Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how big the influence of Brand Image Detergent Rinso of purchase decision on students of STEI Tazkia, Pakuan University and Djuanda University in Bogor. The method used in this study is multiple regression methods to see the influence of the Brand Image of Detergent Rinso purchase decisions and use the correlation coefficient to see how much the influence brand image of Detergent Rinso purchase decision on students of STEI Tazkia, Pakuan University and Djuanda in Bogor. Based on the analysis, known that the influence of the Brand Image of Detergent Rinso purchase decisions classified as strong enough seen from the values of r = 0,642. In addition, based on the calculated correlation coefficient demonstrate the value of rsquare = 0,412, shows that for 41,2% purchasing of Detergent Rinso are influenced by a Brand Image while the remaining 58,8% influenced by other factors is not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to axamine the effect of Non Perfoming Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on profitability (ROA) islamic commercial bank in Indonesia. The sample in this study was 4 banks including the foreign Islamic banks in Indonesia. Teh analysis tehcnique used in this study is the multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the NPF and FDR simultaneous influance on ROA. Parsian NPF has a significant negative effect on ROA and FDR has no effect on the ROA.

Abstract

 The enthusiasm of the Indonesian people towards Islamic digital banks is very high Therefore, it is important to know how to regulate and protect sharia digital bank customers in Indonesia. This research is a type of library research with qualitative methods to examine all data related to digital bank regulations in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the regulation of Islamic digital banks in Indonesia is regulated in POJK No. 12 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Digital Banking Services and in POJK No. 12 of 2021 concerning Commercial Banks, specifically in Chapter IV in articles 23-31. Regarding customer protection, it refers to POJK No. 1 of 2013 concerning Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector, POJK No. 12 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Digital Banking Services by Commercial Banks to be precise in Chapter V on Customer Protection, and OJK Circular Letter No. 17 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Consumer Complaint Services in the Financial Services Sector.

Abstract

Unlike previous banking system, today there are several Islamic Banks are operating by offering various kinds of Islamic products in the world. Some countries introduced Islamic Banking system earlier than others but the products and the services which are offered by Islamic Banks are slightly different from one country to another. Islamic banks have been operating in Bangladesh from last three decades together with the conventional banks. This research aimed to examine the relationship between Islamic banking developments to the country’s growth from evidence of Bangladesh. By looking at the relationship tried to examine the nature of the relationship long run effects on economy. The research questions were “does Islamic banks in Bangladesh contribute in country's economic growth by increasing performance? And what kind of relationship exists between Islamic banks development and Bangladesh's economic growth?”. Quarterly data were used from the period of Q1:2004 to Q2:2011.Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) bound testing technique for cointegration was applied to estimate the long run relationship. A long run relationship was found between Islamic financing and economic growth which shows demand following relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Islamic Securities Crowdfunding (I-SCF) at PT Shafiq Digital Indonesia (SHAFIQ) with Maqashid Syariah approach. Methodology This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method to examine the application of maqosid sharia principles at PT Shafiq Digital Indonesia. This research utilizes literature study with Maqashid Syariah perspective as the main reference. The results showed that PT Shafiq Digital Indonesia has applied maqosid sharia principles in the development of I-SCF fintech. It can be seen from the various contracts contained in PT Shafiq Digital Indonesia's transactions. The limitations of this research are limited to the I-SCF of PT Shafiq Digital Indonesia. So that further research can conduct further research on I-SCF in other companies and even countries for comparison purposes. This research also only analyzes several contracts in PT. Shafiq Digital Indonesia transactions so that future research can use other contracts in accordance with the development of the SHAFIQ platform. This research is important so that Muslims can keep up with the flow of technological developments and fintech financial institutions in accordance with the maqashid sharia corridor. Maqashid sharia study on I-SCF shows that practically I-SCF is a financial instrument that can encourage economic growth and community welfare.

