This study was conducted to determine the collapse pattern described as a capacity curve so that the performance level of the structure can be known based on FEMA 356. As well as the formation of plastic joints on the column beams, the study used spectrum response with the ETABSv19 program. Basedon the direction of the XZ and YZ methods The capacity curve and FEMA 356 produces Damage Control (DC), where thebuilding condition occurs during an earthquake. This study shows the displacement value based on pushover analysis, SNI 1726-2019, and direct measurement. Where seen in direct measurements and displacement targets, getting almost the same value of 11 cm to 15 cm. With provisions based on SNI 1726-2019, which is 31 cm, the maximum limit of pushover analysis results for the X direction is 72 cm and the Y direction is 40 cm. It can be concluded that if the provisions based on SNI 1726-2019 > direct measurement and displacement target, the building structure is still in a Safe State

This research aims to determine the effect of adding brick powder filler on the properties of asphalt concrete mixture with soaking variations. This study used brick powder with variations of 0%, 10%, 15%, and 20%. The test pieces were made as many as 36 samples, for each variation as many as 3 samples. The test piece is soaked with repeated variations of soaking for 3, 7 as well as 10 days. The method used is the conventional marshall method to obtain mixed properties. The results of this test showed that each variation decreased with the addition of brick powder. in the variation of brick powder 20% the flow value has increased to exceed the specification limit of 4.14% from what has been determined by Bina Marga 2018, which is 2-4% (mm). As for the 0%, 10% and 15% variations have met the 2018 Bina Marga specifications

The performance of an intersection is the feasibility condition of the intersection facility which is influenced by road capacity, traffic behavior, and the speed of a vehicle. The intersection being analyzed is Jl. Poros Malino - Jl. Usman Salengke – Jl. K.H. Wahid Hasyim. The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of PTV Vissim and MKJI 1997 Software and to find out the results of alternative modeling in the performance analysis of the four signalized intersection Jl. Poros Malino - Jl. Usman Salengke – Jl. K.H. Wahid Hasyim. Based on the analysis and discussion it was concluded that the comparison of queue length using the vissim and MKJI software on the Jl. Usman Salengke Utara, namely 110 m and 112 m. It can be seen that the results of the analysis using the vissim software are closer to the conditions in the field, namely 92 m. Because vehicle behavior and the distance between vehicles can be adjusted in the vissim software, the analysis delay using vissim is superior because it can calculate each arm, while the MKJI calculation is only the average delay with service level F (very bad). And alternative simulation results with cycle time settings can be used as a solution to increase the performance of intersections where the level of service changes to E (bad) with a 13% decrease.

The world of construction is currently experiencing very rapid development. This can be seen from various countries that are competing to improve the quality and quantity of their buildings. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding coconut shell fly ash to the concrete mix with variations of 5%, 10%, and 15% by weight of cement on the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete. There were 38 samples made, including 20 samples of normal concrete and 18 samples of variation concrete. Concrete samples were soaked for 28 days prior to testing the compressive strength and flexural strength of the concrete. The results of the compressive strength test with the addition of 5% fly ash were (26.11 Mpa), 10% (27.34 Mpa), and 15% (29.23 Mpa) while for flexural strength with the addition of 5% fly ash (3.73 Mpa), 10% (3.78 Mpa), and 15% (3.91 Mpa). The results of this test indicate that the variable concrete has a higher compressive strength and flexural strength than normal concrete. the use of coconut shell fly ash in the concrete mixture, greatly affects the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete compared to normal concrete.

CPHMA (Cold Paving Hot Mix Asbuton) is a new breakthrough to meet the needs of remote areas where the asphalt mixing plant (AMP) is inadequate and is expected to add value to stability and durability. Natural Rubber (Latex) is a type of natural rubber that has high resistance to cracking and has high adhesion. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the addition of natural rubber (latex) had on marshall characteristics in CPHMA mixtures with variations of immersion. This study used natural rubber (latex) additives with levels of 10%, 15% and 20%. 33 samples of test objects were made, 6 normal samples and 27 variations samples. The treatment of the specimens was carried out with variations of immersion for 7, 14 and 21 days. Testing is done with the marshall test tool. The test results showed that Natural Rubber (Latex) as an added ingredient in CPHMA-type Buton asphalt mixture by immersion caused the value of the properties of the mixture to not meet specifications and could not be used.

