Abstract

In the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) curriculum, the use of digital media in learning is necessary to adapt to technological developments and be able to create a mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning experience. However, KB Alfi Munir Jombang as an early childhood education institution is still dominated by conventional learning so it is not able to accommodate the characteristics of children as a digital native generation. This community service activity aims to improve the quality of learning through training and implementation of interactive visual learning media "Njombangan" based on Jombang local culture. The program is implemented through teacher training, mentoring media implementation for children through digital storytelling activities, coloring local cultural characters, and interactive digital games based on Jombang local culture. The evaluation of the activity utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an assistant for user behavior analysis. The results of the activity show an increase in teacher competence in creating simple digital learning media and a very high level of enthusiasm for learning in children. All students were able to complete the coloring activity well and achieved a 100% accuracy rate in the interactive game. The evaluation results showed a User Experience Questionnaire score of 90 (very good category), so the media is proven to be effective in supporting local cultural learning that is more interactive, fun, and adaptive to technological developments.

Abstract

Abstract

Adolescents are in a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, making them vulnerable to reproductive health problems such as early marriage, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and sexual abuse due to limited knowledge and social norms that restrict open discussion. This community service program aimed to improve adolescent girls' knowledge of reproductive health indicators—including understanding of reproductive organs, puberty, menstruation, early marriage risks, and STI prevention—in Bulukunyi Village, Polongbangkeng Selatan District, Takalar Regency. The activity was conducted on May 5–9, 2025, involving 20 adolescent girls as participants. Methods consisted of health education through lectures and question-and-answer sessions supported by leaflets, along with blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol screening for the broader community. Pre- and post-test assessments were used to evaluate knowledge improvement. Results showed a significant increase: before the intervention, only 25% of participants had adequate knowledge of reproductive health indicators, which increased to 78% after the mentoring program. The program received strong support from local government officials, community leaders, and health workers. These findings confirm that structured health education through community mentoring is effective in improving reproductive health literacy among adolescent girls in rural areas

Abstract

There is significant potential for the red brick industry in Kefamenanu City, given the local government's ongoing infrastructure development in the border region, which creates a strong demand for red bricks as a building material. Currently, red brick operations are conducted manually and using simple methods. Business operators lack a commercial mindset; production is driven by orders, which impacts labor costs and prevents production volumes from reaching their full potential. Consequently, the partners face challenges such as limited business management and financial literacy, as well as a lack of involvement from village officials in business development. The proposed solution involves providing guidance on business management and financial administration to ensure partners gain the knowledge and understanding needed to manage their operations effectively. The community service initiative also raises awareness among village officials about the importance of actively supporting MSME development in Oemenu Village to boost the local economy. As a result, partners are now able to engage in business planning, market their bricks, and maintain financial records that clearly separate household finances from business finances.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged training institutions to adopt information systems that improve the effectiveness of learning management and participant monitoring. IT Training Center is one of the institutions providing programming bootcamp programs to enhance community competencies in information technology. However, the training process still encountered several challenges, including fragmented participant data management across multiple platforms, difficulties in monitoring learning progress, and the absence of an integrated system for evaluating participant performance. Therefore, this community service program aimed to optimize the implementation of programming bootcamps through the implementation and mentoring of the IT-Bootcamp web-based application. The program employed a participatory approach involving the partner throughout the stages of problem identification, needs analysis, application development, system implementation, socialization, mentoring, evaluation, and reporting. The activities involved administrators, mentors, and bootcamp participants at IT Training Center. Program evaluation was conducted through functional testing, direct observation, and a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 20 respondents consisting of four administrators, four mentors, and twelve participants. The evaluation results indicated that all assessment indicators achieved the Very Good category, with average scores ranging from 4.38 to 4.92. Users perceived the application as easy to use, effective in supporting participant management, learning material organization, progress monitoring, and learning evaluation. Furthermore, participants reported that the application facilitated access to learning resources and improved the overall learning experience. These findings demonstrate that implementing the IT-Bootcamp application, accompanied by socialization and mentoring activities, successfully strengthened the partner's capacity to manage programming bootcamps more efficiently, systematically, and sustainably.

Abstract

One of the demands of education stakeholders in the current era is to produce quality graduates who are technologically savvy. Therefore, achieving quality graduates requires continuous improvement in the quality of learning in schools. One way to improve the quality of classroom learning is by improving teacher competency. There are many teacher competencies that need to be improved related to classroom learning, one of which is by creating learning using creative and innovative learning media. The ability of elementary school teachers in Kaliwungu District, Kendal Regency, especially in the Wolter Monginsidi Cluster, in using learning media requires teachers to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to create AI-based elementary school learning media. The results obtained from this community service activity were that 90% of participants were able to create AI-based learning media that can be used by students in their classes. Based on what happened during the workshop and the positive results, it can be concluded that similar activities can be repeated in other Clusters with a wider variety of AI-based learning media