Abstract

Islamic economics has been growing immensely for almost four decades since the First International Conference on Islamic Economics held in Makkah in February 1976. Many improvements on developing Islamic economics as an independent discipline have been done by many scholars. For instance, there are scholars that attempt to develop Islamic economics from the point of view of fiqh (jurisprudence) and some try to cultivate it from the economic approach. The latter’s effort is to critically integrate between Islamic heritage and modern economics in order to establish such discipline. This actually is the part of the realization of Islamization of Knowledge (IOK) agendas as proposed by Al-Attas and Al-Faruqi.  One of the major challenges faced by Islamic economics theory is to build microeconomic concept rather than its macroeconomic counterpart. Correspondingly, it is commonly known that one of the most important microeconomic concepts includes the actions done by producers in order to execute production in the economy. This paper, hence, aims to present the production theory from the Islamic economics perspective. It provides economic thought from several contemporary Islamic economists including Muhammad Abdul Mannan, Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi, and many more.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengentasan kemiskinan di Kota Palembang, Data yang digunakan adalah data runutan waktu pada tahun 2018-2019. Kemiskinan adalah keadaan dimana terjadi ketidakmampuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti makanan, pakaian, tempat berlindung, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Sumber data sekunder berasal dari beberapa instansi yang berwenang dan berkaitan dengan program pengentasan kemiskinan seperti Dinas Sosial, Badan Pusat Statistik dan sumber-sumber data sekunder lainnya yang berkaitan. Sedangkan data primer langsung melalui wawancara secara mendalam (depth interview), serta stakeholder di wilayah penelitian yang telah ditetapkan. Perubahan struktur sebagai langkah operasional dan manusia sebagai sasaran, maka strategi penanggulangan kemiskinan yang palingtepat adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pengentasan kemiskinan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat ini berfokus pada dua lingkup utama, yaitu: ruang lingkup wilayah dan ruang lingkup materi. Ruang lingkup wilayah adalah pemerintah Kota Palembang dan instansi pendukung lainnya di lingkungan pemerintah yang berkaitan dengan kajian ini, serta wilayah lain yang meliputi berbagai daerah yang menjadi kantong kemiskinan di berbagai daerah di Kota Palembang. Ruang lingkup materi, meliputi kajian empirik berupa analisis ekonomi makro dan analisis pengentasan kemiskinan, serta kajian teori tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of KUR at Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Unit Warung Jambu Bogor and Bank Syariah Mandiri in Cabang Bogor, then to analyze the differences of effectiveness of KUR in both banks. Data analysis was done in 2 ways, by descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis measured by Likert Scale. While statistical analysis measured by corelation analysis (coefficient of pearson correlation) and multiple linear regression. The study results show that KUR in BRI is more effective than KUR in BSM.

Abstract

Every Moslem is obliged to be responsible and accountable in every deed done, including the decisions regarding financial matters. As the consequence, every Moslem is required to have ample relevant knowledge in financial issues, or known as financial literacy. This paper attempts to form the best way to allocate financial resources in accordance with sharia. The form is hoped to be the guidance for the decision makers to take every action in financial matters. The form comprises CDIC which are charity, debt, investment, and consumption respectively. These priority components are believed to improve the welfare in society as well as the tool of poverty alleviation.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a deeper and more detailed understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the halal industry in the global market. The study employs qualitative analysis of secondary data, specifically metadata from 79 publications obtained from the Dimensions.AI database. The data is then processed using Nvivo 12 Plus software, which facilitates a more systematic and structured data analysis. The findings of the research indicate that there are significant opportunities for the development of the halal industry, which continues to grow in the global market, particularly in the food and tourism sectors. However, there are several challenges in the development of the halal industry, including the lack of globally agreed-upon halal certification, supply chain issues, low awareness and understanding of halal products among the general public, and a shortage of halal product manufacturers. To address these challenges and strengthen the position of the halal industry in the global market, efforts to improve marketing strategies, foster innovation, and enhance understanding of halal products are necessary. Consequently, the results of this research have the potential to influence the global market by contributing to the future development of the halal industry.
