Abstract

This study aims to know and explain about the concept of Zakat on Profession based on theory of Prof. DR. K.H. Didin Hafidhuddin, M. Sc to the wider community for reviewing the issues of zakat on professions that have not been discussed in depth and thoroughly. There is still a difference opinion among Ulama about zakat profession. This study aims: 1) Explain the concept of professional zakat according to Prof. DR. K.H. Didin Hafidhuddin, M. Sc.  2) Describing Istinbath or taking a professional profession zakat in the view of Prof. DR. K.H. Didin Hafidhuddin, M. Sc. This study was conducted from December 2017 to April 2018. This study used primary and secondary sources. Primary data is primary data is through direct interview with resource person of Prof. DR. K.H. Didin Hafidhuddin, M. Sc. and data which is his work that has been written and researched, especially related to zakat profession, while the secondary source is through books, research results in the form of reports, articles, magazines, journals published by institutions etc. The secondary data sources in this study include writing materials related to professional zakat issues. Didin Hafidhuddin is an ulama ', intellectuals, and experts in the field of zakat, he argues that zakat profession is zakat taken from the results of any expertise and any work that is lawful, whether done alone or related to other parties, such as employees, who have attained nishab, shall be obliged to paid zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the product marketing strategy pawning gold PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah and to investigate the implications of gold pawning product marketing strategies in increasing the number of customers and customer satisfaction.  This research includes analysis of field research by analyzing the product marketing strategy pawning gold at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah with reference to Islamic legal basis in accordance with the Qur'an and Assunah. The subjects were clients and officers pledge a gold PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively.  The results showed that PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah has been practicing Islamic principles and elements that are important in marketing activities. The success of the product marketing strategy pawn gold PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah looks at the increase that occurred in the 2010-2011 period increased by 13% of customers pawning gold.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the fundraising management of money waqf in Indonesian waqf savings from a sharia perspective. This research uses a type of qualitative research with field studies on Indonesian Wakaf Savings Dompet Dhuafa Republika in Ciputat Indah Permai with an approach descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. As for data analysis using data reduction, Arranging categories and Synthesizing in inductive analysis. The research results show that professionalism, transparency and accountability in the management of TWI cash waqf are by sharia in the formation of nazir institutions, waqf asset management activities, investment in banking, portfolio and investment in the real sector as well as an annual report. So steps are needed to maintain Nazir's level of professionalism, it is time for Nazir to make an annual report every year and it is known to the public that TWI should collaborate with other foundations to collect, maximize and distribute waqf benefits.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth declined in the period 2004-2006. This is caused by too much focus on strengthening the monetary policy, otherwise the real sector less attention. As of May 2006, the bank funds are not channeled into the real sector reached Rp 393 trillion, which is then reinvested in the financial sector. The contradiction of real-monetary sector was due to the high interest rate policy of Bank Indonesia. On the one hand, this policy can reduce inflation, but on the other hand will result in the real sector become slow. This condition requires immediate implementation of an integral and gradual system of Islamic banks as a solution to solving the problem. This paper aims to describe how Islamic banks, through the scheme musyarakah and mudharabah, can improve the real sector growth in the context of overcoming the economic problems of Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelituan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan bagi hasil terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada tabungan marhamah PT Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Karya. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah minat menabung nasabah pada tabungan marhamah sedangkan variabel independen terdiri dari kualitas pelayanan dan bagi hasil. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 87 nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer kemudian hasil datanya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan melakukan uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), dan uji koefisien determinasi, dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5 persen (α=0,05) yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan bagi hasil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada tabungan marhamah yang dilihat melalui uji statistik F dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002. Hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,012 dan bagi hasil memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,058.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product, promotion, and Islamic business ethics on purchasing decisions in new entrants' Muslim fashion businesses with intention-to-buy as an intervening variable. The indicators used are prices regarding prices, purchasing power, competitiveness, and price comparisons. Data processing is carried out through a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires with the following techniques simple random sampling with a sample of 90 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS application. Based on research results, it was found that price, product, promotion, and Islamic business ethics significant positive effects on purchasing decisions and intention to buy. As for the price and Islamic business ethics, significant positive effects on purchasing decisions by mediating buying intention, products, and promotions have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions and cannot be mediated intention to buy. New entrants Muslim fashion businesses must make improvements from each of the determinants of the purchase decision to increase the existence to be more popular.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was an effect of marketing strategies savings products iB Hasanah with wadiah contract to the level of growth in the number of customers in BNI Syariah Cabang Bogor. Based on a marketing strategy, that has been done BNI Syariah Branch Bogor is recruiting marketing (freelance), a strategy to open stores (opentable), cooperation strategy (joint to school and campus), sponsorship strategy, payroll system strategy. Proved that with this strategy of BNI Syariah Cabang Bogor is able to realize what the expectations of the management i.e. to improve trust and interest of people of the public to the products offered. In this study also found, there is a very strong influence/high between marketing strategy savings products ib hasanah with wadiah agreement on the level of growth in the number of customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and collaborative scheme between BSI and IMIs in utilizing ICSR zakat more productively. The research method used is qualitative research with a grounded approach which begins with analyzing empirical data and literature leading to the conceptual-theoretical level. The author conducted content analysis on secondary data in the form of BSI 2021 journals and sustainability reports. The results of the research show that there is potential for collaboration between BSI and IMIs in terms of utilizing zakat to improve the living standards of the poor and encourage micro-enterprises through the qadhrul hasan financing scheme where the beneficiary will only be charged return on initial capital then profits can be given to the manager. This collaboration will not only provide social benefits to both parties but will also increase the commercial function where people will feel the direct impact of the benefits of Islamic financing so that they can be more educated and will ultimately increase Islamic financial inclusion in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper attempts to analyze collateral function in mudharabah financing. Basically collateral serves is the security for the instruments of financial institutions, as well as the practice of mudharabah financing. And in any investment is always risky, both small and big risk. To minimize risks, the Islamic banks apply in any financial assurance functions, as well as the mudharabah financing. Based on the analysis of the function of financing collateral, if collateral is sold, the selling price should be higher than the loan amount, the reason is always the guarantee liquidity value.  Function guarantees required in the financing agreement, carried out using the analysis of bank financing to obtain reasonable assurance that the financing provided by the customer will be refunded. Aspects guarantee is intended to determine liability in the form of customers' intention to pay. Analysis of security is also intended to know the eligibility guarantee of the legal aspects and the material associated with the financing provided to the prospective customer financing. The most important role is to guarantee the handling of non-performing financing, by way of executing the guarantee. That guarantees a right of ownership or moved by selling insurance, to pay off the arrears that have not been completed, and in order for financing customers always have a sense of responsibility for the funds that have been borrowed, due to the condition that the funds are not wholly-owned bank disbursed funds but third party may at any time withdraw such funds. The application functions as an instrument intended collateral securing repayment of financing sources is when the customer has no ability to pay installments intentions, and if the customer breaks the promise with indications of fraud or intentional element. But such execution of guarantees should be in the way of agreement between customer and the bank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of economic empowerment program of islamic boarding school or pesantren through the procurement of the Laundry business unit of Pesantren Darussalam in Rajapolah Tasikmalaya by measuring community welfare after participating in the the Pesantren economic empowerment program. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using the CIBEST Model which measures the level of material and spiritual welfare of the community. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a sample size of 39 people who had participated in the DN Laundry business unit program. The results showed that the economic empowerment of Pesantren Darussalam Rajapolah Tasikmalaya through the DN Laundry business unit program can increase community income and spirituality. This shows that the DN Laundry business unit program is the right empowerment program to have a positive impact on improving community welfare.
