Abstract

One of the basic needs of human being is having a house to live in. However, we quite often find obstacles in buying a house, one of which is availability of sufficient cash at the time we need. Therefore, this paper tries to share the knowledge about ownership schemes of having house(es) and how to make a plan or a financial design in order to own a house as soon as possible . Eventually, a house or a home in various physical shapes can be owned not only in physical appearence but also through its usufruct without having its physicality. Detailed planning needs to be estimated at early stage in order to fullfil the need of living in a home. While at the same time, we need to maintain our qana'ah lifestyle.

Abstract

Over-the-counter and restricted over-the-counter medications are commonly used by students because they are easily accessible and can be purchased when feeling unwell. The aim of this study is to understand the purchasing behaviour of over-the-counter and restricted over-the-counter medicines labelled as halal among students in the Jabodetabek region. In particular, this study examines the influence of the theory of planned behaviour (TPB), which includes behavioural control, subjective norms and attitudes, on the purchasing behaviour of halal labelled medicines. The research results show that behavioural control and subjective norms significantly influence the purchasing behaviour of halal medicines among students in the Jabodetabek region. However, contrary to initial expectations, no significant influence of the attitudinal variable was found on halal medicine purchasing behaviour among students in the Jabodetabek region.

Abstract

Fatwas authority on sharia economy in Indonesia is under the National Sharia Council of Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). The existence of DSN-MUI outside the central bank structure makes the fatwa authority independent, more credible and nationally recognized in issuing decisions and fatwas related to sharia issues faced by banks and other Islamic financial institutions. In some sharia banks there are different practices. Especially for the management of pilgrimage involving many sectors in it how compliance with the fatwa which has been determined by the National Sharia Council. Though banks are basically not only as a place to seek profit or invest for this world alone but as a way to get closer to Allah SWT.This research will examine the application of Fatwa DSN-MUI No.29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 about Hajj Credit Financing by Islamic Finance Institutions at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor. Research use qualitative approach method with type of qualitative empirical research. The results from this study are administration service of pilgrimage and hajj credit financing on cost of hajj travel in BPRS Amanah Ummah for both features and product details based on sharia is permitted in accordance with the Fatwa DSN-MUI. 29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 about Hajj credit financing in Islamic financial institution. PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah is expected to seek a better system, modern and practical in packing this product. Thus, it can attract prospective customers or prospective pilgrims.

Abstract

The role of zakat in economic development in Indonesia is increasingly being felt. In addition to the distribution allocation through the appropriate zakat program, it is also necessary to pay attention to the contribution of the zakat revenue. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Large and Medium Industrial Production Index (IPBS) as a real sector variable while the Return on Assets (ROA) of the Islamic banking industry as the monetary sector and inflation to the receipt of Zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) in the National Zakat Agency ( BAZNAS). The analysis technique used is the Vector Auto-Regressive (VAR) / Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The type of data used is secondary data using monthly data for the period 2011 to 2019. The results of the study show that the real sector has a causal relationship with the ZIS fund collection. Inflation and ZIS revenues have a one-way relationship. Real sector variable shocks responded positively and were very dominant by ZIS revenues compared to the ROA of Islamic banking as well as inflation. The real sector variable is also predicted to contribute the most in raising ZIS funds in the future.

Abstract

Funding is a business activity of the bank to find the funds to the depositors that will be distributed to creditors in order to function as an intermediary between the depositors with the creditors.This research is a quantitative or field research through data, namely theory or paradigm that is used to guide researchers in finding the problem in research, find a hypothesis, finding concepts, determine metedologi and specify data analysis tools. The results of the research, it is known that the effect of funding on customer satisfaction is no effect because there is no strong relationship or correlation in this study, with the amount of numbers 0,027, or 0.0729 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the concept of halal tourism development in Indonesia in the new normal era. The research uses a qualitative type with empirical and exploitation, while the data sources come from related parties such as the head of the Bima Regency office, tourism actors and other parties. The secondary data comes from books, journals, websites related to halal tourism. The techniques used in the SWOT analysis. The results show that the tourism potential towards Sharia has a great opportunity.The implementation of sharia tourism potential will run productively if there is synergy between stockholders, the tourism office and the community around the tourism locationthe concept of collaboration of various elements is indispensable in supporting the development of halal tourism.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the implementation of zakah has been regulated in Law Number 23/2011 concerning Management of Zakah. In the Act, the types of property that must be mentioned as the obligation as zakah, one of which is zakah of revenue and services. This type of property run by modern and contemporer workers is now called as zakah of profession. Determination of the zakah of profession is a step forward from the ijtihad of contemporary scholars and ulama who adjust to current situation. This paper aims to determine the perception of government officers (PNS) of Bogor City to the zakah of profession. Abstract

This study produced a zakat tariff formula; i.e. the annual Hijri zakat rate (2.5%) divided by the number of days in 1 Hijri year; the result of division multiplied by the number of days in 1 year AD; i.e. 2.5% : (JHTH) x (JHTM).  The calculation result is 2.5%: 354 x 365 = 2.577%. Namely 2.5% zakat rate for hijri year, and 2.577% zakat rate for AD year (as compensation for the difference of 11 in 1 year). The formula for calculating zakat trading assets with hawl hijri year is: (BD) + (U) + (PMD) – (UJT) x 2.5%; i.e. unsold merchandise (BD symbol) plus unspent money (U symbol) plus receivables that may be paid (PMD symbol) minus the debt due (symbol UJT) multiplied by the zakat rate of the hiriah year (2.5%); and the formula for calculating zakat trading assets with hawl AD is: (BD) + (U) + (PMD) – (UJT) x 2.5%. The two formulas for calculating zakat are basically the same, the only difference is the rate of the hiriah year (2.5%) and the rate of the common year (2.577%).

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR), also known as Corporatel responsibility, corporate citizenship, responsible business, sustainable responsible business (SRB), or corporate social performance, is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. Essentially, CSR is the deliberate inclusion of public interest into corporate decision-making, and the honoring of a triple bottom line: People, Planet, Profit. So the core of CSR is how form a company that has a sense of responsibility towards the welfare of society (people) and the preservation of the environment (planet) around them to keep not forget to takea profit (profit) long-term will be obtained. However, it essentially is titled to aid to an organization’s mission as well as a guide to what the company stands for and willuphold to its stakeholders. The business world act to encourage a healthy economic growth taking into account environmental factors. Now the business world is no longer only concerned with the company’s financial records only (single bottom line), but already includes the financial aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects of the so-called triple bottom line. This is the key concept of sustainable development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai analisis strategi pemasaran syariah untuk peningkatan pangsa pasar produk jelly motif pada UD. Sumber Abadi Kecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo serta dampaknya bagi peningkatan pangsa pasar UD. Sumber Abadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan informan adalah purposive samping. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis strategi pemasaran syariah untuk peningkatan pangsa pasar produk jelly motif pada UD. Sumber Abadi sudah dilakukan secara syariah meskipun belum sepenuhnya. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan UD. Sumber Abadi menggunakan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yang terdiri dari strategi produk, strategi tempat, strategi promosi dan strategi harga. Dengan penggunaan strategi bauran pemasaran tersebut dapat memberi dampak terhadap peningkatan pangsa pasar, indikator yang paling berpengaruh dalam peningkatan pangsa pasar adalah segmentasi pasar, target pasar dan posisi pasar.
