<![CDATA[This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Canva application in creating teaching materials by the teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano. Using a descriptive approach, this research involved PPKN teachers and students as research subjects. Research stages include planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The research results showed that the training in making teaching modules using Canva at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano was successful in involving teachers subject from various fields. Thorough preparation allows participants to quickly understand how to use Canva. Hands-on practice sessions help teachers create interesting teaching modules, although some modules require revision. Evaluation of participants' understanding through questionnaires also showed positive results regarding the implementation of the skills learned. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of innovative technology-based learning methods at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano, as well as enriching the literature regarding the use of technology in education in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out how the application of the wordwall application as an interactive quiz can increase students' interest in learning in Civics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The technique used in data collection is direct observation in class. The problem at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano is students' declining interest in learning in Civics subjects. The results of this research are that the application of the wordwall application as an interactive quiz in the teaching and learning process can create a learning atmosphere that attracts students' attention and fosters students' enthusiasm for learning so that it can increase students' interest in learning and the material delivered by the teacher is easy for students to understand well. and the learning process can run effectively. Researchers hope that this research can become a reference to arouse students' interest in learning in the teaching and learning process by implementing the wordwall application as an interactive quiz.]]>

The aim of this study is to evaluate the application of YouTube technology at SMP Negeri 2 Tondano. The research employs qualitative methods, utilizing observation and interview techniques for data collection. YouTube is primarily known as a platform for sharing and uploading videos, but it also serves educational purposes, providing insights and facilitating learning. The use of YouTube as a learning medium has garnered a positive response from students, as evidenced by the study's findings. The implementation of YouTube-based learning at SMP Negeri 2 Tondano has demonstrated a positive impact, with students showing increased enthusiasm and motivation. When engaged in learning through YouTube, students are more active and engaged. Thus, YouTube serves as an effective learning medium to boost students' motivation and participation in the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the Quality of Health Services at the Kawangkoan Health Center, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency using phenomenological qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documents. The results showed that the health services provided by the Kawangkoan Health Center, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency were not optimal, the services were not in accordance with the SOP and did not meet the expectations of the community. It is still strongly felt by the community that the service process is not satisfactory because the service process is still convoluted. For this reason, it is recommended that services at the Kawangkoan Health Center, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency should provide services according to the SOP for the community. It is also necessary to pay attention to the Government in terms of facilities at the Health Center in order to add more equipment that is lacking so that it can smooth the process of health services for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to the effect of the implementation of the academic information system on the quality of academic services for online Study Plan Card Services at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado, and to determine the effect of academic information system variables on the quality of academic services. The research method used uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the academic information system at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado with a web-based system that can be accessed through the faculty counter or online. From the results of processing and analyzing questionnaire data, it was found that the academic information system variable had a significant effect on the quality of academic services at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado. This can be seen from the T test, which is by comparing the t-table and t-count with a = 5%. The result is that there is a significant influence between the academic information system and the quality of academic services, with t-count (3.833) greater than t-table (1.669). This means that the better the academic information system, the quality of academic services will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the implementation of UMKM empowerment programs at the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency of Minahasa Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and observation. The research focuses on program objectives and the effectiveness of UMKM empowerment program administration. The study was conducted at the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency of Minahasa Regency. The research findings regarding the Implementation of UMKM Empowerment Program at the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency of Minahasa Regency indicate that : 1) Program administration targets have not achieved the set targets and objectives. 2) The implementation of UMKM empowerment programs at the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency of Minahasa Regency is hindered by budget limitations. 3) The quality and quantity of human resources in the office are still inadequate. 4) Program administration targets have not reached the set targets and objectives. 5) There is a need for broader and unrestricted socialization for business actors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims todetermine how to optimize local revenue in Minahasa Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The research focuses on the target groundwater tax object, the targets and realization of groundwater tax revenue and the factors that affect groundwater tax revenue. The research location is at the regional revenue agency office of Minahasa Regency. The result of research on the optimization of local revenue in Minahasa Regency show that: 1) By targeting tax objects, it is easier for local governments to collect taxes, but not all groundwater tax objects have been recorded as taxpayers. 2) The revenue targets in 2022 was not achieved as set. 3) Revenue realization is different from the revenue target or does not match. 4)There is difference between usage and payment/does not match, the awareness of the people who are groundwater taxpayers is still lacking or disobedient so it is necessary to increase socialization activities to all taxpayers so that taxpayers can clearly understand the importance of paying taxes.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of banking as an intermediation institution is very important in supporting the running of the economy and national development, considering its function as an organizer of payment transactions, an intermediary between debtors and creditors, and so on. The main focus and activity of banking in carrying out its intermediation function is credit distribution. This research is motivated by the existence of a gap phenomenon where the credit distributed by Rural Banks in North Sulawesi is not yet optimal. Thus, it is necessary to examine the factors that influence credit distribution, some of which are Third Party Fund (TPF) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL). The aim of this research is to find out the influence of Third Party Fund and Non-Performing Loan on credit distribution at Rural Banks in North Sulawesi. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results show that Third Party Fund and Non-Performing Loan have a positive and significant effect on credit distribution. Based on the results, it is hoped that Rural Banks can further increase Third Party Fund and minimize the occurrence of Non-Performing Loan in order to increase credit distribution at Rural Banks in North Sulawesi.]]>
