Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, individual capability, and supervision on employee performance at CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative. The research population consists of 37 employees, with a saturated sampling technique applied. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a T-statistic value of 4.082 (greater than 1.96) and a P-value of 0.000 (less than 0.05). Similarly, individual capability also significantly affects employee performance, with a T-statistic value of 2.073 and a P-value of 0.019. Moreover, supervision positively and significantly influences employee performance, with a T-statistic value of 2.014 and a P-value of 0.022. These findings demonstrate that leadership, individual capability, and supervision collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative. Data collection was carried out on a population of 50 employees and the number of research samples was 50 samples. The technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis using SPSS version 25. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of partial testing, each variable is, the t-value of motivation is (6.174)> t-table (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-value of communication is (6.989)> t-table (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that communication has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-value of work discipline of (12,890) > ttable (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows that motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative, with an Fcount value of 20.683 > Ftable of 3.20 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study formulated that the multiple linear regression equation is KK = 7.176 + 0.268 M + 0.178 K + 0.732DK + e. This means that motivation, communication and work discipline have a significant partial effect on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative.The determination coefficient of 0.773 is equal to 77.3%, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, communication and work discipline by 77.3% while the remaining 22.7% is explained by other factors such as work stress, training and others that were not included in this study.

Abstract

Service quality is something that is desired by customers in receiving products or services provided by service providers so that they are in accordance with customer expectations. While trust is the consumer's expectation that providers of goods and services can be trusted or relied on to fulfill their promises. This study provides empirical evidence of the influence of service quality and trust on member satisfaction at CU. Bahagia Kabanjahe. The population in this study was 13,441 people where the number of samples was 100 people. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression and conducted t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study showed that service quality and trust together (simultaneously) had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction at CU. Bahagia Kabanjahe. Likewise, partially it shows that service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse how the alpha generation including characteristics, education and career. The type of research used in this research is a literature study with the sources used include; textbooks, scientific journals, statistical references, research results published in national and international journals. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this study are that the alpha generation has characteristics such as: always connected to internet connections and social media, alpha generation has a specialisation in skills, likes things that are instant and practical, loves freedom, great desire for recognition, individualism, declining nationalism character. The vulnerabilities that the Alpha Generation will face are digital addiction, dependence on technology, mental health problems, dependence on parents, environmental issues and global uncertainty, education gap. Generation Alpha is predicted to be the generation with the highest level of education in history. However, they have a different learning style than previous generations. Social media platforms have a huge influence on their lives which also affects learning styles. Alphas expect visual, aural, and kinesthetic methods to be used in classroom management, and they are more prone to distraction, which is an important factor to consider in creating a teaching-learning environment, meaning that the learning process must coexist with technology. In 2031, the oldest Generation Alpha will begin to enter the workforce. Their jobs will be in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) fields.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, work facilities and employee competence on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) Unit Setia Budi Medan. The population and sample in this study were all employees totaling 30 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique or census, namely the entire population will be used as a sample/respondent. From the results of the discussion, the multiple linear regression equation obtained from the results of data processing is KK = 1.901 + 0.175 P + 0.229 FK + 0.353 KO + ei, meaning that supervision, work facilities and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) Unit Setia Budi Medan. The t-test value for supervision is 2.109> t table 2.055 and the significance level is 0.045> 0.05. The work facility variable has a t-test value of 2.110> t-table 2.055 and a significance level of 0.045> 0.05. And the employee competency variable has a t-test value of 4.190> t-table 2.055 and a significance level of 0.000> 0.05. This means that supervision, work facilities and employee competency have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. The simultaneous effect of the F-test value is 21.813> F-table 2.97 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that supervision, work facilities and employee competency have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) Unit Setia Budi Medan. The coefficient of determination (R square) value of 0.716 means that employee performance can be explained by the variables of supervision, work facilities and employee competency by 71.6%, while 28.4% can be explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work experience, motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Berastagi. The population in the research amounted to 42 people, due to the small number of populations, the researcher used the entire of the population as the sample. Data was collected through documentation studies, distributing the questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of the data in this research using SPSS version 23. The sampling technique that used is the saturated sampling method. The analytical technique that used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination but first, the validity and reliability tests are carried out.. From the results of the partial test, the t-test value for the Work Experience variable is 3.296> ttable 1.68595 with a significance level of 0.002 < (0.05) so that, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-test value for the variable motivation is 4.212> t-table 1.68595 with the level of significance of 0.000 < (0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the t-test value for the Workability variable is 2.493> ttable 1.68595 with a significance level of 0.017 < (0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means, work ability has a positive and significant effect with the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Berastagi.The result of the discussion, it is obtained that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 3.803 + 0.299X1 + 0.491 X2 + 0.269X3 + e. The results of the analysis show that work experience, motivation and work ability have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Berastagi. The coefficient of determination of 0.752 is equal to 75.2%. It means that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the variables of work experience, motivation and work ability of 75.2%, the rest 24.8% is explained by other variables which not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of work discipline, work facilities and workload on employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research method used is quantitative, with 66 respondents taken using saturated sampling or census. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the t-test indicate that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the value of tcount (3.753 ) > t table (1.670) and a significant value of 0.000 < (0.05). Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen from the value of tcount (4.499) > ttable (1.670) and a significant value of 0.000 < (0.05). Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen from the value of tcount (2.426)> ttable (1.670) and a significant value of 0.018 < (0.05). The results of the F test indicate that work discipline, work failure and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Fcount of 72.834 > Ftable of 2.75). R square of 0.883 or 88.3% means that the variation in employee performance can be explained by the variables of work discipline, work facilities and workload of 88.3%, while another 11.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Preferably PT. Hilon Sumatera is increasingly improving the performance of its employees by providing adequate work facilities, such as machinery, infrastructure, inventory equipment, buildings, transportation equipment and work spaces. Employee work discipline needs to be improved by giving sanctions to employees who arrive late and do not comply with company regulations and the workload given is in accordance with the available working time so that production targets can be realized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of bond coupons, remaining bond life, and yield to maturity on the price of corporate bonds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To achieve this goal, a study with a research period of 2017 - 2019 was conducted on 22 companies that issue bonds. By using purposive sampling as a sampling technique, 105 data were observed. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the bond coupon variable had a positive and significant effect on bond prices, the remaining life of the bonds had a significant effect on bond prices. The direction of the effect of the remaining life of the bond on the price of the bond depends on the price of the bond, whether the price of the bond is perium or the discount price. Furthermore, yield to maturity has a negative and significant effect on bond prices. The ability of these three variables to explain variations in bond prices is 66.1 percent.
