Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of affiliate content marketing and online reviews on the Shopee platform on purchasing decisions of Islamic economics students at STAI Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses Islamic economics students at STAI Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan as the object of research. The number of samples used in this study was 66 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. In this study, the X1 variable obtained a t-count result of 81.203> t table which has a value of 1,670 obtaining a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the content marketing affiliate variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the X2 variable obtained a t-count result of 78.945> from the t table which has a value of 1,670 obtaining a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the online review variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously content marketing affiliates and online reviews both have a significant effect as evidenced by the results of the f-count value of 14.780> f table 3.14 producing a significance value <0.05 which is 0.000. The R square value of 0.319 means that the variables of content marketing affiliate and online customer review contribute significantly together or simultaneously to the purchasing decision variable of 31.9% and the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Due to time constraints, the researcher only took the object of research on the 2020 batch of Islamic economics students at STAI Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan, and only on users of the Shopee platform application. This can be used as a suggestion for further researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of content marketing affiliate and online review on purchasing decisions made by the 2020 batch of Islamic economics students at STAI Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan who are users of the Shopee platform application.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of sales/buying and selling income on profitability at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia which is moderated by operational costs on operational income (BOPO). This research uses secondary data with a quantitative descriptive analysis method, which uses purposive sampling to determine the sample. Data collection methods through observation and documentation. The research results show that there is an influence of sales/buying and selling income on profitability (ROE) both before interacting with the moderating variable and after interacting. The difference is, before BOPO and the predictor variables interact, the effect is significantly positive, but after interacting the effect is significantly negative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran filantropi isIam (zakat, infaq, sedekah dan wakaf) dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi makro di Indonesia melalui UMKM. Penulis menjelaskan pentingnya ZISWAF dalam memberdayakan masayarakat kecil khususnya yang berada pada posisi rendah. Dana ZISWAF dapat dialokasikan untuk mendukung dan memberdayakan UMKM berupa memberikan modal usaha serta menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kapasitas masyarakat mikro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode literatur atau kajian pustaka yang difokuskan pada analisis dan sintesis karya tulis dan data yang relevan dengan pembahasan penelitian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akselerasi filantropi isIam melalui UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi makro di Indonesia memiliki dampak positif pada kehidupan sosial keagamaan, pemerataan pembangunan, pengentasan kemiskinan, mengurangi angka pengangguran, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jika dikelola dengan maksimal keberadaan ZISWAF akan memberikan dampak positif berupa dorongan yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Maka dari itulah yang harus ditekankan bahwa pemerintah harus memberikan dukungan yang lebih besar dalam memanfaatkan potensi instrumen ZISWAF di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sharia-based human resource (HR) management strategy in batik Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pamekasan Regency. Batik MSMEs are one of the leading sectors in the region that not only contribute to the local economy but also preserve Madurese cultural heritage. In HR management, there are still many MSME actors who have not implemented a structured management system, even though the integration of sharia values ??can be a solution to create a productive and ethical work climate. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation on several batik MSME actors. The results of the study indicate that values ??such as honesty (?idq), amanah, justice, and deliberation have begun to be implemented, although they have not been fully integrated into the HR management system. The main inhibiting factors are limited understanding and the absence of practical guidelines on sharia-based HR management. Therefore, this study recommends the need for managerial and spiritual training for batik MSME actors to support more Islamic and professional HR management.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has spurred the emergence of financial technology (fintech) capable of providing financial services quickly, efficiently, and inclusively.In the context of Islamic finance, Sharia fintech becomes a potential solution to support Sharia banking, especially in reaching communities that have not been optimally served.However, the integration between fintech and Islamic banking still faces several challenges, both in terms of regulation, Sharia compliance, and the readiness of infrastructure and digital literacy of the community.This research is a literature study aimed at examining the opportunities, challenges, and direction of integrating fintech and Islamic banking in building a sustainable digital financial ecosystem.The method used is qualitative analysis of current scientific sources and sharia financial policies.The study results indicate that the integration of fintech and Islamic banking can enhance financial inclusion, promote halal product innovation, and strengthen the economy of the community.However, strengthening governance, synergy between institutions, and Sharia supervision that is adaptive to technology are needed.This study recommends the development of an inclusive sharia digital financial ecosystem, based on sharia principles, and oriented towards sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Bahasa Inggris terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran akuntansi syariah pada Jurusan Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode asosiatif, penelitian ini menguji hubungan sebab-akibat antara dua variabel: penggunaan Bahasa Inggris dalam pembelajaran (variabel X) dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi akuntansi syariah (variabel Y). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah akuntansi syariah dengan Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar, dan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran mengenai sejauh mana penggunaan Bahasa Inggris memengaruhi tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi akuntansi syariah, serta implikasinya terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The imposition of export tariffs by the United States on several of its trading partners has triggered significant global economic impacts. From the perspective of Islamic economics, such policies require in-depth analysis, as they may lead to injustice in international trade—contrary to the core principles of justice (al-‘adalah), balance (tawazun), and mutual benefit (maslahah) upheld in the Islamic economic system. This study aims to examine U.S. export tariff policies through a qualitative-descriptive approach based on Islamic economic principles. The findings indicate that excessive protectionism, such as high export tariffs, can distort markets, harm developing countries, and exacerbate global economic inequality. Within the framework of maqashid al-shariah, these policies may hinder the realization of public welfare (maslahah ‘ammah). Therefore, a more equitable and balanced approach to international trade is necessary—one that emphasizes ethical and moral principles rooted in Islam. This study recommends more inclusive international dialogue and the implementation of global trade policies aligned with the values of social and economic justice in Islam.

Abstract

ABSRTACT This article aims to find out the review of sharia economic law and Law No. 22 of 2001 on subsidized fuel hoarding, the object of this study is hoarding carried out by individuals or groups on fuel subsidized by the government for personal gain. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach in the form of collecting information by means of literature review in articles and online journals. This study resulted in the conclusion that hoarding of fuel subsidized by the government can harm the community and also the state. As well as the application of criminal sanctions that will be imposed on hoarding perpetrators in accordance with Law No. 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas and Earth. Abstract

ABSTRACT. This article aims to describe the character values ??of brotherhood with the principle of psychology through religious activities and culture at Al-Ikhlas Elementary School, Lumajang Regency, East Java—data collection techniques employed observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The main data sources were the principal, vice principal, and homeroom teacher. The stages of data analysis followed the pattern of the reduction stage, data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions, and verification activities. The research findings concluded that character education at Al-Ikhlas Elementary School was developed using the whole school development approach, namely the alignment of the vision and mission of quality character education effectively and efficiently. In addition, the application of character education is formed in the interaction of teachers and students with respect, empathy, and affection. Good social interaction between students is also controlled by teachers to create an attitude of mutual respect and a comfortable atmosphere in learning and will encourage students to excel in the school environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh psikologi konsumen terhadap strategi branding nasional untuk meningkatkan kesadaran produk lokal di tengah persaingan global. Pemahaman perilaku konsumen, seperti persepsi, sikap, dan motivasi, sangat penting dalam merancang strategi branding yang efektif. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kajian literatur, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi branding yang sesuai dengan wawasan psikologi konsumen, seperti penekanan pada kualitas dan keunikan produk lokal, dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya dan minat beli. Pemerintah juga berperan penting melalui kampanye pemasaran, edukasi, dan penguatan identitas nasional untuk mendukung kesadaran dan kecintaan terhadap produk lokal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa branding yang berbasis pemahaman psikologi konsumen dapat memperkuat kesadaran dan loyalitas terhadap produk lokal.
