The increasing presence of microplastics in the waters has been known to have the potential to enter various types of marine biota including shellfish. the type of research conducted was descriptive observational research) The research location was the coastal area of North Galesong Beach, Takalar Regency. The results showed that the average abundance of microplastics in mussels in Galesong Waters was 4,258 items/individual. The average (mean) intake rate of respondents was 185.86 gr/day, the median value was 167 gr/day. The minimum intake rate was 115 gr/day and the maximum intake rate was 300 gr/day. The mean exposure frequency of respondents was 126 days, the median was 104 days. The minimum exposure frequency was 54 days and the maximum exposure frequency was 255 gr/day. the types of microplastics found were all in the form of lines, fragments with red, blue and black colors. The size found was between 0.505-10.488 mm. The most common type of microplastics found in both sediments and mussels is the fragment form, followed by lines with a variety of colors, namely red, blue and black, there are differences in microplastics abundance between the two types of mussels, but differences in abundance can be seen between research stations as mussel habitat.

Three-month injectable contraception is a type of hormonal contraception, which contains 150 mg Depo Medroxyrogesterone Acetate (DMPA) which is given every three months. Depo Medroxyrogesterone Acetate can reduce HDL cholesterol levels and can increase LDL levels. This study aims to determine cholesterol levels in three-month injection contraceptive users at the Kassi Kassi Community Health Center. The research design used was descriptive, in which respondents used injectable contraceptives for more than 1 year of use with a sample taken of 15 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the inclusion criteria of subjects willing to be used as research samples, using 3-month injectable contraceptives for more than 1 year, aged 25 – 35 years old and fast for 8 – 10 hours. The research was conducted at the Kassi Kassi Health Center and Megarezky Makassar clinic in November 2021. The research results were obtained from 15 respondents, there were 6 respondents (40%) with normal cholesterol levels, and there were 9 respondents (60%) with high cholesterol levels. The conclusion is that the majority of 3-month injection contraceptive users have high cholesterol levels.

Health information systems are a priority in supporting Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Yet 65% of WHO member states face challenges in health information system integration, causing losses of up to $300 billion per year. In Indonesia, 35% of BPJS claims are delayed due to incomplete documentation. This study aims to evaluate the Medical Record Management Information System (SIMRM) at West Bandung Private Hospital using the Health Metric Network (HMN) framework. The mix method design was used with a total sampling of 22 medical record staff. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results show that SIMRM is in the category of "there is but inadequate" with a percentage of 59%. The evaluation showed weaknesses in the completeness of documentation and the accuracy of the diagnostic code. So it can be concluded that even though SIMRM helps speed up the documentation process, improvements are still needed in system integration and staff training to increase the effectiveness of outpatient BPJS claims, so that it can improve the quality of health services.

Alcohol (ethanol) is a beverage that contains addictive substances which can lead to dependency and addiction. Alcohol consumption disrupts fat metabolism by increasing lipolysis in adipose tissue and causing the accumulation of ectopic fat in the liver that can result in fatty liver disease and an increase in triglyceride levels. Alcohol consumption is associated with an increase in uric acid levels because ethanol and purines in alcohol stimulate the production of uric acid in the blood. This study aims to determine the relationship between alcohol consumption and the levels of triglycerides and uric acid in alcohol consumers in Tirtorahayu Village, Kulon Progo Regency. The research design was experimental with a descriptive observational quantitative analytic approach. The sample consisted of 17 male participants aged 20–60 years. The statistical tests conducted were the Shapiro-Wilk test to assess the normality of the sample distribution and the Spearman’s rho correlation test to examine the relationship between alcohol consumption and the levels of triglycerides and uric acid. The results of the tests indicated that there was no significant relationship between the frequency of alcohol consumption and triglyceride levels (p=0.836, or p>0.05) and uric acid levels (p=0.889, or p>0.05). Additionally, no significant relationship was found between the duration of alcohol consumption and triglyceride levels (p=0.146, or p>0.05) and uric acid levels (p=0.374, or p>0.05). However, a significant relationship was found between the volume of alcohol consumption and both triglyceride levels (p=0.035, or p<0.05) and uric acid levels (p=0.038, or p<0.05). It can be concluded that there is no relationship between the frequency and duration of alcohol consumption and the levels of triglycerides and uric acid. However, there is a relationship between the volume of alcohol consumption and the levels of triglycerides and uric acid.

The methodology of this research is quantitative with a retrospective approach. The target population of this study is all pregnant women at Puskesmas Thalang Bakung, totaling 146 individuals. The sampling method used is total sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical testing using the chi-square test. The results of the research conducted showed that the analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test indicated that the factors related to anemia are age (p=0.015) and education level (p=0.001) with the prevalence of anemia at Puskesmas Talang Bakung. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between age and education level with the prevalence of anemia at Puskesmas Talang Bakung, and it is hoped that pregnant women should pay more attention to their health during pregnancy, especially the intake of iron nutrients from food and supplements.

The jam is a semi-solid food made from fruit or other processed product. The manufacturing process can add food additives (BTP), one of which is artificial sweeteners such as cyclamate. Cyclamate can be harmful to health if consumed in levels that exceed the maximum limit. The purpose of this research was to identificate and determine the cyclamate content of unbranded jam in the traditional market town of makassar. The type of research used is laboratory observation with simple random sampling technique. This research was conducted qualitatively (depositional method) and quantitatively (gravimetric method). Based on the results of the research from 7 (seven) samples of unmerck jam there were 2 (two) positive samples containing cyclamate with cyclamate levels obtained, namely the K sample 0f 42.273,78 mg/kg and sample T3 of 49, 822. 67 mg/kg. In this study it can be concluded that 2 (two) samples of unbranded jam contained cyclamate levels that exceed the maximum limit set by BPOM No. 4 of 2014, namely 1000 mg/kg and so it is not safe for consumption.

Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by hyperglycemia (increased blood sugar levels) that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. High blood glucose levels can cause an increase in glucose levels in the skin of diabetes mellitus patients, thereby facilitating the appearance of skin manifestations in the form of dermatitis, bacterial infections, fungal infections and others. The condition of epithelial and mucosal cells of diabetes mellitus sufferers has increased adhesion to several groups of fungi on epithelial cells, namely mold and yeast. This type of research is a literature study that summarizes as many as 10 journals that are relevant to these studies. From the literature study, it turned out that 225 samples were obtained with details of 65 samples (28.9%) tested positive for Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum and 160 samples (71.1%) tested negative. Based on the data from the literature study, it can be concluded that people with diabetes mellitus are at risk of being infected with the fungi that cause tinea pedis and tinea ungium, because the condition of the epithelial and mucosal cells has increased so that it makes it easier to develop fungal infections.
