Abstract

Government Function in Handling Themes and Securities. This study aims to analyze the function of government in handling beggars and buskers in Banyuwangi District. The method used is related to the handling of beggars and buskers, namely: descriptive qualitative based on the principle of William N. Dunn. The results of this study prove that the government has not succeeded in making efforts to deal with beggars and buskers because the poor continue to beg and busking. In the efforts carried out as regulated in Law Number 35 Year 2014, Regarding: Child Protection and Regional Regulations of Banyuwangi, Number 11 Year 2014 Regarding: Public Order and Peace of Society. the government should be able to make policies and implement them well so that they can deal with problems in handling beggars and buskers in Banyuwangi District. The goal is to be right on target in handling and providing solutions to beggars and buskers.

Abstract

Role Of The Village Government In The Prevention And Control Of The Distribution Of Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) In The Former Prostitution Location Of Sumber Loh Benelan Kidul Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the village government in the prevention and control of the distribution of Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) in the former prostitution location of Sumber Loh, and to find out what internal and external factors are hampering the village government in preventing and controlling the spread of CSWs in the former prostitution location Sumber Loh, Benelan Kidul Village. The results of the study show that the role of the village government in the prevention and control of the distribution of Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) in Sumber Loh has already been carried out, such as: first the 1x24 forward must report to the local RT, data must be reported to the above village government unit once a month. Third Da'wah with a spiritual splash or routine recitation conducted at Sumber Loh. And fourthly Training or Empowerment for Benelan Kidul villagers in general. The roles are still in planning such as: firstly the empowerment effort by providing culinary tourism or a snack market near Sumber Loh. And second is the revitalization of the sports center carried out by the village government which is expected to narrow the scope of prostitution activities. While internal and external factors that hamper the role of the government are also still found. This is based on the results of interviews and observations that have been carried out, where the village head and some of his staff and elements in Sumber Loh as informants provide information to researchers for research needs.

Abstract

Implementation Of Regent Regulation Number 11 Of 2018 Concerning Pembiayaan Persiapan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap Yang Dibebankan Kepada Masyarakat (Study In Kepundungan Village Srono District Banyuwangi Regency).The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence in order to Implementation of Bupati Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning Pembiayaan Persiapan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap Yang Dibebankan Kepada Masyarakat (Study in Kepundungan Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency). The method used in the study is a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The sample was selected using a purposive sample technique in which the sampling of data sources with certain considerations ie the source of the data was considered the most knowledgeable about what was studied. While data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) study in Kepundungan Village, Srono Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency in terms of George Edward III theory, included clarity of communication and human resources, as a whole is not optimal. This is based on the results of interviews and observations that have been carried out, where village officials as informants provide information to researchers for research needs.

Abstract

Analysis Of Policy Implementation Of HIV/AIDS And Control On Gay In Banyuwangi District.  This research was conducted to determine the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control policies in Banyuwangi Regency. The HIV/AIDS status in Banyuwangi Regency is getting higher and is ranked second in East Java as an HIV/AIDS red zone. Cases of HIV/AIDS There are still many sufferers, for example cases that are often found in Banyuwangi Regency are people with HIV/AIDS in gay people.  This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive perspective, using observation data collection techniques, guided free interviews, and documentation. In the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control policies for gays in Banyuwangi Regency, using the theory of William Dunn (2004) which focuses on 5 (five) aspects, namely: Policy Problems;  The Future of Policy;  Policy Action;  Policy Results;  and Policy Performance.  The result of the research is that the Health Office along with KPA and other stakeholders have made efforts to control HIV/AIDS in Banyuwangi Regency, as has been written in the policy through Perda Number 5 of 2017. Namely gay, in the end not all certain communities can know the existence of regulations made by the government and have limited socialization and awareness of certain communities so that the existence of Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2017 is only limited to written regulations.

Abstract

Collaboration on the Implementation of the BPNT Program in Handling Poverty in Karetan Village, Purwoharjo District, Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to identify and describe the handling of poverty through the implementation of the BPNT program in Karetan Village. The importance of this research is because there is a phenomenon of the distribution of BPNT that is not well targeted in Karetan Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is carried out intensively, in-depth, in detail and comprehensively. The research sources used primary data and secondary data which were managed based on saturated data and analyzed based on the thoughts of Albrecht and Zemke. The results of this study are that the strategies carried out by the Karetan Village Government are less than optimal in dealing with poverty and the distribution of aid that is not well targeted; the need to be guided by the correctness of the data and the compliance of the Karetan Village Government with laws and regulations, service procedures related to facilities needed by the community; improving the quality of human resources for officers, because not all existing human resources have the qualifications and understanding related to the main tasks and procedures; less than the maximum service provided by the Karetan Village Government to the community. The implementation of the Karetan Village Government in reducing poverty needs to be evaluated from the aspect of strategy, system, and better human resources, so that it has an impact on the welfare of the Karetan Village community.

