Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi politik yang dilakukan oleh pasangan Ramdhan PomantoâSyamsu Rizal pada pemilihan kepala daerah (PILKADA) kota Makassar tahun 2013, mengetahui strategi pemenangan, dan untuk mengetahui kaitan antara strategi komunikasi politik dengan pemenangan pasangan Ramadhan PomantoâSyamsu Rizal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan yaitu bulan juli sampai dengan September 2014 di kota Makassar tepatnya pada posko tim pemenangan / tim pendukung sobat DIA dan unsur â unsur yang dianggap relevan dengan penelitian ini. Tipe penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis yang telah diarahkan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisa fakta dengan argument yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasangan ini mampu memenangkan pemilihan kepala daerah dalam hal ini pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota Makassar selain didukung oleh kemampuan dan tim yang solid juga pasangan ini menerapkan analisis SWOT dalam kampanye politik. Dengan adanya tim yang solid, strategi komunikasi politik yang baik dan dukungan tim pemenangan menunjukkan bahwa pasangan Ramdhan Pomanto dan Syamsu Rizal (Dia) mampu mengungguli sembilan pasangan kandidat lainnya dengan perolehan suara terbanyak yaitu 182.242 suara.Kata kunci : Strategi, Komunikasi, PilkadaAbstract : This study aims to determine the strategy of political communication done by couples Ramdhan Pomanto and Syamsu Rizal in local elections of Makassar in 2013; and to know the winning strategy; and to determine the links between the strategy of political communication with the winning pair of Ramadan Pomanto - Syamsu Rizal. The research was conducted during the two months started from July until September 2014 in the city of Makassar. It took place at post of winning team as the basic place; it was called by DIA, and also other elements that were considered relevant to this study. The type of research is descriptive analysis which aimed to define and analyze the facts with proper arguments. The results showed that the pair is able to win local elections in this election of mayor and deputy mayor of Makassar because of their good ability and performance. They were also supported by a solid team which applied SWOT analysis within political campaign politics. Having solid team, good political communication strategy and wide support team do help Ramdhan Pomanto and Syamsu Rizal be able to outperform the nine other pairs of candidates with the most votes, namely 182.242 votes.Key words : Strategy, Communication, Local Election

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisi pengaruh variabel Persepsi Harga, Persepsi Kualitas dan keragaman produk terhadap Minat Pembeli Pakaian Bekas (trifting) di Daerah Sumbawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyakarat Sumbawa yang mengetahui tentang Pakaian Bekas (trifting) dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Statical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) dan jenis penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini setelah dilakukan analisis data didapatkan bahwa persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pakaian bekas (trifting) didaerah sumbawa. Sedangkan persepsi kualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pakaian bekas (trifting) di daerah sumbawa, dan keragaman produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pakaian bekas (trifting) di daerah sumbawa.

Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) is a health service for pregnant women based on the 10T standard. The main goal is to reduce the maternal mortality rate (MMR), infant mortality rate (IMR) and the probability of mother and child. In its implementation, midwives play an important role so that the performance of midwives greatly affects the quality of Integrated ANC services. In Jambi City, the coverage of Integrated ANC services at the Puskesmas has not yet reached the minimum service standard target of 100% of KI 97.1%, K4 coverage of 94.9% and K6 of 92.3%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the performance of midwives in integrated ANC services. This type of research is quantitative with a cros sectional approach. The location of this research was carried out at all Puskesmas in the Jambi City area in November-December 2024. The number of samples was 70 respondents, with the Porpotional random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between motivation with a p value of 0.032 and institutional leadership with the performance of midwives in Integrated ANC services with a p value of 0.016, while experience did not have a significant relationship with the performance of midwives in Integrated ANC services with a p value of 0.088.

Abstrak : Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali pengaruh dari profitabilitas serta Intensitas Aset Tetap terhadap manajemen pajak. Objek riset yang digunakan Perusahaan Manufaktur Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia( BEI) periode 2019. Populasi merupakan semua perusahaan Manufaktur ialah 59, ilustrasi pada riset ini merupakan 41 perusahaan yang didetetapkan lewat purposive sampling serta data didapat dengan tata cara regresi linier berganda yang diolah memakai SPSS tipe 22. Body dissatisfaction dan Dispositional Envy merupakan isu psikologis yang semakin relevan di kalangan wanita dewasa awal, terutama di kota-kota besar seperti Makassar. Fenomena ini dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan individu, sehingga penting untuk memahami hubungan antara kedua variabel ini. Meskipun banyak penelitian yang membahas body dissatisfaction dan envy secara terpisah, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam literatur yang mengkaji hubungan antara dispositional envy dan body dissatisfaction, khususnya di konteks lokal seperti Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kekosongan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi apakah terdapat hubungan antara body dissatisfaction dengan dispositional envy pada perempuan di kota Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui skala yang telah dimodifikasi untuk mengukur body dissatisfaction. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara body dissatisfaction dan dispositional envy, di mana peningkatan body dissatisfaction berkorelasi dengan peningkatan dispositional envy pada responden. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi praktisi kesehatan mental dan pendidik untuk merancang intervensi yang lebih efektif dalam menangani isu body dissatisfaction dan envy di kalangan wanita dewasa awal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyarankan perlunya program edukasi yang meningkatkan kesadaran akan dampak negatif dari body dissatisfaction dan envy.

