Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana BPD di Kiawa Satu menjalankan fungsi legislasi sesuai Permendagri Nomor 110 Tahun 2016, serta menganalisis kendala dan dinamika politik lokal yang memengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi legislasi BPD di Desa Kiawa Satu belum berjalan maksimal. Secara formal BPD memiliki peran penting, namun dalam praktiknya peran tersebut belum optimal karena proses pembahasan peraturan masih didominasi oleh kepala desa. Keterbatasan kemampuan anggota BPD dalam memahami regulasi dan analisis kebijakan, serta minimnya pelatihan teknis, turut memperlemah peran legislasi. Hubungan antara BPD dan pemerintah desa terjalin baik, tetapi belum seimbang secara kelembagaan. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyusunan peraturan juga masih rendah dan cenderung formalitas akibat kurangnya akses informasi dan budaya yang masih paternalistik. Meski demikian, munculnya semangat baru dari anggota BPD muda serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam isu tertentu menunjukkan potensi perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Karena itu, penguatan fungsi legislasi perlu dilakukan melalui peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan, pelatihan teknis, dan pembentukan budaya politik lokal yang lebih terbuka dan partisipatif agar BPD dapat berfungsi secara demokratis dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Pancasila education plays a strategic and crucial role in shaping the foundation of national character and preparing Indonesia for a sovereign and dignified future. The challenges of globalization, the rapid flow of information, and the spread of intolerance threaten social cohesion and national identity. This article aims to analyze effective Pancasila education strategies in instilling the noble values of Pancasila as the foundation for character formation in students. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, this research concludes that Pancasila education strategies should not be limited to a cognitive approach (memorization), but must be developed into a values-based, contextual, and participatory education. The application of innovative learning methods, the use of digital technology, and strengthening the role of teachers as role models are key components in transforming Pancasila values into attitudes and behaviors in everyday life. With the right strategy, Pancasila education will not only be a subject but also become the soul of the education system that will produce the next generation of the nation with character, intelligence, and the ability to respond to the challenges of the times, thereby ultimately ensuring the sustainability and glory of Indonesia's future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role and use of digital media in improving civic literacy and social ethics among adolescents. The rapid development of information technology has made digital media an integral part of everyday life, including for adolescents. However, unwise use can pose new challenges, such as the spread of hoaxes, cyberbullying, and the loss of social ethics. Through a literature review method, this article analyzes various previous studies on the effectiveness of digital media in promoting civic values, ethics, and public participation. The results of the study show that digital literacy is a key prerequisite for digital media to function optimally as an educational tool. With the right approach, digital media can be an effective means of fostering civic awareness and adaptive social ethics in the modern era.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents new challenges for the world of education, including Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn). The role of PPKn educators is required not only as a conveyor of knowledge, but also as a facilitator, innovator, and reinforcer of humanistic values amidst digital developments. This article aims to describe the transformation of the role of PPKn educators in the Society 5.0 era, identify the challenges faced, and formulate innovative strategies in integrating humanistic values with the use of digital technology. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing books, journal articles, and official documents. The results of the study indicate that PPKn teachers need to master digital literacy, implement technology-based learning models, and continue to emphasize the formation of civic character. This transformation is key to realizing education that is relevant, adaptive, and oriented towards strengthening national identity in the digital era.
