Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan belajar siswa siswa di SMPN 14 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase skor rata-rata sebesar 70,15 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan rata-rata untuk tiap indikator yang teridentifikasi menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika diantaranya faktor fisiologis (jasmani/panca indera) sebesar 74,5% (Kategori tinggi), psikologi 69,78% (Kategori sedang), aspek sosial 68% (Kategori sedang), sarana dan prasarana 58,75% (Kategori sedang), metode belajar 77% (Kategori tinggi), dan guru sebesar 77,17% (Kategori tinggi).

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran di SMPN 19 Kota Bengkulu sudah sesuai kurikulum 2013, namun untuk penilaian portofolio dan proyek belum ada instrumennya. Pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran yang sudah dilakukan di SMP 19 sesuai kurikulum 2013 adalah penilaian sikap dengan penelitian, penilaian tes soal pilihan ganda, namun untuk penilaian yang sudah dilakukan belum dilengkapi dengan instrumen penilaian. Penilaian yang sudah dilakukan sesuai kurikulum 2013 di SMPN 19 Kota Bengkulu adalah penilaian sikap dengan observasi, penilaian tes tulis, portofolio, tes soal pilihan ganda, namun untuk penilaian portofolio dan proyek belum ada instrumennya.

Abstract

An effort in dairy products is currently growing, this is also because milk is a product that is easily damaged. Yogurt is one type of fermented milk that has been widely known by the public. Milk fermentation technology is developing quite rapidly by utilizing many pure and single cultures as well as the use of other lactic acid bacteria that can provide better product quality. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of the amount of longan extract on skim milk; 2) the effect of the amount of skim milk on the nature of yakult. The method used is an experimental method that uses two factors, namely the addition of longan fruit extract and skim milk. The results showed that there was an effect of the addition of longan juice in the form of taste, color, and thickness. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the addition of longan fruit extract to yogurt does not affect the acidity of yougurt, because the levels of longan fruit extract are small, so that the acidity level on yougurt is still high

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the length of boiling time on success in making purple sweet potato tapai and banana kepok. The method used in this research is the experimental method and documentation media. By using observations of purple sweet potato stew and banana kepok. The content that is in purple sweet potato is very much, including as a source of carbohydrates and sources of enough calories (such as vitamins, minerals, protein, fat, and fiber). While kapok bananas contain high carbohydrates and fiber. By means of fermentation, the anaerobic carbohydrate and amino acid breakdown process that is without the need for oxygen. The process of making tapai from purple sweet potato and banana is done by referring to the standard of making tapai in general, only in this study using 2 samples with each different level of maturity. From the results and discussion it can be concluded that the length of boiling time and the level of maturity in making purple sweet potato tapai and banana kepok affect the texture and taste.

Abstract

Tempeh is a processed product from soybean plants. However, lately the existing soybean supply has not been able to meet the needs of the raw material for the tempe processing industry, so an alternative soy substitute is needed. One ingredient that can be used as a substitute for soybean is jackfruit seeds. This study aims to determine how to process jackfruit seeds into tempeh and comparison of nutritional content between jackfruit seed tempeh and soybean tempeh. This research was conducted by giving tempeh yeast (Rhizopusoligosporus) 0.5 gram with 500 gram jackfruit seeds. Tempe is made with a variation of fermentation time that is 36 hours, 48 ​​hours, 60 hours, and 72 hours and analyzed its nutrients namely protein, fat, carbohydrate, water and ash together with organoleptic tests of texture, color, taste and aroma of tempe. The results showed that the highest protein content, ash content and fat content obtained was 48 hours fermentation time, namely 6.85%, 1.67% and 0.73%. Meanwhile, the highest carbohydrate content obtained is 36 hours fermentation time. Water content that is in line with SNI tempeh standards is 36 hours and 48 hours, i.e. 64.8% and 65.58%. The most delicious tempeh, the most fragrant tempe and the most crispy tempeh obtained is 48 hours fermentation time.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar yang dinilai mengkhawatirkan pada prasiklus membuat guru sebagai peneliti ini harus membuat tindakan yang efektif dan efisien dalam rangkat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA sekolah dasar ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa Sekolah Dasar Kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Kota Mukomuko semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Hasil belajar siswa baru dapat meningkat pada siklus ke tiga. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode ini bertujuan untuk perbaikan pembelajaran. Guru yang sering di kelas yang menguasai kelas dan mengetahui sintaksi dalam pembelajaran. Siklus yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sebanyak tiga siklus. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah metode penemuan terbimbing. Siswa diminta untuk mengeksplorasi pelajaran dengan bimbingan guru sebagai peneliti