The role of parents in children's education is the main foundation in the formation of children's character and intelligence. This study aims to examine in depth the role of fathers and mothers in educating children in the modern era through a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were collected from various academic sources and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman approach, namely data condensation, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the role of fathers is not limited to breadwinners, but as role models who educate through example, emotional involvement, supervision, and fulfillment of children's psychological needs. The absence of the father's role is proven to have a negative impact on children's social and academic development. On the other hand, mothers play an integral role in the aspects of nurture, love and care - including intellectual stimulation, provision of affection, and physical and moral nurturing. The modern era presents new challenges such as the lack of family interaction time due to work pressures and the influence of digital media that reduces parental involvement. Therefore, the synergy of the roles of fathers and mothers is key in shaping a conducive educational environment at home. This study emphasizes the importance of a balanced division of time and roles between fathers and mothers so that children's education remains optimal amid social and technological changes. Toddlers are one of the risk groups for experiencing a lack of nutritional intake, which affects their nutritional status. According to the results of SSG1 2022, it is stated that the prevalence of underweight or malnourished children under five (weight according to age) in Jambi Province is 13.8% and in Muaro Jambi Regency is 16.2%. In Pematang Jering Village itself, there are still health problems among children, including malnutrition, stunting and wasting. Malnutrition is a condition where the body's nutritional needs are not met within a certain period of time so that the body breaks down food reserves under the fat layer and layers of the body's organs. Maternal parenting patterns show that mothers with poor parenting patterns have a greater chance of having children who experience malnutrition problems than mothers with good parenting patterns. Good parenting consists of providing IMD, giving breast milk and MP-ASI as well as practicing hygiene or environmental sanitation. Pematang Jering Village has a Polindes (Village Maternity Center). This Polindes is used once a month for the implementation of posyandu. The results of data measuring height according to age (TB/U) carried out by the Posyandu in Pematang Jering Village, out of a total of 105 children in Pematang Jering Village, found that 25 children had undernutrition problems that did not meet the ideal standards according to age. The methods used were Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Introduction of Alternative Innovations for Toddler MPASI, Education on Tilapia Floss Production, Formation of Cadres and Structures, Monitoring of Shredded Production, Monitoring and Evaluation of the pre-test and post-test results, namely 16.66% to 83, 33% of mothers of toddlers have an understanding regarding providing MP-ASI food and producing shredded Nilla fish properly and correctly.

National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) is one of the government institutions that formally has the right and obligation to manage zakat funds in order to create effectiveness in zakat fund management services and can also increase the benefits of zakat for humanity in order to improve economic prosperity. BAZNAS Kolaka Regency with the qardhul hasan financing program cannot be said to be successful because of the problem of many mustahik who are delinquent and do not return the qardhul hasan funds caused by the absence of collateral on qardhul hasan financing. This type of research is descriptive, that is, with this method it is hoped that it can identify why and how a phenomenon occurs. The results of this research show that economic empowerment of the people through productive zakat fund management has been realized quite well, and namely the ZMart program (Zakat Mart), the utilization of productive zakat funds can be said to be successful in increasing economic empowerment.

The performance of an intersection is the feasibility condition of the intersection facility which is influenced by road capacity, traffic behavior, and the speed of a vehicle. The intersection being analyzed is Jl. Poros Malino - Jl. Usman Salengke – Jl. K.H. Wahid Hasyim. The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of PTV Vissim and MKJI 1997 Software and to find out the results of alternative modeling in the performance analysis of the four signalized intersection Jl. Poros Malino - Jl. Usman Salengke – Jl. K.H. Wahid Hasyim. Based on the analysis and discussion it was concluded that the comparison of queue length using the vissim and MKJI software on the Jl. Usman Salengke Utara, namely 110 m and 112 m. It can be seen that the results of the analysis using the vissim software are closer to the conditions in the field, namely 92 m. Because vehicle behavior and the distance between vehicles can be adjusted in the vissim software, the analysis delay using vissim is superior because it can calculate each arm, while the MKJI calculation is only the average delay with service level F (very bad). And alternative simulation results with cycle time settings can be used as a solution to increase the performance of intersections where the level of service changes to E (bad) with a 13% decrease.

This study aims to analyze the role and function of the Pinrang District Prosecutor's Intelligence in disclosing criminal acts of corruption and identifying the obstacles faced in this process. The approach used is an empirical approach with data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Interviews were conducted with the Head of the Intelligence Section, members of the Intel Prosecutor, as well as practicing legal advocates who have in-depth knowledge and understanding regarding the disclosure of criminal acts of corruption and the legal processes that apply in Indonesia. The literature study was carried out by studying relevant laws and regulations as well as other scientific works that discuss the role of the District Attorney's intelligence in disclosing criminal acts of corruption. The research results show that the disclosure process begins with public reports or internal findings received and continues with data collection and exposure involving the Head of the District Attorney's Office, Head of the Intelligence Section, and Head of the Special Crimes Section to determine the feasibility of the investigation. Obstacles faced include limited budget, facilities, and external pressure from certain parties. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the budget and supporting facilities as well as protection for investigators so that the law enforcement process runs optimally. To increase the effectiveness of disclosing corruption cases, it is recommended that there be an additional budget, facilitation of a team of experts, better coordination between institutions, as well as increased transparency and education for the public. The prosecutor's office is also expected to increase the training and capacity of officers to overcome challenges in disclosing criminal acts of corruption in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
