Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aims of this study were: (1) to determine whether there are differences in taste (color, aroma, texture and taste) of dried tomato candied with a sugar composition (40%, 50%, 60% and 70%); (2) to find the sugar composition that has the best shelf life with the best taste. Independent variable is sugar and dependent variable were shelf life and taste. The assessment was carried out by five panelists through the organoleptic test. Data were analyzed descriptively and different test with the Two-Independent-Samples Test statistic with the Mann-Whitney U-Wilcoxon Rank Sum W Test. The shelf life was analyzed from the second taste assessment plus the observation of the appearance of the fungus.           Keywords: Dried Tomato Candied, Composition of Sugar ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan  cita rasa  (warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa) manisan tomat kering dengan komposisi gula (40%, 50%, 60% dan 70%); (2) menemukan komposisi gula yang memiliki daya tahan simpan dengan cita rasa  terbaik.  Ubahan bebas adalah gula pasir, ubahan terikat (1) ketahanan simpan; (2) cita rasa.   Penilaian dilakukan lima panelis melalui uji organoleptik. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji beda dengan statistik Two-Independent-Samples Test dengan uji Mann-Whitney U-Wilcoxon Rank Sum W Test. Ketahanan simpan dianalisis dari cita rasa penilaian ke dua ditambah pengamatan penampakan jamur. Kata Kunci: Manisan Tomat Kering, Komposisi Gula

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims: 1) To determine the results of learning to sew shirt collars using video tutorial media for class XI students of Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 1 Stabat. 2) To find out the results of learning to sew shirt collars without using video tutorial media for class XI students of Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 1 Stabat. 3) To find out whether there is an effect of using video tutorial media on the results of sewing the shirt collar of class XI students of Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 1 Stabat. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study used a phenomenological qualitative method, namely by obtaining data through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires with descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that (1) the role of parents in implementing learning at home during the pandemic in educating children includes mentoring and motivators. (2) the impact of the role of parents on learning during the pandemic, the involvement of parents in facilitating study from home activities. The results of this study are that parents can improve their relationship with their children and parents can see firsthand the development of children's learning abilities. Keywords: Role Of Parents, Study From Home, Covid 19 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologis, yakni dengan perolehan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket dengan analisis data deskriptif. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  (1)  peran  orang  tua  terhadap penerapan  pembelajaran  di  rumah  pada  masa  pandemi  dalam  mendidik  anak  meliputi pendampingan dan motivator. (2) dampak peran orang tua terhadap pembelajaran pada masa pandemi, keterlibatan orangtua  dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan study from home. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah orang tua dapat meningkatkan hubungan dengan anaknya dan orang tua dapat melihat langsung perkembangan kemampuan anak dalam belajar. Kata Kunci: Peran Orang Tua, Study From Home, Covid 19

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of disorders and diseases of the scalp and hair which were taught using conventional learning in class X SMK Negeri 10 Medan. The research method used is a quasi-experimental. The sample of this study was 72 students who were taken from 2 classes, namely 36 experimental class students who were taught using time token learning and 36 control class students who were taught using conventional learning. The research instrument used was a test in the form of multiple choice as many as 35 questions.  Keywords: Time Token Learning ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kelainan dan penyakit kulit kepala dan rambut yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 10 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang siswa yang diambil dari 2 kelas yaitu 36 orang siswa kelas eksperimen yang diajar dengan pembelajaran time token dan 36 orang siswa kelas kontrol yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes yang berbentuk pilihan berganda sebanyak 35 soal.        Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Time Token

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the increase in the creativity of students' Industrial Engineering products. The research method is descriptive research, with a sample of 132 people. Products that are engineered by students' ideas produced in the research are assessed by experts to verify the creativity of industrial engineering products. The results showed that the implementation of a computer simulation model could increase the creativity of student industrial engineering products in the Faculty of Engineering, Unimed.            Keywords: Industrial Enginering ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan daya cipta produk Rekayasa Industri mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel 132 orang. Produk hasil rekayasa ide yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian dinilai oleh para ahli untuk memverifikasi daya cipta produk Rerkayasa Industri. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: determine whether or not there is an effect of video tutorial-based learning media on the learning outcomes of making handbags from patchwork waste for eighth grade students of SMP N 1 SUNGGAL. This research is a quasi-experimental research, with a population of all class VIII as many as 10 classes totaling 300 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 2 classes with a total of 60 students, class VIII-9 and class VIII-10 each with 30 students. Keywords: Learning Media, Tutorial Video ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial terhadap hasil belajar pembuatan tas tangan dari limbah kain perca siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 SUNGGAL. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen, dengan populasi seluruh kelas VIII sebanyak 10 kelas berjumlah 300 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling purposive. Abstract

