Abstract

Implementation of the concept of Merdeka Belajar which guarantees freedom for educators in formulating learning designs and assessments according to student characteristics and all mapping of student needs through the application of differentiated learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the knowledge and implementation of the differentiation learning approach used by PJOK teachers at SMA Negeri Kota Pematangsiantar. This research is qualitative research with observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in 6 public high schools in Pematangsiantar City. The sample in this study consisted of 6 principals, 6 teachers and 24 students. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that PJOK teachers in 4 Pematangsiantar City State High Schools had succeeded in implementing differentiation learning well, while the other 2 high schools had not done so. The conclusion of this study is that educators have made initial preparations with diagnostic assessments and selected differentiation of content, processes, or products according to student interests and talents. The positive impact of differentiated learning is felt by both educators and learners, although there is a negative impact in the form of student boredom on some learning topics due to the lack of variety in teaching methods. The recommendation for future research is to analyze differentiation learning at the private and public high school levels as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how hand eye coordination analysis can provide accuracy in petanque shooting techniques. This review study followed PRISMA standards for systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Studies had to be published within the previous five years, from January 2020 to July 2024. This review consists of nine studies. In four research articles, it focuses on analyzing hand eye coordination on petanque shot results. Five articles were about accuracy training to improve petanque shot accuracy. This article presents an analysis of hand-eye coordination. Analyzing hand-eye coordination helps players understand how power, speed and posture affect shots, helping players achieve more accurate shots

Abstract

Motion analysis is a study in sports science to analyze a movement and the results will be evaluated whether there is something wrong with the movement. This study aims to analyze the motion of the jump serve prefix to the leg power of Tunas Semarang athletes. The research conducted was a survey approach. The approach was carried out using data collection through tests and measurements. The subjects used were Tunas Semarang club athletes totaling 10 athletes with certain criteria, measurement of leg power using the vertical jump test and jump serve test, data processing using kinovea software version 0.9.5.  The results of the data analysis obtained that Tunas Semarang athletes only use 2 types of prefix steps, namely athletes who use 2 prefix steps and athletes who use 3 prefix steps. Of these types 3 prefix steps are more effectively used referring to the results of the tests carried out. Leg power in Tunas Semarang athletes has 3 athletes with the highest points. The conclusion of this study found that Semarang Tunas athletes used 2 and 3 steps when jump serving, the ideal step refers to the results of the 3-step test, the prefix is more ideal new findings and for Semarang Tunas athletes to improve the quality of leg power by practicing hard because the average Semarang Tunas athlete only has a sufficient category. Further research is expected to look for errors and limitations of athlete motion when jump serving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of plyometric knee tuck jump and Jump to box training on the jump height of volleyball athletes. This study uses an experimental method with a two group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were 35 PBV.Kapila Tanjungpinang male volleyball athletes using probability sampling technique in determining the number of samples so that a sample of 30 people was obtained. The instrument in this study used the vertical jump test. The data analysis technique uses a hypothesis test (t-test) to determine the difference in the effect of pretest and posttest. The results of the research showed 1) In the knee tuck jump training group on jump height has a significant effect (P < 0.05). This can be proven that the average value of the post test is higher than the average value of the pre test or (μA1 37.20 < μA2 45.87) with a difference of 8.65. 2) In the jump to box training group on jump height has a significant effect (P < 0.05). This can be proven that the average value of the post test is higher than the average value of the pre test or (μA1 35.20 < μA2 55.87) with a difference of 20.67. 3). In the knee tuck jump and jump to box training groups on jump height there is a significant difference in influence (P < 0.05). This can be proven that the average value of the post test of the jump to box training group obtained an average value of 55.87 is greater than the average value of the knee tuck jump training group 45.87 (μB2 55.87 ≥ μA2 45.87) with a difference of 10. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that knee tuck jump training and jump to box training, have a significant and positive effect on leg muscle strength in PBV.Kapila Tanjungpinang volleyball athletes. Although both show a significant positive effect, jump to box training is more effective in increasing leg muscle strength compared to knee tuck jump training.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) Whether or not there is an influence of the drill method and arm power on the accuracy of the lob shot. (2) Whether or not there is an influence of drill and arm power training methods on the accuracy of smash hits. (3) Whether there is a difference in the influence of mixed drill and separate drill training methods on the accuracy of lob and smash shots.(4) Whether there is a difference in the influence of athletes who have high arm power and low arm power on the accuracy of lob and smash shots. (5) Whether or not there is a significant interaction between drill training and arm power on the accuracy of lob and smash shots. This research uses a 2 x 2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 20 athletes, the sampling technique used probability sampling, the subjects had been determined, namely 12-15 years old (beginners). The arm muscle power instrument uses the Overhead Medicine Ball Throw test (Widiastuti, 2017: 123) to group subjects and the lob and smash accuracy test instrument uses theory (Frank M. Verducci in Sapta Kunta Purnama, 2010). The data analysis technique used is MANCOVA two track. Research results: (1) There is an influence of drill and arm power training methods on the accuracy of lob shots. Athletes who have high arm power are better trained using mixed drill methods, while athletes who have low arm power are better trained using separate drills. (2) There is an influence of drill training methods and arm power on the accuracy of smash shots. Athletes who have high arm power are better trained using mixed drill methods, while athletes who have low arm power are better trained using separate drills.(3) There is a difference in the influence of mixed drill and separate drill training methods, the significance value is 0.000 < 0.5. This means that there is a significant difference in the influence of the mixed drilling training method and the separate drilling training method. (4) There is a difference in the influence of athletes who have high arm power and low arm power with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.5. This means that there is a significant difference in the influence of athletes who have high arm power and low arm power.(5) There is a significant interaction between drill training and arm power on the accuracy of lob and smash shots, significance value 0.000 < 0.5. This means that there is an interaction between the drill method and arm power on the accuracy of lob and smash shots by novice athletes at PB Kaisar Tegal, which has been proven.
