Abstract

Bucket snacks have become a unique business and gift that has started going viral in the millennial era and is loved by many people. The history of the snack bucket itself is closely related to the flower bucket. The business benefits obtained can increase creativity in innovating in business, becoming a promising business opportunity for someone who wants to have additional income, such as students, private employees, housewives or others. Digital Marketing is one of the marketing media that is currently in great demand by the public to support various activities carried out. With digital marketing, communication and transactions can be done at any time/real time and can be global or worldwide. With the large number of chat-based social media users, it is increasingly opening up opportunities for SMEs to develop their market in the grip of a smartphone. For community service this time, Service Team will conduct training. The training that will be carried out is making bucket snacks that have economic value and introducing their marketing through digital marketing.

Abstract

There is a mutual relationship between MSMEs and the development of the tourism sector because MSME activities can support the tourism sector in terms of services and products to tourists. The tourism sector can also increase business opportunities for local businessmen and the community as well as provide a place for recreation for both local and foreign communities. therefore, the development of the tourism sector and the growth of MSMEs are interrelated as their activities complement each other. The aim of PKM itself is to help develop the tourism potential in Kemiri Village and its MSMEs. In addition, we also focus on developing MSMEs around Sendang Mbeji in Kemiri Village. In this activity we have 4 stages of activity, namely 1. Survey, 2. Outreach, 3 Training, and 4 Monitoring. With the various training and mentoring programs that we have provided, we hope that MSMEs in Kemiri Village can be more advanced and can support tourism there and can boost the economy in their area. Abstract

Teluk Lasongko Village, Lakudo District, Central Buton Regency is one of the villages that is trying to develop its potential so that there is income for the village government through BUMDes. The large number of business ventures carried out by BUMDes Teluk Lasongko Village automatically have to provide financial reporting in accordance with the applicable Financial Accounting Standards (SAK ETAP). At this time financial reporting is carried out in accordance with the understanding of its managers which turns out to be not in accordance with the accounting standards it should be. The purpose of this assistance is for partners to understand accounting, which is related to financial reporting in accordance with SAK ETAP. PKM activities are carried out through training methods and also mentoring which are attended by business unit managers, BUMdes supervisors, Working Groups, Fostered MSMEs and Teluk Lasongko Village officials. Participants were very enthusiastic about the explanation and assistance provided by the service team. The output of science and technology achieved is practical knowledge of simple accounting, namely making financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP.

Abstract

Fishing is decreasing due to the lack of support for the ship's equipment, such as still using a manual ship engine (crank), a manual compass that is difficult to detect direction, ship electricity using the ship's main engine. This is what prompted the Management Study Program Team of the Islamic Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Kendari to do community service on the topic of Empowering fishermen through the development of capture fisheries in Watuondo Village. The method used in this research is training and outreach. The results obtained were that there were 30 participants who attended, namely 15 people from large fishermen groups and 11 people from small fishermen or around 99 percent who attended, meaning that this activity was successfully carried out where the target attendance was above 80 percent. The socialization and training carried out has an impact which increases the understanding and knowledge of fishermen and will increase their income. However, there are some fishermen who must be assisted and assisted with incentives.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide marketing training for the pilot business of various Gloria snacks in Baturaja to improve the community's economy in the Sukajadi Baturaja Village which will be held on October 22, 2022. The training process is carried out using a learning method approach, namely demonstrations, lectures and questions and answers. This activity involved lecturers and students of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja in collaboration with 28 mothers who attended this activity. Based on the results of the evaluation of these activities, the enthusiasm of the participants during the training was quite high. This can be seen from the seriousness of the participants in participating in the training and inviting the implementation team to join again in providing training again with a different theme. With this training, it is hoped that participants will be able to market Gloria's various snack products not only in the Sukajadi Baturaja Village but outside the Sukajadi Baturaja Village.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition from children to adulthood, during which many physical and psychological developments occur. One of the physical developments that occur in children towards adolescence is menarche. Menarche is a condition in which a girl experiences her first menstruation or first menstrual bleeding through the birth canal as a sign of fertility. Menarche is a sign of sexual maturity in girls. Currently, children tend to experience menarche more quickly with an age range of 10-12 years. If this condition is not in line with the increase in children's knowledge about menarche, it will certainly cause feelings of anxiety, embarrassment, and not ready for the changes that are taking place. The purpose of doing this community service is to increase knowledge in children through counseling activities about readiness in dealing with early menarche. The results obtained are an increase in children's knowledge about readiness in facing menarche. The conclusion is that there is an effect of counseling on readiness in facing menarche on increasing knowledge in children

