The results showed that there was no association between type 2 DM and family history of DM (p-value = 0.000 with OR= 2.423) and physical activity (p-value = 0.000 with OR= 2.655). Dietary risk factors (p-value = 0.436) had no association. Based on the results of the study, to minimize the incidence of type 2 DM, it is recommended to apply a healthy lifestyle, namely a nutritious diet, regular health checks and regular exercise. Keywords: Diabetes mellitus, risk factors

In general, financial management at BAZIS DKI is well executed because it has demonstrated a lawful source of funds, the financing management mechanism is carried out according to Shari'a, and the allocation of funds has a high impact on beneficiaries. However, there are obstacles that create less efficient task, such as technical problems and a lack of human resources. Jak B Sehat as a result of the financial management process has a positive impact among the beneficiaries, such as removing tatoos and ambulance delivery. Therefore, more human resources number is recommended to avoid double tasks and accelerate ZIS collection. Keywords: ZIS Financial Management, Jak B Sehat

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone is required to behave healthily. One of the efforts is Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution where students live together and study under the guidance of teachers. Based on research, the lack of PHBS practices among students causes many students to suffer from infectious diseases such as scabies, ISPA, gastritis, and helminthiasis. This study aims to determine the description of the PHBS of female students during the pandemic at Pesantren X, Bogor Regency in 2022. This research was a cross-sectional study design with 278 female students as samples taken by random sampling method. PHBS habits during the pandemic were carried out by female students such as washing hands with soap (CTPS), using masks, maintaining distance, disposing of waste, using latrines, brushing teeth, taking deworming drugs, and physical activity were asked through interviews. Variable analysis used frequency distribution. The results showed that most of the female students had good CTPS (50 %), mask use (51.4%), physical distancing (52.2%), waste disposal behavior (60.8 %), menstrual health management (60.8%), latrine use (66.5%), tooth brushing (53.2%), deworming behaviour (53.2%) and physical activity (59%). However, CTPS behavior had the smallest percentage at 50%. This CTPS behavior is high risk in the spread of Covid-19 and other infectious diseases. Thus, it is necessary to re-educate female students regarding the importance of CTPS and the issuance of policies from Pondok Pesantren administrators related to monitoring CTPS behavior. Keywords: Pandemic, Pesantren, PHBS

Abstract

Symptoms of ARI are symptoms of infection that affect the respiratory tract, both the upper (such as the nose and throat) and the lower (such as the bronchi and lungs) including cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath (in more severe cases). ARI can be caused by various pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and fungi. and can affect anyone, especially children and the elderly. This study is quantitative with Cross-sectional Design. The sample consisted of 150 houses. The location of the study was in Tuah Madani District. The research variables included clean water sources, waste management, waste water drainage channel and housing density. Data collection was by observation and questionnaire distribution. Data collection techniques were quota sampling. Data were processed by computerization. Univariate and bivariate data analysis used the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between access to clean water (p-value 0.0001), waste management (p-value 0.0001), waste water drainage channel (p-value 0.0001) and housing density (p-value 0.001). It is expected that the agency will provide counseling to the community through health promotion activities regarding access to clean water, waste management, waste water drainage channel, and housing density that meets health requirements as well as prevention and control of ARI. Keywords: ARI Symptoms,  Environment, Sanitation.

Abstract

Poor  working posture  and  non-ergonomic  chairs  for  office  workers  have  the potential to cause ergonomic hazards. This research aims to identify complaints and the level of ergonomic risk among office workers in the medical administration department of the X Hospital.  The  research  used  observation  and  interview  methods  on  10  respondents using  the  Nordic  Body  Map  (NBM)  and  the  Rapid  Office  Strain  Assessment  analysis technique.  (ROSA).  Based  on  the  research  results,  workers  with  adjustable  and  non-adjustable  chairs  reportedsignificant  pain  in  the  upper  neck,  lower  neck,  waist,  and buttocks.  Additional  complaints  were  noted  by  workers  using  non-adjustable  chairs, including considerable pain in the left shoulder, right shoulder, left calf, and right calf. A  high  level  of  ergonomic  risk  was  found  among  workers  using  non-adjustable  chairs with  a  score  of  6.  The  lowest  level  of  risk  was  found  among  workers  using  adjustable chairs with a score of 3. To reduce ergonomic complaints and lower ergonomic risk, it is necessary to designchairs and desks that match body posture, provide training on the correct use of office equipment, implement regular ergonomic assessments, and provide office facilities that support health. Keywords: Ergonomic, Office workers, Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA)