Abstract

The Performance Of Village Office In The Implementation Of Public Service In Village Office Of Parijatah Kulon Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency. Along with the times, society demands high value public sercices from the government, even though these demands are repeteadly not in line with expectations, because public services have so far been less professional. To improve of service, a performance at the village office cannot work without a village apparture. This improvement in the quality of performance village apparature to save time in fulfilling the functions of village officials and aims to improve the work discipline of an employee works, so that the result obtined are in accordace with thw services ecpected by the community. The research method used in thid study is a qualitative approach, where the research is descriptive in nature which describe the phenomena in the field being studied. For data collection techniques is Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Triangulation. The use of this qualitative method aims to obtain in depth information about the performance of the Parijatah Kulon Village Apparature in the implementation of public services. The performance of this village apparature as invetigated using T.R Mitchell’s theory which has five aspects is quality, promptness, initiative, capability, and communication.

Abstract

Comunity Participation In The Development Of Tourism Village In Tamansari Village, Licin District, banyuwangi Regency. Basically, the participation of the community in all tourism village development activities is nothing but the aim of obtaining and enjoying the results of each stage that has been passed. The form of community participation in efforts to develop Tamansari Tourism Village is to take advantage of natural resources, namely its natural beauty by making the potential of the area a tourist attraction, so that various participations are carried out by the community. In the development of the Tamansari Tourism Village, community participation can be seen in various forms, including physical participation and non-physical participation. Considering the natural beauty that exists in Tamansari Village is a strong attraction for tourists, then in its development it is very necessary to have the participation of the community involving all walks of life.

Abstract

Effect Of E-Samsat Payment Service Quality On Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Satisfaction At The Samsat Office, Banyuwangi Regency. The e-Samsat payment service is no stranger to big cities, especially East Java. With e-Samsat services, people no longer need to queue to pay taxes, they can just pay at home without leaving the house. Samsat Banyuwangi is one of the offices that is successful in implementing an online payment system, this is an effort to improve services to taxpayers with fast and convenient service on an ongoing basis. E-Samsat is one proof of increasing motor vehicle tax payment services. The importance of analyzing data in research is to know clearly about the empirical relationship between the two variables studied. The analytical tool used by the researcher is quantitative data analysis, which is a structured report form which is stated with numbers, formulas that can be proven and tested for truth. The data collection method used in this research is using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of this study are the influence of service quality (X) on motor vehicle taxpayer satisfaction (Y). based on the results of empirical testing of the hypothesis by using product moment statistics, it produces a number of 0.214 which when compared to the critical price r table product moment for N = 96 with a significance level of 95%, the critical price for N = 95 with a significance level of 95%. The working hypothesis (Hi) is accepted, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

Abstract

The problem of inequality in access and quality of education in Banyuwangi is caused by the unequal distribution of resources, which affects the quality of human resources (HR) and the economy. The purpose of this study is to analyse inequality in access to education in remote areas and the role of education administration in addressing it. role of education administration in overcoming it. This research methodology uses a qualitative, literature-based approach to analyse qualitative, literature-based approach to analyse inequality in access to education and the impact of education administration on the regional economy. The results The results of this study show that collaboration between the government, the community and the private sector in the Banyuwangi Mengajar programme is crucial to private sector in the Banyuwangi Teaching Programme is essential to addressing education inequality in remote areas. The programme successfully programme has succeeded in improving the capacity of the teaching staff and ensuring equitable distribution of education resources. The research conclusions emphasise that this collaboration plays a crucial in improving access and quality of education in remote areas. The programme Banyuwangi Mengajar programme can strengthen synergies between parties, ensure equitable distribution of education resources and sustainably reduce education inequality, and sustainably reduce educational inequality. Abstract

Penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan akibat dampak pandemi, yang memerlukan strategi promosi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi memanfaatkan media sosial untuk menarik wisatawan. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi melalui media sosial, seperti Instagram dan Facebook, terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada tahun-tahun tertentu. Pembahasan mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial memungkinkan interaksi yang lebih baik antara pengelola destinasi dan calon wisatawan. Cerita menarik dan konten visual yang menarik menjadi kunci dalam menarik perhatian wisatawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi promosi melalui media sosial berhasil meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Banyuwangi.
