Abstract

This study analyzes the transformation of the Aswaja curriculum in fostering a moderate and character-driven generation through a document-based review of the LP Ma’arif NU curriculum guidelines. A qualitative approach is employed using document analysis and NVivo-style thematic coding to identify patterns, themes, and embedded values within the curriculum. The findings reveal a shift from a normative-doctrinal approach toward an integrative-transformative model that internalizes values of religious moderation such as tawassuth (moderation), tasamuh (tolerance), tawazun (balance), and i’tidal (justice) across learning outcomes, pedagogical strategies, and both intra- and extracurricular activities. The curriculum functions not only as a means of knowledge transmission but also as a medium for developing critical awareness and student character through dialogical, reflective, and contextual approaches. These findings highlight that integrating local values rooted in religious traditions significantly contributes to inclusive, tolerant, and anti-radicalism-responsive education, while strengthening curriculum design, teacher capacity, and sustainable educational ecosystems.

Abstract

This research establishes a standard for determining the optimal number of warehousemen in heavy equipment spare parts warehouses using the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method. PT XYZ, a leading dealer in Indonesia, operates 63 warehouses with 624 warehousemen but lacks a clear workforce standard. The study uses a quantitative, descriptive approach, analyzing operational data from a Jakarta warehouse. Activities and processing times were measured to calculate FTE based on average monthly line items and effective working hours. Results show that nine core activities require 14 warehousemen for optimal efficiency. Implementing this standard can reduce operational costs, balance workloads, and improve customer satisfaction. The findings provide practical and academic contributions to human resource management in logistics and offer a replicable model for similar industries.

Abstract

This study aims to re-examine Karl Rahner’s concept of Anonymous Christianity and its relevance to the contemporary church within the reality of a pluralistic society. Rahner developed this concept in response to the question of salvation outside the church and the relationship between Christianity and other religions. In today’s world, marked by increasing religious diversity, the church is challenged to formulate a theological approach that promotes dialogue and tolerance while maintaining its Christian identity. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically through an examin ation of Rahner’s ideas, critiques of his thought, and their relevance to contemporary ecclesial life. The findings indicate that Anonymous Christianity represents a form of theological inclusivism that emphasi zes the universality of God’s grace. Although salvation remains cente red in Jesus Christ, Rahner argues Christ’s saving grace can also reach non-Christians. In Indonesia, this concept offers a theolog ical foundation for interreligious dialogue, inclusive ministry & the prom otion of tolerance, peace, & cooperation among religious community

Abstract

Violence against children in Islamic boarding schools, including physical, psychological, and sexual abuse, remains a serious issue that contradicts Islamic values. This study aims to examine the implementation of hifzu al-nafs and hifzu al-'aql within the framework of maqashid shari'ah as the foundation for child-friendly Islamic boarding schools and to analyze their integration with Indonesian child protection and pesantren laws. A qualitative phenomenological approach was conducted at Al-Falah Bellud Tlanakan Islamic Boarding School, Pamekasan. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that the pesantren has implemented hifzu al-nafs through anti-violence policies, complaint mechanisms, and psychological support, while hifzu al-'aql is realized through curriculum integration and the mudzakarah method. Nevertheless, normative, institutional, and cultural gaps remain. The study proposes an integrative child-friendly pesantren model based on maqashid shari'ah to strengthen child protection and educational practices.

This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data collection was conducted through interviews and observations involving three volunteers at Hiro Humanity as research informants. Data analysis used Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The findings showed that volunteers demonstrated prosocial behavior through voluntary assistance, emotional support, providing safety and comfort, as well as physical and material assistance during patient rehabilitation. Volunteers also actively participated in planning and implementing rehabilitation activities for patients. Factors influencing prosocial behavior included empathy, internal motivation, self-development, peer influence, and experiences gained during the mentoring process. The study highlights that prosocial behavior among volunteers contributes significantly to supporting the psychological recovery and social functioning of ODGJ patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comprehensive implementation of Employee Green Behavior (EGB) among government employees through the multidimensional framework of the Green Five Taxonomy. The research method utilized is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, involving civil servants and outsourced personnel as respondents. The results indicate that, generally, employees' pro-environmental behavior remains at a moderate compliance level. Based on the dimensional analysis, daily resource-saving activities emerge as the most universal green behavior, successfully adopted as a basic office routine driven by formal organizational regulations. Conversely, cathegory requiring operational shifts or innovative work methods record the highest behavioral resistance due to rigid bureaucratic structures. Furthermore, demographic factors such as younger age and contract status serve as crucial indicators determining higher voluntary environmental initiatives in the workplace.
