in the digital Marketplace era, consumers tend to prioritize brand reputation and product quality over price alone. Therefore, online businesses should focus on strengthening brand positioning and maintaining high product quality to enhance consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has made the internet an essential part of modern life. In addition to serving as a source of entertainment and information, the internet also plays a significant role in marketing activities. One of the products that has experienced growing interest in Indonesia is sunscreen. Many brands take advantage of content marketing strategies and competitive pricing to attract consumers. Therefore, content marketing and price have become important factors influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and price on purchasing decisions of Azarine sunscreen, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a descriptive-verificative method with a quantitative approach. The population consists of students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, class of 2021. A total of 88 respondents were selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study employed multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results show that content marketing and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The adjusted R square value of 60.4% indicates that these two independent variables explain the majority of the variation in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pengiriman internasional yang diterapkan oleh Aurra Beauty Bar, sebuah usaha mikro yang mengekspor produk kuku palsu dengan merek Aurra Nailss ke Malaysia. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Fokus utama dari kajian ini meliputi proses komunikasi, sistem transaksi, pengelolaan logistik, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses pengiriman lintas batas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun beroperasi dalam skala mikro, Aurra Beauty Bar mampu berhasil dalam pengiriman internasional dengan memanfaatkan jaringan pribadi, menggunakan layanan logistik yang terpercaya (Lion Parcel), dan mengadopsi solusi pembayaran yang fleksibel seperti Wise. Tantangan terkait akses terbatas pada sistem pembayaran internasional dan hambatan komunikasi dengan pembeli berhasil diatasi melalui strategi yang adaptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa usaha kecil memiliki potensi untuk meraih pasar internasional dengan perencanaan yang matang, adaptasi strategis, dan optimalisasi sumber daya.
