Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of self-regulated learning to the academic procrastination of fast track students at the Master of Sports Education, Faculty of Sports Science, UNNES. There is an influence of self-regulated learning on the academic procrastination of fast track students who are working on theses and theses so that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted, students who have high levels of self-regulated learning will have a high level of academic procrastination. This research uses a mixed method type of research. Mixed methods research design (mixed methods research design) is a procedure for collecting, analyzing and "mixing" quantitative and qualitative methods in a study or series of studies to understand the problems in the research. This research uses a grounded theory method approach. This research is specifically for FIK UNNES sports education fast track students who are working on theses and dissertations. The variables in this research were measured using two measuring instruments, namely Self-regulated Learning and academic procrastination, which focused on a Likert scale model that had been modified using four alternative answer choices. The research results were then processed using the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, so that validity was obtained.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between the Self-regulated learning variables proposed in this research and it is accepted, there is an influence of Self-regulated learning on academic procrastination, namely (β / regression coefficient) = -0.816, which means that every additional 1% of the self-regulated learning value, then the participation value increases -0.816. The regression coefficient is negative, so it can be said that the direction of influence of variable X on Y is negative following the direction. Meanwhile, the value of the coefficient of determination or (R Squre) is 43%, meaning that the influence of Self-regulated Learning on Academic Projrastinasi only contributes 43%, the remainder is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This thesis aims to research and investigate the influence of the length of service, allowances, and supervision on the quality of work of Physical Education (PE) teachers at Korwil Kajen, Pekalongan Regency in facing curriculum changes. This research focuses on three main variables: length of service, benefits, and supervision, as factors that can influence the quality of teacher work. The research was carried out using a mixed approach (mixed methods) which combines qualitative and quantitative data. This research involved 52 PE teachers in the Kajen area, Pekalongan Regency. Primary data was obtained through interviews and direct observation, as well as secondary data from related documents. The indicators taken are planning, processes, evaluation and related documents. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation. The data analysis process involves collecting, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show the diversity of learning practices of PE teachers, which reflects a commitment to quality learning with document preparation and involvement in supervision. However, supervision still has weaknesses that need to be corrected to increase its effectiveness. The analysis of PE teachers also highlights variations in educational practice and self-development, providing an overview of the potential for improvement and strengthening supervision. Recommendations can focus on improving practice, strengthening supervision, and professional development to achieve higher educational standards and to improve the quality of work and challenges in implementing the Merdeka curriculum. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the length of service, allowances and supervision of PE teachers have an influence on the quality of work in facing curriculum changes. By referring to the research results, it is recommended that the Education Office develop training programs, optimize the use of allowances, and improve the quality of supervision. School principals are advised to implement different management approaches, encourage collaboration between teachers, and facilitate self-development programs. Meanwhile, PE teachers are advised to participate in training, use allowances wisely, be involved in collaboration and joint discussions, and be active in supervision programs. It is hoped that the implementation of these suggestions can improve the quality of PE teachers' work.

Abstract

Core muscles are very important for stabilization and building strength in all sports activities. This study aims to develop an interactive media design model as a source of exercise and to determine the effectiveness of the core exercise model based on interactive media using a Swiss ball on student athletes. Method: This study uses research and development, validity test of questionnaire conducted by experts in their field. Testing the ability of the product produced, using the design of experimental quesi done with the model Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The number of samples used as many as 60 athletes aged 15-17 years, divided into 30 experimental classes and 30 controls. Data analysis test the effectiveness of media training intractive developed using t test Increase the exercise results of athletes using Gain Score. Analysis: the average N-gain score for the experimental group obtained a value of 58 included in the category of quite effective, with a minimum N-gain score value of 19.53 with a maximum value of 200 while the N-gain score for the control class (conventional exercise model) is 25.4 included in the category of “less effective”, with a minimum N-gain score value of 0.89 and a maximum N-gain value of 89.58. So it can be concluded that the core exercises using swiss ball are quite meaningful from the conventional exercise model. Conclusion: Based on the pretest and posttest evidence, core exercises using Swiss ball based on interactive media effectively increase core muscle strength. The effectiveness of core exercises based on Swiss ball must be accompanied by a training pattern that suits the muscle group and anatomical adaptation of the exercise according to the athlete’s ability.

Both teams have good skills in terms of service and smash in sepak takraw matches. The results of the hypothesis test for block  ability show a difference between the winning team and the losing team. The winning team has  a lower fail block compared to the losing team. The results of the analysis found that the strategy that can be done by the sepak takraw athlete team is to increase the ability to block so as to reduce the failure rate in blocking. This study uses a mixed methods design to provide analyses related to competition anxiety, self-efficacy and peak performance in athletes in pencak silat competitions. The research subjects were taken using puposive sampling technique involving 42 teenage pencak silat athletes at regional student sports week District Level who came from Public Vocasional School 3 Purwokerto, Public Islamic Senior High School Purbalingga, Vocational School Muhamadiyah Bobotsari, Public Senior High School 2 Purbalingga and Islamic Integrated Senior High School Nurul Ihsan. Data were obtained through questionnaires on competition anxiety, self-efficacy and peak performance. Qualitative data analysis involves collecting, presenting, and drawing conclusions while quantitative data analysis uses Rank Spearman data analysis techniques. The results showed that the relationship or correlation of anxiety competing with peak performance got a correlation coefficient of 0.701, while the relationship or correlation of self-efficacy with peak performance got a greater correlation coefficient of 0.830. So the hypothesis that states there is a relationship between competition anxiety and self-efficacy with peak performance of martial arts athletes is accepted. Conclusion: (1) Based on the results of the correlation coefficient value obtained, it can be interpreted that the two variables have very strong relationship results. (2) The correlation coefficient value of self-efficacy is greater than the anxiety of competing, meaning that the self-efficacy variable is more influential on the peak performance of athletes in pencak silat matches compared to the variable anxiety of competing.
