Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of the rating, coupon, and remaining life of bonds on the yield to maturity of bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted on 17 bonds with a research period of 2017 – 2019 using purposive sampling as a sampling technique and multiple regression analysis as an analytical tool.The results showed that bond ratings had a negative and significant effect on yield to maturity, bond coupons had a positive and significant effect on yield to maturity, and the remaining life of bonds had a positive and significant effect on yield to maturity. The ability of these three variables to explain the variation in yield to maturity is 76.9 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset structure, profitability, sales growth, and liquidity on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 26 food and beverage companies. By using purposive sampling method in sampling, 11 companies were obtained as samples, with a study period of 5 years. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test with of 5%. The results showed that: (a) asset structure had a positive and significant effect on capital structure, profitability and sales growth had a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure, and liquidity had a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure in food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesian Securities, (b) asset structure, profitability, sales growth, capital structure, and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance) on patient satisfaction at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Community Health Center (UPTD Puskesmas) Kabanjahe, Kabanjahe District, Karo Regency. Data obtained directly from respondents (patients). The number of samples with maximum error (error) obtained 96 people. The analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study with the equation Y=2,074+0,087B+0,284E-0,007KH+0,116KT+0,400J+ e. This means that the quality of service (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance) reflects that there is still a problem of patient dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided by the Health Center. The results of the F test, that the quality of service (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 . The results of the t test, tangibles and responsiveness partially have a positive but not significant effect, and reliability have a negative and insignificant effect on patient satisfaction. While the results of the t test, empathy and assurance partially have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The value of the determinant coefficient (R Square) is 0.601, meaning that patient satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance) of 60.1%, while another 39.9% is explained by other variables that are not explained. in this research, such as security, location, environment etc. Based on the results of the study that by looking at the results of the t test, tangibles and responsiveness partially have a positive but not significant effect, and reliability have a negative and insignificant effect on patient satisfaction. So it is suggested that the management of the Health Center needs improvement (officers who can provide health services reflect a high commitment to the principles of health services at the Kabanjahe Health Center in Karo Regency. The equipment provided is incomplete. The service is in accordance with the promises offered. The ability of the medical team to use assistive devices in the service process ) to increase patient satisfaction. Then by looking at the magnitude of other factors (39.9%) of patient dissatisfaction with the quality of service (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance), the management of this health center still needs to make improvements in many ways for service satisfaction to the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Tor Ganda PMKS Tahuan Ganda Aek Korsik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan 95 responden diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 23.00. Dari hasil t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pelatihan, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,720 artinya kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pelatihan, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja sebesar 72%, sedangkan 28% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kemampuan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Chloe Alfa Bakery. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan di Chloe Alfa Bakery. Teknik analisa yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi, kemampuan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel kompensasi, kemampuan dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio and earning per share on stock returns in companies including LQ-45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study were 45 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, in order to obtain 9 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses T test and F test with a significance level of 5 percent. The results showed that return on assets had a positive and significant effect on stock returns, debt to equity ratio had a positive and significant effect on stock returns, Earning per share had a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. The ability of return on assets, debt to equity ratio and earning per share in explaining variations in stock returns is 31.6 percent

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of duration and convexity on bond prices. To achieve this purpose, research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2021. The data used in this study is secondary data. By using purposive sampling as a sampling method, the number of samples observed was 15 companies and the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results show that duration has a positive and significant effect on bond prices, convexity has a positive and significant effect on bond prices. Simultaneously, variations in duration and convexity can explain variations in bond prices by 39.9 percent

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran promosi dan citra merek terhadap tingkat penjualan pada PT. Dilan Kaya Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 96 responden (teknik maximum sampling error) untuk responden yang sudah pernah membeli parfum di PT. Dilan Kaya Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa periklanan, promosi penjualan, publisitas dan citra merek secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan PT Dylan Rich Medan. Secaraa parsial Advertising, Personal Sales dan Sales Promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan pada PT Dylan Rich Medan. Sedangkan publisitas dan citra merek berpengaruh negatif terhadap volume penjualan pada PT Dylan Rich Medan. Koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,549. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R square) = 52%, sedangkan 48% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan, manajemen PT Dylan Rich Medan perlu meningkatkan variabel publisitas, dan variabel citra merek perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh komitmen, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Hilon Sumatera. Data diperoleh langsung dari responden (karyawan) pada PT. Hilon Sumatera. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 53 orang dan jumlah sampel melalui sampling jenuh atau sensus adalah 53 orang. Teknik analisa yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Hilon Sumatera. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Hilon Sumatera dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,257 dan nilai signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05 (lebih kecil dari nilai toleransi kesalahan). Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Hilon Sumatera dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,407 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001< 0,05 (lebih kecil dari nilai toleransi kesalahan). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Hilon Sumatera dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,305 dan nilai signifikansi 0,020 < 0,05 (lebih kecil dari nilai toleransi kesalahan)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Unit PKS Rambutan Tebing Tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah karyawan bagian produksi sebanyak 32 responden. Secara simultan beban kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Rambutan Tebing Tinggi, dan secara parsial beban kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Rambutan Tebing Tinggi Variabel beban kerja merupakan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Rambutan Tebing Tinggi. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,703 artinya variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi beban kerja dan motivasi sebesar 70,3% sedangkan 29,7% dijelaskan oleh factor lain. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Rambutan Tebing Tinggi harus mengurangi beban kerja dan memperbaiki kondisi kerja
