Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the profitability ratio, namely Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a simultaneous and quotient effect on prices shares in PT Bank BCA Tbk for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical techniques used in this study are classical assays and multiple linear regression. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of Bank BCA Tbk registered with the OJK (Financial Services Authority) for 2016-2020. The data used is secondary data. The results of the test can be concluded that Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously and parsilan did not have a positive and negative effect and did not have a positive and negative effect. significant to the shares of PT Bank BCA Tbk for the period 2016-2020.Keywords: ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS, Share Price

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan ud muncul agung. Dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada ud muncul agung dimana sesuai dengan hasil penelitian bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat dengan data-data melalui hasil beberapa pertanyaan yang ada didalam instrument kuesioner.Dalam hal ini, bisa disimpulkan bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan lingkungan disekitar sehingga pekerjaan tidak terhambat oleh adanya beberapa faktor yang bisa menghambat pekerjaan salah satunya adalah tempat dan kenyamanan kerja.Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Empowerment of Natural Resources in the education environment provides positive values for the environment and provides its own economic contribution for institution. Environmental factors also have added value for students in carrying out the teaching and learning process so that researchers will find out whether the education model by integrating on empowering aspects of natural resources will provide creativity to students and also how integrated education patterns in natural resource empowerment aspects will produce results of academic and non-academic achievements. In addition, the results of this study can provide inspiration for prospective educators to find out about education models that integrate into Natural Resources at school locations and for education can be used as role models of education in the future. Therefore researchers will conduct research with a qualitative research method approach. The use of data collection tools in the form of interview guide sheets, observation sheets, documentation, and questionnaires. The interview model is carried out with open and structured interview techniques. Interview guides that have been arranged, but if there are questions that are developing but are still relevant to aspects of the research will be adjusted to the answers of the subjects or respondents. The   distribution   of   questiionnairs about   students’s   satisfaction   with the results of the antpes education that show more   than   70%   of   them   are   happy   and motivated to learn many things and obey the rules tht have been announced . This natural resource    which is one of the sources    of income    in Modern    Islamic    Boarding     School teaches the students   the balance of life   and is implemented   with daily   activities    that are always guided by making very significant result in the academic achievement   and the non academic achievement .

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the effect of leadership style and organization on organizational commitment in improving employee performance at the Bureau of the Panca Sakti University Bekasi.This research uses proportional random sampling method and the information used in this research is primary information in the form of a questionnaire. The research population amounted to 91 people. On the other hand, the illustration of this research is 40 people. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation (SEM) method from the AMOS 4.0 application. The results of this study show that the cause and effect between the variables that influence the criteria for Goodness of Fit, namely chi square = ( 1144, 691 ) ; Probability=( 0, 058); CMIN/ DF=( 1,069), GFI=( 0, 826); AGFI=( 0, 809); TLI=( 0, 991); CFI=( 0, 992); RMSEA=( 0.017).The results of the study prove that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, leadership style has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and leadership style has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. on employee performance, and organizational culture that has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.If these findings are developed to improve employee performance, the Bureau of the scope of Panca Sakti University Bekasi needs to look at the factors that affect employee performance, such as leadership style, work culture, and commitment. Because knowing this influence can be used as a reference for designing strategies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Service quality is a very important thing to be considered by companies in facing a very competitive situation. Maximum work performance because work performance in a company is very important and must always be improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of the Service Quality variable on Employee Work Performance in Cooperative Services (KUKM) and Small and Medium Enterprises.The sampling technique used in this study the author uses the Random Sampling technique (randomly) using the Suharsimi Arikunto formula (2014). Where each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample as a whole obtained 169 employees or 25%, from the entire population so the sample is 42 employees.Based on the results of regression analysis that it turns out that the service quality variable can improve employee performance, the equation value is Y = 8.135 + 0.769 X, there is a positive influence on employee performance, it is necessary to prove by testing the hypothesis that the tcount value = 11,694 ttable value at (40) of = 1.682, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means it has evidence that Service Quality on Employee Work Performance has a very significant influence. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a positive influence of Service Quality on Employee Work Performance obtained a value of 0.880 so it can be concluded that the influence is very strong or the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) is 77.4%. So the level of influence is 77.4% and the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other factors not observed by the author as a whole. Keywords: Service Quality and Employee Performance

