Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh produk, harga, dan lokasi terhadap volume penjualan kue tart di Clover Bakeshoppe Gatot Subroto Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen di Clover Bakeshoppe Gatot Subroto Medan. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampling insidental (secara kebetulan) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap volume penjualan kue tart dan terdapat pengaruh produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi secara bersama-sama terhadap volume penjualan kue tart. R Square sebesar 0,522 atau 52,2% berarti variasi volume penjualan kue tart di Clover Bakeshoppe Gatot Subroto Medan dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi sebesar 52,2% dan sisanya 47,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini seperti proses, orang, bentuk fisik

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify and explain the factors that influence bond ratings in private non-financial companies that PT Pefindo in 2017-2021. Factors that affect bond ratings include capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and activity. Based on the criteria, 85 bonds from 11 companies were obtained as samples. The sample data is pooled cross sections data obtained from the Indonesia Bond Market Directory, and the publication of 11 companies' annual financial reports. So the multiple linear regression analysis method was chosen as the method of testing the sample of this study. The results showed that capital structure (DER) has a positive effect on bond ratings. Profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), activity (TATO) do not affect the bond rating. The capital structure effect is not in accordance with the hypothesis because the sample companies use more equity. The r square (R2) value is 0.181 or 1.81% of the effect of financial ratios on bond ratings in 2017-2021 by PT Pefindo. The beta value of capital structure of 0.389 times means that capital has the most influence on bond ratings in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of motivation, discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT.Hotma Arta Jaya Mandiri. Data collection was carried out quantitatively, with 56 respondents who were taken using saturated or census sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 23. From the results of partial testing the t test showed that motivation, discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the F test shows that simultaneously motivation, discipline and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. cloud. The coefficient of determination (R Sqare) is 0.627, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the motivation, discipline and compensation variables of 62.7% while the other 37.3% is not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of work ethic, discipline and career development on the performance of CU employees Raya Talent. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research method used is quantitative, with 32 respondents taken using saturated or census sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 23. From the partial test results the t test shows tcount 2.716 > ttable 1.701 and the significance level is 0.011 < 0.50 proving that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. tcount 4.213 > ttable 1.701 and a significance level is 0.000 < 0.50 proving that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. tcount 2.717 > ttable 1.701 and a significance level is 0.11 < 0.50 proving that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows Fcount 46.232 > Ftable 2.67 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 proving that work ethic , discipline and career development have a positive and significance effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.826 means that employee performance can be explained by work ethic , discipline and career development by 82.9% while another 17.1% can be explained by other variables that are not included in this study such as training and selection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, organizational climate and training on employee performance at PT.Erza Berkat Anugrah Medan with a population of 38 employees and a sample of 32 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The research method used is quantitative. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 23.00. The results of t show that in terms of compensation, organizational climate and training have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. The F test shows that simultaneously the effect of compensation, organizational climate and training on performance has a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.607, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the influence of compensation, organizational climate and training on performance by 60.7%, while the other 39.3% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of Abnormal Return and Stock Liquidity before and after a Stock Split in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this research is all companies listing the study on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period, totaling 713 companies. By using purposive sampling, 30 samples of companies that met the criteria and used the Event Study design approach were obtained. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test non-parametric statistical test. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant increase in the average abnormal return before and after the stock split. While the second hypothesis based on the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test shows that there is a significant increase in the average stock liquidity before and after the stock split.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Solvency, and Market Ratio on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The study population was 185 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling method, namely a sampling technique with several criteria that must be met. The samples used in this study were 39 companies. This study uses secondary data with documentation techniques which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by conducting t and F tests. The results of hypothesis testing show that Liquidity (Current Ratio) and Market Ratio (Price to Book Value) have a positive and significant effect on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period, Profitability (Return On Assets) and Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio) have a negative and significant effect on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Simultaneous testing that Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Market Ratio (Price to Book Value) have a simultaneous and significant effect on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2020. The coefficient of determination of 61.6% means that variations in Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Book Value are able to explain variations in stock prices of 61.6% while the remaining 38.4% is explained by other variables not included in the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of institutional ownership and managerial ownership on financial performance in LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period, both simultaneously and partially. To achieve this goal, research was carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the purposive sampling method for 18 companies for the 2018-2021 period with 72 observations. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has a significant and significant effect on financial performance, while managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on financial performance with a value (R2) of 20%
