Abstract

This study aims to Improve the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Islamic religious education learning by using Differentiated Learning. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data of this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure the Effectiveness of Student Learning and observations are used to analyze the learning activities of teachers and students. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that Differentiated Learning can Improve the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 40.89%, the first cycle 68.87% and in the second cycle increased to 90.32%. Thus, the use of Differentiated Learning can be used as an alternative to Improve the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the most important subjects for students to master in elementary school. However, there are many students who do not like mathematics learning which has an impact on their low learning outcomes in mathematics learning. The results of the preliminary study of this study indicate that students' mathematics learning outcomes are still very low. This is evidenced by the results of the documentation of student grade lists, there are still many students who do not reach the minimum completion criteria set by the school. This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools by applying the problem posing model. This study is a classroom action research with the Kemmis & Mc Taggart design. This study was conducted in three cycles with the stages of each cycle being planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade elementary school students. Data were collected using test and observation techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study indicate that the problem posing model can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools. This is evidenced by looking at the results of the first cycle test which achieved a classical completion percentage of 52.63%. Then in the second cycle the classical completion percentage increased to 68.42%. The achievement in the third cycle increased again to 84.21%. The results have reached the target indicator of the success of this study. Thus, the problem posing model can be used as an alternative for use by teachers in mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved in this study are to describe the language skills of early childhood children as well as teacher performance through Punakawan puppet media in group A at RA Mansyaul Huda. Classroom Action Research using 2 cycles, each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were group A RA Mansyaul Huda which consisted of 12 children. Data were obtained through observation, documentation, and portfolios. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. Conclusion: the results of the study are that children's language development in cycle I conditions in the category of developing according to expectations (BSH), has increased from the pre-cycle condition, namely 2 (two) children with a percentage of 17% to 3 (three) children with a percentage of 25%. The category of developing very well (BSB) from pre-cycle 1 (one) child to 2 (children) cycle I. While the data on children who are starting to develop (MB) in pre-cycle 2 (children) conditions with a percentage of 17% to cycle I is still the same 2 (two) children. The results in cycle II showed that there were no more data on children who were still not developing (BB). Meanwhile, there were 4 (four) children who had started to develop (MB) in their language development or with a percentage of 33.4%. The language development ability expected by the teacher in the conditions of cycle II in the category of developing according to teacher expectations (BSH) had increased to 7 (seven) children from the first and second meeting activities or with a percentage of 58.3%. Meanwhile, the data obtained for children who were developing very well (BSB) were 3 (children) with a percentage of 25%. The teacher's performance in the learning process carried out in cycle I, activity 1, the number of scores obtained was good, then increased in activity 2 to cycle 2, namely with a very good value.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning process using the Contextual Teaching and Learning method for the material Welcoming the Age of Puberty in grade IV students of SDIT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh in improving their understanding. This study was conducted in 2 cycles. The first cycle consists of 2 learning activities. Likewise with the second cycle, but using different treatments. Each cycle will have planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The research subjects taken were grade IV students of SDIT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh, totaling 100 students. In this case, the author conducted research on the Learning Group (Rombel) class IV-C, with a total of 33 students. Where 17 women and 16 men. The data analysis technique is qualitative. The results of the study showed that the Contextual Teaching and Learning method for the material Welcoming the Age of Puberty in grade IV students of SDIT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh has increased. Before the study was conducted, the percentage of their understanding achievement was 50%. After the research in cycle I, it increased to 72%, this means there was an increase of 22%, while in cycle II it had reached 90%. Thus, this research has met the desired target of at least 75%. Thus, the use of the contextual teaching and learning model can be used as an alternative in Islamic education learning so that students can understand the concepts.