Transportation development by the government is increasingly intensive to be carried out in accordance with public interest, which many choose to travel using public transportation. People then demand to use the most efficient mode of transportation to support travel in today's modern era, through several considerations including economic, social and environmental aspects. Until now, people, especially the city of Makassar, still choose to travel between regions and cities using train and bus transportation. This research will be conducted on the Train and Bus route Makassar- Parepare bus services that will be discussed in this study are buses that start traveling from Makassar Regional Terminal Daya with the aim of Parepare. This research aims to analyze the selection of transportation modes between trains and buses on the Makassar-Parepare route in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. The method used in this research is quantitative method in the form of questionnaire survey and descriptive statistical analysis in collecting data results. The results obtained show that public interest in the two means of transportation is concluded that train transportation is more desirable in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

Traffic movements at intersections are generally regulated by traffic control. This is intended to create safety as well as smooth traffic flow at the intersection. At the Emmy Saelan Monument Intersection in Makassar City, there is no proper traffic regulation. Therefore, it is often found that there are long queues and vehicle delays that occur at the intersection due to high traffic flow. Based on these problems, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of improving the performance of the intersection with indicators in the form of queue values and delay times at the intersection. The method used in this research is to use direct observation methods and manual calculations and perform simulations using Vissim Software. Several alternative intersection treatments are given to overcome existing intersection problems, namely by implementing 2-phase and 3-phase traffic signals, The recommended alternative handling is in the form of implementing a 2-phase signalized traffic signal because it can reduce queues and delays significantly compared to existing conditions.

The development of cities and the rapid growth of Indonesia's population have caused the traffic volume in Makassar City to continue to increase. As the provincial capital and center of economic, industrial, trade and educational activities in South Sulawesi, Makassar City is also the center of the traffic flow of goods and services from the surrounding area. The impact of the growth of trade and service centers that attract the movement of visitor vehicles is an increase in the need for parking spaces. This study aims to determine the impact of on-street parking on speed and traffic density on Jalan Tamalanrea Raya and to provide a basis for developing solutions. The survey was carried out for 3 days a week, 20 October – 24 October 2022. The location of the research object is located on Jalan Tamalanrea Raya, and volume, speed and parking data are collected from the main congestion points. The results showed that parking on the road causes the road capacity to decrease, with the lowest speed reaching 8.33 km/hour, the highest density reaching 144 vehicles/km, and the highest degree of saturation is 0.54 with service level C.

Transportation is a problem that has an important influence in people's lives. The problem that occurs in transportation in the Makassar-Parepare crossing is the increasing population growth along with the increasing number of users of land transportation modes that are not proportional to public awareness to switch to using public transportation. One of the government's efforts to overcome these problems is the development of rail-based land transportation modes. This research aims to find out the problems that occur in Barru Regency, the factors that cause and the reasons for choosing the train transportation mode and analyze the impact of the construction of the Makassar-Parepare Railway line in Barru Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a study of relevant literature regarding the impact of the construction of the Makassar-Parepere railway line which is then used as a question on the questionnaire and distributed to the community in the surrounding location, then analyzed using the help of Statistical Package for The Social Sciences software. The results of the study obtained the impact during the implementation of the construction of the railway line on the environment resulted in flooding, economic conditions resulted in decreased agricultural land production, social conditions made residents feel uncomfortable. The impact after the operation of the railway line felt by residents for environmental conditions is reduced congestion, economic conditions reduce local labor, and social conditions many resident roads access is covered by the railway body which makes communication between residents disrupted.

Cold Paving Hot Mix Asbuton (CPHMA) Asbuton mixture consisting of aggregate, granular asphalt, rejuvenator and other added ingredients which are mixed hot cold paved. This product is an alternative that is very suitable for road construction in remote areas and small islands. where asphalt mixing plant (AMP) facilities are limited. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of natural rubber (latex) on marshall characteristics in CPHMA mixtures. This study used the addition of natural rubber (latex) content of 10%, 15% and 20%. Samples were made of 15 briquettes consisting of 6 characteristic briquettes and 9 variation briquettes. The manufacture of briquettes refers to the Bina Marga General Specifications 2018. Sample testing is carried out using the marshall method. The test results show that the effect of adding natural rubber (latex) has no effect on the properties of the CPHMA mixture and causes the value of the mixture to decrease and natural rubber (latex) in any percentage does not affect the value of stability and durability.
