Abstract

This study aims to determine whether customers who purchase quadrilateral hijab goods areloyal to the brand. The study's objective was to examine the impacts of brand awareness, brand trust, and brand image on customers' brand loyalty with quadrilateral hijab products. This study employs survey techniques and a quantitative methodology. The incidental sampling approach was utilized, and there were forty respondents. utilizing several linear regression analysis methods and the data processing software SPSS version 23. The results of the study demonstrate that brand knowledge factors also have a detrimental impact on brand trust and image variables. Future quadrilateral hijab products are anticipated to be able to give brand awareness, brand image, and brand trust greater consideration in order to foster brand loyalty

Abstract

This study generally aims to determine the effect of service quality, satisfaction and value of savings and loan customers on customer loyalty at the Village Unit Cooperative "TANI JAYA" Puncu sub-district. The research approach used is quantitative. The population of this study is a portion of savings and loan customers who are active as cooperative customers as many as 40 people. The sample of this study has a population of less than 100 people, so the total sample is taken as a whole. Data collection used a questionnaire which was analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study the researchers revealed that service quality, satisfaction and customer value partially were only satisfaction variables which did not have a significant effect, but simultaneously all variables had a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This assessment aims to determine the variables between work professionalism and commitment to employee performance at the Haj Ya'qub Lirboyo Islamic boarding school, Kediri. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data distributed directly to the respondents. The sample in this study was the Board of Directors of the Hajj Ya'qub Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri, consisting of 50 people. By using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, by using the t test and F test, with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study partially state that work professionalism with a sig value of 0.000 has an effect on employee performance and commitment with sig 0.086 has a negative effect on employee performance. Simultaneously work professionalism and commitment affect employee performance with a sig value of 0.000

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet which is currently increasingly advance and better, makes digital marketing even faster and better.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of online customer reviews, online customers rating and cash on delivery on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop application.This type of research is quantitative using non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling.The results of the analysis in this study indicate that Online Customer Review partially has no effect on purchasing decisions, partially Online Customer Rating has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Cash On Delivery partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating and Cash On Delivery has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Return On Assets dan Kebijakan Hutang (DAR) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan beberapa kriteria, diantaranya adalah : 1. Perusahaan consumer goods terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian 2014-2017 (2) Membagi dividen selama 4 tahun berturutturut selama periode penelitian (3) Mendapatkan laba positif dari tahun 2014-2017 (4) Laporan keuangannya lengkap untuk perhitungan Ukuran Perusahaan, Return On Assets dan Kebijakan Hutang (DAR) selama periode penelitian. Berdasarkan kriteria diatas, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 9 perusahaan dari 39 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji F dan uji t. Uji F digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan, sedangkan uji t digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%

Abstract

Students need internship activities and work motivation to mentally prepare themselves to enter the real world of work. Students who have the ability and work readiness will create a professional workforce. The purpose of this research is to find out (1) To analyze the effect of internship activities on student’s readiness to enter the world of work (2) To analyze the effect of work motivation on student’s readiness to enter the world of work (3) To analyze the effect of internship activities and work motivation on student’s work readiness. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used in this research was students of the Accounting and Management Study Program who were or had carried out internships totaling 32 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) The results showed that internship had a partially significant effect on the work readiness of students at the Nusa Megarkencana College of Economics, Yogyakarta, with a significance value of 0.001 < alpha 0.05. (2) The results of the study show that work motivation has a partially significant effect on the work readiness of students at the Nusa Megarkencana College of Economics, Yogyakarta, with a significance value of 0.034 < alpha 0.05. (3) . The results showed that internship activities and work motivation had a significant simultaneous effect on the work readiness of students at the Nusa Megarkencana College of Economics, Yogyakarta, with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) examine the effect of career development on turnover intention; and (2) examine the effect of compensation on turnover intention. The population in this study were 123 employees of PT. Telkom Access Yogyakarta. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research results found that career development had an influence on turnover intention and compensation had no influence on turnover intention.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of trust on repurchase intention of Citra hand body lotion and the influence of dependence on repurchase intention of Citra hand body lotion. Primarily, this is a quantitative research design. To determine whether or not there is an influence of trust and dependence, research data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The result is that trust and dependence influence Citra hand body lotion repurchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. These results contribute to the novelty that several consumers of Citra hand body lotion actually have a sense of trust and dependence on this skin care product.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of 1) job satisfaction on employee performance, 2) work productivity on employee performance, and 3) work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The sample for this research was all 38 employees of YANTEK PT PLN Blora. Data processing uses IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability test results, classical assumption test results, and hypothesis testing results. The research results show that partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work productivity has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, satisfaction, productivity and motivation of monkeys have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Selection and Competence on Employee Productivity at CV. Champion Lest Workshop in Ambarawa city. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population used in this study are all employees who work at CV. Lest Champion Workshop in Ambarawa city in 2023. The sample used in this research was Saturated Sampling which is included in Non Probability Sampling, which means that all members of the population were sampled, namely 103 employees. Analysis of research data using SPSS For Windows software version 24. The results of this research show that there is a Selection (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (Y), partially the t count is 2.091 and the significance value is 0.039 with an increase in Selection which can influence the Employee Work Productivity variable by 21.8%. Competence (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) partially t count 5.287 and a significance value of 0.000 with an increase in Competence can affect the Employee Productivity variable by 42.3%. The test results for the Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.519 or 51.9%, indicating that the Employee Productivity variable is influenced by the Selection and Competence variables while the remaining 0.481 or 48.1% is influenced by other variables which is not in this study.
