Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector on increasing a country's exports. MSMEs have a significant role in the economy, especially in the context of globalization and international trade. This research method involves analysis of macro and micro economic data, including trade statistics and information related to MSMEs. The research results show that the MSME sector has a significant contribution to increasing exports, both through increasing the number of export units and product diversification. These findings provide important insights for policy makers, business people and researchers in understanding the strategic role of MSMEs in driving a country's export growth.

Abstract

Recovery of the economic sector is a top priority in facing global economic challenges that continue to grow. This research aims to analyze strategic plans and innovations that can be implemented to accelerate the economic sector recovery process. The analysis results show that integration of information technology, sustainable infrastructure development, and increasing human resource capacity are key elements in the economic recovery plan. Risk-based strategies and adaptation to rapid technological developments were also found to play an important role in ensuring the sustainability of economic recovery.

Abstract

Rapid and sustainable economic recovery is a crucial challenge amidst global dynamics and continuing uncertainty. This research explores innovative strategies and action programs that can be implemented to accelerate economic recovery. This research methodology involves an in-depth analysis of various economic models that have proven successful in similar situations. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an in-depth understanding of innovative strategies that can accelerate economic recovery, from fiscal incentives to developing an innovation ecosystem. The proposed action program will include macroeconomic policies, investment in research and development, and empowerment of key sectors in the economy.

Abstract

Abstract

Preparing macroeconomic texts requires comprehensive support to produce quality work. This study aims to identify and analyze various forms of support needed in the process of preparing macroeconomic texts. A deep understanding of macroeconomic concepts is an important basis. Support in the form of training and access to the latest literature is needed to increase the author's understanding of current macroeconomic issues. Mastery of technology and statistical software is crucial in analyzing economic data. Abstract

Indonesia is currently in a demographic bonus until 2035. Where the productive age shows that the number of young people in the age range of 15-29 in 2022 reaches 24.3 percent and this is the basic capital in development. There are several countries that have successfully managed the demographic bonus and become developed countries such as Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore. Based on modernization theory that economic development will affect the value system of society that leads to gender equality. The Demographic Bonus is a golden opportunity for a nation if utilized properly. But the question is whether Indonesia is ready to seize the opportunity. The purpose of this paper is how to reveal facts, phenomena, variables. The research method uses a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative analysis method based on literature review. The results of the study are that there are several reasons that encourage someone to migrate with economic, family, education and work motives. Currently, Indonesia faces challenges in human development. The arrival of young migrants will lead to population growth and human resource development. The decision to migrate between men and women has different driving and pulling factors, women's participation to migrate where women's labor force participation is only 53.41 percent compared to men's 83.87 percent.

Abstract

Gender is a cultural interpretation and receives a lot of attention in society. One of the problems that occurs in the community in Lattekko Village, Bone Regency, this research is to determine community perceptions and forms of equality within the family by studying family systems theory through developing scales or indicators that reflect aspects of gender equality. Quantitative approach to data collection. The research results show that the level of public knowledge regarding gender equality is still very low. Of the total 40 respondents, only 9 (22.5%) respondents knew gender, while 31 (77.5%) respondents did not know. However, the level of gender equality between men and women does not result in differences in treatment, work, time, public participation in society and household duties. The level of knowledge of respondents regarding gender equality in Lattekko Village, Awangpone District, Bone Regency, is still very low.

Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about significant changes in various industries, including public relations (PR) practices in companies. This research aims to explore the implementation of AI in corporate PR activities in Indonesia. Using a case study approach with in-depth interviews with PR practitioners from three major companies, this research reveals how AI is being used to optimise PR functions. The findings show that AI is primarily used to accelerate media and sentiment analysis, facilitate social media content management, and enhance personalisation and automation in marketing communications. However, there are still limitations to the implementation of AI due to resource constraints and regulatory factors. This research contributes to a better understanding of AI adoption in corporate PR practices in Indonesia and its future development potential. By examining real-world cases, it provides valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges associated with using AI for strategic communication efforts in an emerging market context.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the proficiency level of English language skills among first-year students in the Early Childhood Education department at Universitas Negeri Medan. The skills assessed in this study include grammar, reading comprehension, writing proficiency, listening comprehension, and oral communication. This study employed a quantitative research methodology, focusing on first-year students who are enrolled in English language courses. Throughout the research process, the researchers refrained from administering any interventions to the samples. The acquired data from the samples undergoes analysis using descriptive statistics. The analysis indicates that 70% of the students demonstrated proficiency at the A2 level, which corresponds to basic English usage according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). This level corresponds to the English language proficiency of elementary kids. Based on this study, it is necessary to enhance the English language curriculum utilized in the Department of Early Childhood Education to align with the students' English language competence level.

Abstract

Bullying has serious and long-term effects on adolescents. Victims of bullying have a higher risk of experiencing physical and psychosomatic problems such as headaches, stomachaches, and sleep problems. They are also at higher risk of internalizing problems such as anxiety and depression in young adulthood and middle adulthood. Bullying can also have a negative impact on both the victim and the bully. It can lead to physical injury, social and emotional distress, self-harm, and even death. Teens who bully others have a higher risk of drug abuse, academic problems, and experiencing violence in adolescence and adulthood. The issue of bullying becomes a big problem if it is not addressed. It is important to prevent bullying and provide support to those who are victims. The object of this research material is a case of bullying according to the hadith themes. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the thematic method. The results of this study show that the themes of hadith can be formulated in the theoretical framework of the phenomenon of bullying in adolescents. The discussion of this study explains that bullying is not relevant to the teachings of Islam
