Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation and obstacles in granting remission to prisoners in Class II A Kupang Correctional Institution. This research is empirical juridical research, which is a type of sociological legal research that examines the applicable legal provisions and has occurred in community life with the type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and documentation, and secondary data that provides information and is complementary to the primary. The data is analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. The research was conducted at Class II A Kupang Correctional Institution. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the granting of remission at the Class II A Kupang Correctional Institution is that Remission is a reduction in the period of serving a sentence given to prisoners and children in conflict with the law (children) who meet the requirements in the legislation. The obstacles faced by Kupang Class II A Correctional Institution in the implementation of remission are administrative factors, institutional factors, facilities and infrastructure factors.

Abstract

Lack of supervision carried out by the Padang Panjang City SME Cooperative Trade Service has resulted in several distribution problems such as the scarcity of 3 kg LPG gas, the selling price of 3 kg LPG gas exceeding the HET and the existence of bases that sell 3 kg LPG gas outside the Padang City area. Long. This research aims to find out what causes the scarcity of 3 kg LPG gas in Padang Panjang City, to analyze how supervision has been carried out by the SME Cooperative Trade Service and what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of supervision using the supervision theory according to Maskan This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods used, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the supervision of the distribution of 3 kg LPG gas carried out by the SME Cooperative Trade Service has not been carried out well and the factors causing the scarcity of 3 kg LPG gas in Padang Panjang City are the lack of 3 kg LPG gas quota, and the presence of unscrupulous bases who sell the gas out. Padang Panjang City area. The main inhibiting factor in this supervision is the lack of human resources in the Padang Panjang City SME Cooperative Service.

Abstract

Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 4 of 2000 is a crucial guideline in Islamic banking practices in Indonesia, regulating the fundamental principles and operations of Islamic financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the fatwa within the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia, focusing on the challenges encountered and potential solutions. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach with document analysis and interviews with Islamic banking practitioners. Findings reveal that while the fatwa provides clear guidelines, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as differing interpretations of Sharia principles and limited human resources. Proposed solutions include enhanced training for Islamic banking staff and the development of more effective supervision systems to ensure compliance with Sharia principles.

Abstract

Employee performance is a benchmark for an organization or company in assessing the success of an organization. The Secretariat of the Pan Faction of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia is the main activity of the agency to evaluate the performance of employees and the board. There are problems in this study, namely errors in work, the amount of work that is overloaded because it is not supported by unbalanced human resources, then the problem of missed communication. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how employees perform at the Secretariat of the Pan Faction of the House of Representatives. This study uses the theory of T.R. Mitchell (1978) in Sedarmayanti (2001) the indicators used in this study are service quality, communication, speed, ability, initiative. This research method uses qualitative descriptive techniques with data collection from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study show that the principle of service quality in employee performance pays attention to the servants provided in doing work. In the principle of communication, employees can easily carry out good communication so as to make it easy to be able to understand the goals and words given by employees, but there are still shortcomings in communication, namely missed communication. In principle, speed in doing work as a whole is good enough, where the work is carried out on a schedule that has been set in the planning. In principle, the ability of employees is able to use computer facilities well, but sometimes they are still not careful in their work, causing errors such as data input. Initiative in doing their respective jobs is quite good where employees do not procrastinate work, and help other teams in completing work.

Abstract

Transactions are legal acts using computers, computer networks, and/or other electronic media. One of the online shopping trends in Indonesia now is shopping using a live broadcast system via the social media Facebook. The system is where the seller displays the goods being sold and states the condition, the type of material, and the price determined by the seller. And if there are interested buyers, there will be a sale and purchase agreement between them. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How to implement agreements in online buying and selling transactions via live broadcasts on Facebook. (2) What are the obstacles to implementing the agreement in protecting the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers in online buying and selling transactions via live broadcasts on Facebook?This research is empirical juridical research, with data obtained by interviewing 16 respondents and supported by primary and secondary data, quantitative analysis, and description. The results of this research show that: (1) Implementation of responsibilities for the parties in the sale and purchase agreement at Vmshop-Kupang. Where the implementation of responsibilities has been well regulated in the mutual agreement in the agreement made, but the implementation is still less effective and things are still found that are detrimental to online buyers. (2) The inhibiting factor in implementing the sale and purchase agreement on the Vmshop-Kupang Facebook account is the lack of awareness on both sides regarding the importance of the agreement as a value that protects both parties, namely online buyers and online sellers if a dispute occurs in the future and other factors, namely The time to make a letter of agreement takes a very long time and is complicated so that both parties carry out the agreement with a system of trust without thinking about what will happen in the future.Online buyers must pay proper attention to the procedures for carrying out online buying and selling transactions and the rules that exist in buying and selling transactions as well as the importance of written agreements.