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan hasil belajar siswa di SDN 02 Air Dikit melalui pemanfaatan alat peraga IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus , setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pertama rancangan kegiatan pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain Rencana Perbaikan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang dirancang sesuai dengan tahap-tahap yang digunakan dalam pemanfaatan alat peraga, lembar observasi guru dalam KBM, lembar observasi siswa, Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), serta media dan sumber belajar yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan materi yang dibahas yaitu tentang pesawat sederhana.Kedua, pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebelum pemanfaatan alat peraga diperoleh, hasil belajar siswa nilai rata-rata pada kondisi awal 53,5, siklus I sebesar 68,7, pada siklus II sebesar 90,4. Ketiga, kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran menunjukan peningkatan yang cukup baik pada kondisi awal sebelum menggunakan alat peraga presentase KG 70 %, siklus I mencapai sebesar 78% pada siklus II mencapai sebesar 93%. Dengan demikian kemampuan guru menunjukan kriteria baik sekali

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) The use of learning journals in learning biology model design tools to increase motivation and student participation, (2) The use of learning journals in learning biology model design tools to improve mastery of concepts. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of an action planning stage in the form of compiling learning steps with the use of a learning journal in biology learning tool design models, action implementation, observation, and reflection for the next action. The research subjects were students of class XI IPA I in Mejayan State High School in 2018/2019. Data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, document review, and cognitive evaluation tests. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data validation uses the method of triangulation techniques namely tests, questionnaires, and observations. Students' mastery of concepts is measured by tests, questionnaires and observations while motivation and participation are measured by questionnaires and observations. The results of the study show that: (1) Student motivation and participation increases with the use of learning journals in the learning of biology tool design models so as to improve the quality of the learning process, (2) Mastery of student concepts increases with the use of learning journals in learning biology of tool design models. The average percentage of the measurement results of student learning motivation using questionnaires showed an increase of 69.93% in the pre-cycle, the first cycle was 78.55%, and 83.46% in the second cycle which was the final cycle in this study. The average percentage of the measurement results of student learning participation using a questionnaire also showed an increase namely from the pre cycle by 68.46% to 76.04% in the first cycle, and 80.97% at the end of the study. The use of learning journals in biology learning tool design models can improve the quality of learning so that the average percentage of students' mastery of concepts increases from 57.29% in the pre-cycle, to 71.26% in the first cycle and 88.15% at the end of the study.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of 6th Grade students of Public Elementery School 01 Mukomuko City through puzzle pictured games in the material of special characteristics of living things. The collaboration or discussion activities carried out in the first cycle are still dominated by a number of students. Students who appear to speak to that and students who are at the lower level are still shy to express their opinions. While in the second cycle students become more active, motivated, more challenged to learn, positive attitudes appear and less negative attitudes. Students are more often actively involved in drawing up puzzles, interacting with group friends and caring about their friends, active in class discussions and diligently reading sourcebooks to solve questions in the student worksheets. The final test results of learning in the initial conditions before being given an action only reached an average value of 56.25 with only 29.2% (7 students) completing the minimum criteria. At the end of the first cycle learning test, there was an increase in the average value of students 68.75 with mastery learning by 70.8% (17 students). This means that 7 students have not yet reached the minimum criteria that have been set ie 70.00. Therefore researchers need to continue the second cycle by improving the learning process in accordance with the results of the reflection of the first cycle of activities. In the second cycle, the average value of students has reached 85.4 shows that the learning process of the second cycle has shown a very sharp improvement, where mastery learning achieved even exceeding the target set. All this is caused by the involvement and seriousness of students in discussions getting higher.

Abstract

To be able to learn science learning materials properly, we need to listen, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. In addition, students also need to do it, which is describing things in their own way, showing examples, trying to practice skills and doing assignments that demand the knowledge they have gained. This study uses classroom action research of three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 03 Mukomuko City. The data obtained in the form of learning outcomes from formative tests and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. The results showed that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III namely, cycle I (64.00%), cycle II (76.00%), cycle III (88.00%). The conclusion of this study is that problem-based contextual learning can positively influence the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 03 Mukomuko City. This learning model can be used as an alternative in science learning .
