Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) merupakan suatu penyakit system endoktrin yang disebabkan penurunan fungsi ginjal yang bersifat progresif dan irreversible sehingga tubuh gagal untuk mempertahankan metabolisme serta keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit (Rahayu, 2018). Ansietas merupakan suatu kondisi yang menyebabkan seseorang merasakan ketidaknyamanan, takut, gelisah, khawatir dan tidak tenang disertai dengan berbagai gejala fisik (Wulandari, 2024). Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi murottal Qur’an terhdap tingkat ansietas pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD dr. Adjidarmo Rangkas Bitung. Metode : Penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu quasi exsperiment menggunakan rancangan one group yaitu kelompok perlakuan. sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumblah 34 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling non probability. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan Sebagian besar responden sebelum dilakukan intervensi terapi murottal Qur’an terdapat tingkat ansietas dengan kategori ringan dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi murottal Qur’an terdapat tingkat ansietas dengan kategori tidak cemas berjumlah 20 responden (58,8 %) terdapat  p value 0,000 <0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh terapi murottal Qur’an terhadap tingkat ansietas pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa. Kesimpulan :  Terapi murottal Qur’an dapat menurunkan tingkat ansietas pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa.         Kata Kunci : Ansietas, Gagal ginjal kronis (GGK), hemodialisa, terapi murottal Qur’an. ABSTRACTBackground: Chronic kidney failure (CKD) is an endocrine system disease caused by a progressive and irreversible decline in kidney function so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance (Rahayu, 2018). Anxiety is a condition that causes a person to feel uncomfortable, afraid, restless, worried and restless accompanied by various physical symptoms (Wulandari, 2024). Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Qur'an murottal therapy on anxiety levels in chronic kidney failure (CKD) patients undergoing hemodialysis at Dr. Adjidarmo Rangkas Bitung Hospital. Method: The research used was a quasi-experiment using a one-group design, namely the treatment group. The sample used in this study was 34 respondents who were taken using the non-probability Purposive Sampling technique. Results: The results of this study obtained that most respondents before the intervention of Qur'an murottal therapy had a mild level of anxiety and after the intervention of Qur'an murottal there was a level of anxiety in the non-anxious category totaling 20 respondents (58.8%) there was a p value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is an effect of Qur'an murottal therapy on the level of anxiety in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. Conclusion: Qur'an murottal therapy can reduce the level of anxiety in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis.Keywords: Anxiety, Chronic kidney failure (CKD), hemodialysis, Qur'an murottal therapy

Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Gagal Ginjal Kronik merupakan merupakan suatu kondisi di mana fungsi ginjal menurun secara progresif dan permanen. Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk penumpukan limbah dalam tubuh, ketidakseimbangan elektrolit, dan perubahan metabolisme kulit akibat terapi dialisis. Virgin coconut oil minyak kelapa asli yang terbuat dari daging kelapa murni yang diekstrak dengan cara yang terkendali atau tanpa pemanasan sama sekali, dan tanpa menggunakan bahan kimia, memiliki sifat anti-inflamasi, anti-oksidan, dan antibakteri. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh dari virgin coconut oil terhadap penurunan skala pruritus pada pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK) di Ruang Hemodialisis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Banten tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif, quasy experiment, pendekatan one group pre test – post test. Hasil uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai yang signifikan dengan p-value sebesar <0,000 berada di bawah nilah p < 0,05.Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil tingkat skala pruritus pasien sebelum dan setelah dilakukan intervensi didapatkan bahwa virgin coconut oil ini berpengaruh dalam penurunan terhadap gatal.Kata Kunci: Gagal Ginjal Kronik, Virgin Coconut Oil, Skala Pruritus. Abstract Background: Chronic Kidney Failure is a condition in which kidney function declines progressively and permanently. This disease is caused by several factors, including waste accumulation in the body, electrolyte imbalance, and changes in skin metabolism due to dialysis therapy. Virgin coconut oil, original coconut oil made from pure coconut meat extracted in a controlled manner or without heating at all, and without using chemicals, has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and antibacterial properties. Objective: To determine the effect of virgin coconut oil on reducing the scale of pruritus in patients with Chronic Kidney Failure (GGK) in the Hemodialysis Room of the Banten Provincial General Hospital in 2025. Method: Quantitative research, quasi-experiment, one group pre-test - post-test approach. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a significant value with a p-value of <0.000 below the p value <0.05. Conclusion: Based on the results of the patient's pruritus scale level before and after the intervention, it was found that virgin coconut oil had an effect on reducing itching.
