MSDs usually occur due to individual factors, work factors, and environmental factor This study aims to determinethe factors associated with MSDs complaints among office workers at PT. Y This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design and the number of respondents was 54 people. In this study, it was found that 34 workers experienced moderate levels of MSDs. There was no relationship between age (P-value=1.000), gender (P-value=0.552), physical activity (P-value =0.877), years of service (P-value=0.889), BMI (Pvalue =0.197), smoking habits (P-value =0.127), work posture (P-value=0.223) with MSDs complaints. The majority of workers (98.1%) have risky work postures due to inadequate work stations and low physical activity (42.6%). PT. Abstract

Newborn are susceptible to illness and malnutrition, making proper infant feeding feeding practice crucial,, particularly the exclusive breastfeeding. According to the Precede-Proceed theory, health related behavior, including breastfeeding, are influenced by predisposing, reinforcing, and enabling factors. This study aimed to examine the relationship between these factors with the exclusive breastfeeding practice among mothers attending the Neglasari Public Health Center, Tangerang City. This study was conducted in July-October 2023 in the Neglasari Public Health Center area. A cross-sectional study design with accidental sampling technique was employed. Data was collected through interview on 105 breastfeeding mothers who had toddlers aged 7-24 months. The association between the breastfeeding practice and independent variables were assessed using chi-square test. Findings revealed that 35.2% of the respondents provided exclusive breastfeeding. Significant association were found between the exclusive breastfeeding practice and maternal knowledge (p-value = 0.008), occupation (p-value = 0.021), age (p-value = 0.044), and parity (p value = 0.004). These results suggest that educational and support interventions tailored to mothers’ age, employment status, knowledge level, and parity could enhance exclusive breastfeeding practices.   Keywords: Maternal age, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Knowledge, Occupation, Parity

Abstract

Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is an effective method for preventing Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) among Men Sex Men (MSM), but its uptake in Tangerang City remains low. This study explores the experiences of MSM using PrEP based on the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) in Tangerang City. Conducted from January to June 2024, this descriptive qualitative research involved three key informants and two supporting informants from healthcare and community services, selected purposively. Content analysis was employed to examine the TTM stages: precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance. In the precontemplation stage, MSM continue risky sexual behaviors despite recognizing HIV risks. During contemplation, they demonstrate good knowledge about HIV and PrEP and express a strong intention to start PrEP. The preparation stage underscores the importance of community and healthcare support in initiating PrEP. In the action stage, many MSM face side effects like nausea and dizziness. In the maintenance stage, despite awareness and support, side effects, boredom, and the belief of reduced risk lead MSM to discontinue PrEP. All informants experienced the five TTM stages, but two of three discontinued PrEP at the maintenance stage. Intensive initial support is crucial to manage side effects and ensure adherence to PrEP. Abstract

E-cigarettes are battery-powered devices that heat liquid to produce vapor. Their use is increasing among college students, especially due to exposure to social media such as YouTube. E-cigarettes can cause nicotine dependence and various diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and YouTube exposure to e-cigarette smoking behavior among UPN Veteran Jakarta students in 2024. We usedcross-sectional design and accidental sampling technique, involving 160 respondents. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test. A total of 45.6% of respondents have e-cigarette smoking behavior. There is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and exposure to negative and positive content on YouTube with e-cigarette smoking behavior (p-value <0.05). The high number of students who smoke e-cigarettes is influenced by peer influence, perceptions of the safety of e-cigarettes, and exposure to content. Negative content encourages smoking behavior through advertising and promotions, while positive content increases awareness of the risks. Student's knowledge and attitudes are also significantly related to e-cigarette smoking behavior.Knowledge, attitude, exposure to negative content, and exposure to positive content have a significant relationship with e-cigarette smoking behavior. Students can be more active in seeking information from trusted sources about the dangers and risks of e-cigarettes. Campus regulations also can prohibit the use of e-cigarettes and other tobacco products on campus. As a step to reduce e-cigarette consumption, students can train themselves to manage stress and emotions healthily without relying on e-cigarettes by using relaxation techniques. Abstract

The Social Security Administrator for Health (BPJS Kesehatan) as the organizer of Indonesia’s national health insurance continues to innovate through digital technology to enhance service quality and expand membership coverage. One such innovation is the Mobile JKN application, designed to facilitate participant registration, data management, and access to health services at both primary and referral healthcare facilities. However, the utilization of Mobile JKN in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) remains relatively low, with only 1,027,233 users recorded as of January 2, 2019. This study aimed to describe the extent of Mobile JKN utilization, public trust, and user satisfaction toward the application. A cross-sectional design was employed involving 644 respondents selected through quota sampling, with data analyzed using univariate methods. Results showed that among 644 respondents, 241 individuals (54.8%) reported using the Mobile JKN application. The most frequently used features were registration for healthcare facilities (24.9%), BPJS membership registration (21.7%), and access to information on nearby healthcare facilities (22.3%). Most users demonstrated high trust in the credibility and data security of the application and expressed satisfaction with various dimensions of information and system quality, including content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Increasing Mobile JKN utilization requires intensive public outreach through social media and influencer engagement, developing a WhatsApp information channel,  and adding promotive and preventive health information features.