Abstract

Currently, the level of use of means of transportation in Indonesia is quite high, this can be found in daily life. Almost all the time we see a large number and type of vehicles popping up. This research is (1) normative research so that the data source used is a secondary data source obtained from company records, (2) empirical research so that the data source used is a primary data source obtained from the results of interviews. The results of this study show that: (1) The Regulation of Motor Vehicle Tax Collection Procedures in Kupang City is carried out based on Presidential Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of the One-Stop Manunggal Administration System by going through the stages of registration, examination of registration files, data collection, determination and control of SSPD, re-examination of SSPD and affixing of paragraphs, payment, control of SKPD, endorsement, and finally archiving, (2) The first inhibiting factor namely economic factors where there are taxpayers who have low income, high dependent burdens and unstable sources of income. The second factor is weak compliance or legal awareness of taxpayers.

Abstract

There are several issues that should be the focus of the Indonesian and international governments, including marine pollution in the Bintan area. Indonesia's marine environment has various types of natural resources, both biotic and abiotic natural resources, as well as very important resources such as means of communication, recreational media, trade and transportation routes. Therefore, we need to think about how we can overcome these hazards in the future. Various events that have occurred so far in Indonesia, especially in the border area of Bintan Regency, highlight the role of the Indonesian government in protecting Indonesia's maritime areas from various risks of loss and emphasizing the management of natural resources in an orderly and appropriate manner. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the strategies and efforts made by the government by implementing UNCLOS 1982 against oil pollution that often occurs in the border area of Bintan Regency.

Abstract

Curriculum administration is all business processes that have been planned and attempted deliberately and earnestly as well as continuous guidance on teaching and learning activities effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the educational goals that have been set. The importance of curriculum administration in educational institutions, which includes the selection of materials, teaching methods, and assessments that are in accordance with educational goals and student needs. Curriculum administration plays a role in ensuring that the curriculum is well structured and organized through various levels of planning, implementation, and supervision. Curriculum evaluation is also an important part of education management, aiming to collect information about the effectiveness of curriculum implementation and the impact of learning outcomes. In addition, this journal highlights the role of teachers in curriculum administration as implementers, adapters, developers, and researchers. The presence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents an opportunity for educators to carry out a learning process that focuses on the needs, interests, and learning styles of students, because the independent curriculum requires educators to carry out differentiated learning as an initiative in facilitating students, especially in Pancasila education, which incidentally is still carried out by conventional models or methods.

Abstract

Generation Alpha is a unique generation, born in the era of digital technology. Since an early age, they have been in contact with information technology. Based on previous research, this generation spends a lot of time in front of the screen and is fluent in using technological tools. As a generation of future leaders, teachers and parents must have an approach based on the characteristics of the Alpha generation in parenting and teaching patterns to develop leadership character. The study aims to examine the characteristics of the Alpha generation, how character education for the Alpha generation and effective parenting patterns in preparing the digital leadership of the Alpha generation. Literature studies show that the Alpha generation has great potential as a digital leader through the digital environment, character education in schools and parental care must be adjusted to the characteristics of the Alpha generation, by providing role models, mentoring, and good relationships. This study used a mixed method involving a quantitative survey of teachers and students, as well as qualitative interviews with school principals. The results of the study show that effective leadership in this context involves the implementation of holistic policies, which not only emphasize mastery of technology, but also strengthen character values ​​such as responsibility, discipline, and empathy. Thus, the role of principals and teachers is crucial in creating a learning environment that is balanced between the intellectual development and character of students. This research provides strategic recommendations for educational leaders in designing policies that are able to integrate technology without neglecting student character development.

Abstract

Sampang regency, located on Madura Island, is one of the districts that has abundant natural resources. There are various kinds of tourism potential in Sampang Regency. Tourism Management in Sampang Regency requires integrated and structured planning in order to improve the quality of existing tourism. One form of tourism planning in accordance with Article 8 paragraph (1) of Law No. 10 of 2009 on tourism, namely with the Master Plan of Tourism Development (RIPPARKAB), but until now the Sampang Regency government has not passed local regulations governing RIPPARKAB. The method used in this study is empirical juridical method, where this study was conducted by examining the actual circumstances or real circumstances that occur in society with the aim of knowing and finding the facts and data needed. The results showed that, Sampang Regency government efforts in the process of Tourism Development is to establish a decree of the Regent who set an area into a tourist spot. In addition, the Sampang Regency government has also drafted and will soon pass a regional regulation on RIPPARKAB as a guideline and implementation of Article 8 paragraph (1) of Law No. 10 of 2009 on tourism.