Abstract

Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran dan Kinerja Guru Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Didik di SMK Karya Guna Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kualitas layanan pembelajaran dan Kinerja Guru Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karawang Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling dari populasi 527, dengan besaran sample (n=70), dan teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi dan Regresi dengan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (t hitung = 10,024 p 0,05). Kinerja Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (t hitung = 13,593, p 0,05). Kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran dan Kinerja Guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (F hitung = 99,505, p 0,05). Kontribusi kualiatas layanan pembelajaran dan kinerja guru terhadap kepuasan peserta didik ditunjukan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,748 atau ( 74,8%) Sisanya sebanyak 25,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah perlu membuat kebijakan tentang upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan pembelajaran meliputi layanan sarana prasarana, layanan tenaga pendidik atau guru, dan karyawan, agar memnuhi kebutuhan proses pendidikan yang nyaman untuk meningkatkan kepuasan peserta didik.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran, Kinerja Guru, Kepuasan Peserta Didik

Abstract

This study aims in general to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Work Achievement at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung. The research method used in this research is survey by using data collecting instrument / instrument in the form of questionnaire which previously been tested the validity and reliability of the instrument. As the target population is the employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, which amounted to 56 people, the size of the sample used as much as the size of the population. The sampling technique used is Saturated Sampling. Data analysis technique used is simple and multiple regression analysis. Prior to data analysis, firstly tested requirements analysis, namely through normality test, homogeneity test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Based on descriptive statistical analysis obtained: (1) Employee job performance included in high category; (2) Organizational culture is included in high category, and Employee work environment is high category. While the results of hypothesis testing: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, with the influence of 82.3% and 17.7% influenced by other variables or factors; (2) The work environment of employees has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, with the influence of 97.1% and 2.9% influenced by variables or other factors; (3) Organizational culture and working environment of employees together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, with the influence of 99.1% and 0.9% influenced by variables or factors other.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Tingkat Pendapatan Dan Perilaku Konsumsi Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Keluarga Di Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan keluarga dan perilaku konsumsi pada Kecamatan Bogor Selatan dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebar kepada keluarga dengan media google form yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20.

Abstract

Motivation is the process of determining the intensity, direction and perseverance of the individual to achieve the goal. Motivation can be sourced from within the employee in the form of awareness about the importance of the benefits of the work it does. And so does the motivation that comes from outside the employee concerned in the form of a condition that requires himto perform a job optimally. Human resource development is a process of improving the quality or ability in order to achieve the goal rate or level of development of the company must always be considered, therefore the company requires employees who have high discipline and have the motivation to further develop again. Motivation is very influential in the performance of employees who are the main motivation to motivate himself so that his performance will be better than ever and can carry out their duties properly, a motivation can be arousing and directing towards his behavior to achieve the expected goal of a company. This study aims to provide an overview of how the influence of motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of transactions in Indonesia shows good progress and almost all transactions used have been carried out non-cash. People like to use Card-Based Payment Instruments (APMK) to make transactions at merchants or stores. At the same time, the banking industry saw opportunities in the situation, so the bank also provided facilities to process card transactions. PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk as one of the acquiring banks in Indonesia must have a good strategy to deal with competition among other acquiring banks.This study aims to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by the Merchant Business division of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, also to show the strengths and weaknesses faced to improve the ratings of the business merchants of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk in the acquiring industry. Next is to formulate and identify which strategies should be applied in the business merchant division of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk.The data collection technique for this research is by conducting a study from the Merchant Business of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, starting from library studies and direct investigations in the field (Kueisoner, documentation and interviews). The method used for data analysis uses five porter strength analysis for external environmental analysis and porter value chain analysis for internal environment analysis. Then, from the results of internal and external analysis will be arranged into the matrix EFE and IFE. The results of internal and external analysis are combined using the SFAS (Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) matrix to select the dominant factors that significantly influence the merchant business division. For strategy formulations, the SWOT Matrix, Internal-External Matrix, and Grand Strategy matrix are used. Finally, to determine the strategy that will be implemented, the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix is ??used.The results of this study indicate that there are several strategies that must be implemented within five years. In the first year, the business merchant division of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk must run a product development strategy. In the second and third year, the market development strategy must be carried out, and in the fourth and fifth years must carry out market penetration strategies.