Abstract

Adolescent health problems, in addition to physical impacts, can also affect mental health, emotional, economic and social well-being. Mental health problems are as important as physical health problems. Psychiatric changes during adolescence include emotional changes, and intelligence development. Community Service with the title Increasing Parents' Knowledge of Adolescent Mental Health through Health Education in the Cianjur City Health Center Working Area. This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out in the Cianjur City Health Center Working Area. The method used in this community service activity is health education. The final results of this activity show an increase in results from the pre test to the post test, this is because families have been given knowledge about mental health in adolescents.

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities is to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and provide learning how to make business brochures and marketing flyers using Microsoft Word at Budi Agung Vocational School. Brochures and flyers are two of several methods that can be used in the marketing process. Both are designed and printed on paper and generally distributed to the general public as promotional media for certain products, services or campaigns. In marketing, good promotional media is needed in order to attract public interest. There are still many who think that Microsoft Word can only be used to type documents. In fact, the latest Microsoft Word update can be used for other things as well, one of which is to design business brochures and marketing flyers. Through training for Budi Agung Vocational High School students, it is hoped that they will be able to use Microsoft Word to make brochures and flyers as promotional and marketing media tools

Abstract

This journal aims to discuss the importance of utilizing e-commerce in the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the KKN program. E-commerce has become a global phenomenon that allows businesses to reach a wider market and improve their operational efficiency. However, there are still many MSMEs that have not maximized the potential of e-commerce. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the use of e-commerce by MSMEs and the strategies that can be implemented in the KKN program to increase the use of e-commerce by MSMEs. The research methods used in this journal are literature studies and case studies. Literature studies were conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the concept of e-commerce, its benefits for MSMEs, and the factors that influence its utilization. In addition, case studies were conducted involving a number of MSMEs participating in the KKN program. Data was collected through interviews and observations of these MSMEs. The results showed that factors such as limited access to technology, lack of knowledge and skills about e-commerce, and security and privacy concerns are some of the major barriers to the utilization of e-commerce by MSMEs. Therefore, the recommended strategies in the SCS program include providing training and mentoring for MSMEs in e-commerce utilization, developing more affordable and accessible technology infrastructure, and raising awareness about the benefits of e-commerce and data protection measures. This journal is expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of e-commerce utilization in the development of MSMEs in the SCS program. By implementing the suggested strategies, it is expected that MSMEs can improve their operational efficiency, reach a wider market, and contribute to local economic growth. Abstract

MSME is a sector that plays an important role in the development of the Indonesian economy and has high potential to improve economic welfare. In today's modern era, it turns out that there are still many MSMEs that are slow in their development process. Many obstacles are faced by business actors such as lack of capital, lack of knowledge, marketing strategies that can be considered old-fashioned, to the lack of innovations made to keep up with the times. As a solution to these problems, MSME assistance is needed to increase competitiveness. The world of marketing has changed along with the development of information technology. Marketing strategies that used to be conventional are now starting to spread in the digital world. Digital marketing is interactive marketing that makes it easier for producers, distributors and consumers to make transactions. The field of business that is most in demand by people from various circles today is the fashion sector. UMKM Yeera Collection is one of the small businesses in the Wonorejo Subdistrict that has just been developed which produces knitted and ecoprint fashion products, this UMKM needs assistance because of the lack of knowledge about digital marketing. The method used is a qualitative method, where the method is used to explain the mentoring process. The implementation of this activity aims to enable the Yeera Collection UMKM to understand the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The implementation was carried out in four stages, namely observation by mapping MSMEs, education through outreach, digital marketing assistance with several steps such as logo and packaging assistance, e-catalog assistance, social media assistance, and online financial report assistance, as well as the final evaluation.