ABSTRACTMusculoskeletal disorders are one of the diseases that occur due to excessive muscle contraction due to giving a workload that is too heavy with a long duration of loading. On the other hand, muscle complaints do not occur when muscle contractions are only around 15-20% of maximum muscle strength. However, if the muscle contraction exceeds 20%, the blood circulation to the muscles is reduced so that the oxygen supply to the muscles decreases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and musculoskeletal disorders in nurses at Sundari General Hospital Medan. Bivariate analysis test using Spearman Rho. Where the p-value is 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between physical activity and nurses' musculoskeletal disorders. Keywords: Physical Activity, Musculoskeletal Disorders ABSTRAKGangguan muskuloskletal merupakan salah satu penyakit yang terjadi karena adanya kontraksi otot yang berlebihan akibat pemberian beban kerja yang terlalu berat dengan durasi pembebanan yang panjang sebaliknya keluhan otot tidak terjadi apabila kontraksi otot hanya berkisar 15-20% dari kekuatan otot maksimum. Namun apabila kontraksi otot melebihi 20 % maka peredaran darah ke otot berkurang sehingga suplai oksigen ke otot menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan gangguan muskuloskletal pada perawat di RSU Sundari Medan. Uji analisis bivariat menggunakan spearman rho. Dimana nilai p-value sebesar 0,003 <0,05 yang  artinya terdapat hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan gangguan muskuloskletal perawat Kata Kunci: Aktvitas Fisik, Gangguan Muskuloskletal

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe prevalence of growth and development disorders is the second highest after nutritional problems in infants. motor development of infants aged 3-6 years is a baby spa. This research is a quasi- experimental research with a pre-experimental design approach. The research was conducted at the Mahanum Midwife Independent Practice Medan. it is recommended to health workers at the Independent Practice of Midwives Mahanum Medan to develop promotions and education about baby spas to the public, especially parents of babies to improve motor development both gross and fine for babies. Keywords : Baby Spa, Motor Development, Babies Age 3-6 Months ABSTRAKPrevalensi gangguan tumbuh kembang tertinggi kedua setelah masalah gizi pada balira. Penelitian dilakukan di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Mahanum. Abstract

ABSTRACTSpiritual nursing is an intervention to reduce the anxiety of preoperative closed fracture patients, because praying and tawakkal will lead to self-confidence, optimism, calmness, peace, and feeling the presence of God so that the level of anxiety decreases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual assistance on the anxiety level of preoperative closed fracture patients. This study used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with two group design, consecutive sampling technique with 32 respondents consisting of treatment and control groups. The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety levels with a value of = 0.001. Interventions carried out by nurses in assisting spiritual services can reduce anxiety levels. Keywords: Preoperative Closed Fracture, Anxiety Level ABSTRAK Keperawatan spiritual merupakan intervensi untuk menurunkan kecemasan pasien pre operasi closed fracture, karena berdoa dan tawakkal akan menimbulkan rasa percaya diri, optimisme, ketenangan, damai, dan merasakan kehadiran Allah sehingga tingkat kecemasan menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan spiritual terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi closed fracture. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with two group design, teknik consecutive sampling dengan jumlah responden 32 orang terdiri dari kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan tingkat kecemasan yang signifikan dengan nilai ρ=0,001. Intervensi yang dilakukan perawat dalam pendampingan layanan spiritual dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan. Kata Kunci: Pre-Operasi Closed Fracture, Tingkat Kecemasan

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesia is a tropical country, this makes Indonesia rich in various plant species, including herbal plants such as lemongrass. Lemongrass with the Latin name Cymbopogon citratus thrives both in the highlands and lowlands. Lemongrass plants can be used in cooking spices, a mixture of essential oils and herbal drinks. There are still many people who use citronella conservatively, even though the use of lemongrass in a more modern way can provide more benefits and be able to reach a wider consumption market. Therefore, lemongrass processing innovation is needed in order to have high selling power, such as instant bandrek in powder form. This article aims to describe the manufacture of instant bandrek using lemongrass as the main herbal plant in Dalu Ten A Village, Tanjung Morawa. Keywords: Herbal Plants, Lemongrass, Instant Bandrek ABSTRAKIndonesia termasuk negara beriklim tropis, hal ini menjadikan Indonesia kaya akan aneka spesies tanaman tidak terkecuali tanaman herbal alam seperti serai. Serai dengan nama latin Cymbopogon citratus ini tumbuh subur baik pada dataran tinggi maupun rendah. Tanaman serai dapat digunakan dalam bumbu masakan, campuran essential oil maupun minuman herbal. Masih banyak masyarakat yang memanfaatkan serai wangi secara konservatif, padahal pemanfaatan serai secara lebih modern dapat memberi keuntungan lebih dan mampu menjangkau pasar konsumsi secara luas. Karena itu dibutuhkan inovasi pengolahan serai agar memiliki daya jual tinggi yaitu seperti bandrek instan dalam bentuk bubuk. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengemukakan pembuatan bandrek instan dengan memanfaatkan serai sebagai tanaman herbal utama di Desa Dalu Sepuluh A Tanjung Morawa.      Kata Kunci : Tanaman Herbal, Serai, Bandrek Instan
