Abstract

DEF Laundry is a laundry service business located in Bojonggede. This business faces challenges in implementing digital marketing, particularly in utilizing social media. This study aims to design and implement a digital marketing strategy for DEF Laundry using Instagram, as well as to identify the types of promotional content that can attract customer interest in choosing DEF Laundry's services. Using a qualitative-correlational and descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews and validated through data triangulation. The results show that the digital marketing strategy designed using the STP approach and SWOT analysis successfully identified a relevant market segment. The implementation of promotional content was considered effective, as it conveyed service information clearly and attracted audience attention. Moreover, customer decisions regarding the use of DEF Laundry's services were influenced by three main factors: service quality, access to clear information, and appealing digital promotional strategies. The digital marketing strategy implemented through Instagram proved effective in increasing customer interest. The informative and interactive promotional content supported the customer's decision-making process. Thus, this strategy can serve as a solution to support the digitalization of DEF Laundry's promotional efforts in the social media era.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 selama 4 tahun (2020-2024) mempengaruhi semua bidang di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan. Data BPS 2024, mengatakan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa menggunakan internet untuk hiburan (90,76%), namun pembelajaran online hanya 27,53%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan internet untuk pembelajaran belum optimal dan perlu perbaikan. STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang menerapkan pembelajaran secara online selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pembelajaran seperti apa yang lebih efektif apakah online atau offline sehingga dapat diterapkan di sistem pembelajaran dan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan agar dapat diterapkan di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pembaca dalam memahami pengelolaan data dan memberikan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan perangkat lunak KNIME. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan algoritma Decision Tree menggunakan perangkat lunak KNIME berisi noda-noda yang dibutuhkan. Hasil analisis 76.3% mahasiswa setuju bahwa pembelajaran dilakukan secara offline terutama untuk mata kuliah Pemrograman Web dan Matematika Komputer. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa akurasi untuk mata kuliah Pemrograman Web 90.16% dan Matematika Komputer 88.52%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang belajar offline cenderung lebih nyaman agar dapat mengerti materi lebih dalam. dan bisa dijadikan evaluasi terhadap model pembelajaran perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a backend system for a web-based mental health counseling platform in response to the growing public need for accessible, safe, and user-friendly counseling services. The platform is designed to facilitate interactions between users and psychologists through a structured and efficient digital system. The objective of this study is to develop the backend component to complement the previously built frontend, enabling the platform to function as a complete system for end users. The development process was carried out using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which emphasizes rapid iteration, team collaboration, and continuous testing. The backend was built using Node.js and Express.js, and follows a REST API architecture to support core features such as user authentication, consultation schedule management, and user-psychologist communication. Testing was conducted using the black box testing method with 53 test scenarios covering the system’s full functionality. The results showed that all implemented features functioned smoothly and produced the expected output. This research concludes that the backend system operates optimally and is ready for integration with the frontend to deliver effective digital counseling services.

Abstract

Many pet owners struggle to feed their pets regularly due to busy schedules and limited time. This can negatively impact the health of the pets. To address this problem, this study designed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Pet Feeder system that can dispense food automatically or manually and monitor food availability in real time via the Blynk application. The system uses a Wemos D1 ESP8266 microcontroller, a servo motor, an ultrasonic sensor, and an RTC module for scheduling. The research was conducted in stages: needs analysis, system design, implementation, and hardware and software testing. The Blynk application serves as a user interface for setting feeding schedules, viewing the current time, and receiving notifications when the feed level is low. Test results show that the system functions as intended, with a 100% success rate for both automatic and manual feeding, and a sensor accuracy of 97.91%. This system offers a practical solution for efficient and flexible pet feeding management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem perpustakaan digital berbasis web pada localhost only dengan menerapkan metode Agile Scrum pada studi kasus SMAN 47 Jakarta Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan karakteristik subjek siswa dan pustakawan sebagai pengguna utama sistem. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi langsung, serta pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black-box testing. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Agile Scrum yang mencakup tahapan product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fitur utama seperti login, registrasi, pencarian buku, meminjam buku, mengembalikan buku, daftar favorit, riwayat peminjaman, dashboard admin, dan kelola data buku/koleksi telah berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Evaluasi dari umpan balik pengguna menunjukkan bahwa sistem cukup mudah digunakan, responsif, dan mampu mempermudah layanan perpustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode Agile Scrum efektif diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem perpustakaan digital yang berbasis kebutuhan pengguna di lingkungan sekolah. Selanjutnya pengembangan dapat dilanjutkan dengan penambahan fitur seperti notifikasi pengembalian, deploy publik dan akses ke mobile untuk meningkatkan jangkauan layanan.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam bidang kesehatan membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, khususnya dalam proses reservasi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem reservasi konsultasi dokter berbasis website menggunakan framework React JS pada Klinik Pratama Agha Depok. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak klinik, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsi sistem dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang melibatkan lima responden pengguna sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai harapan dan memperoleh rata-rata skor UAT sebesar 96%, yang mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sangat tinggi. Sistem yang dibangun memungkinkan pasien melakukan pendaftaran secara mandiri, memilih jadwal konsultasi, serta menerima notifikasi otomatis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi sistem reservasi online dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan mengurangi antrean fisik di klinik. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan fitur notifikasi berbasis WhatsApp untuk meningkatkan keterhubungan pasien dengan sistem.

Abstract

TikTok is one of the most engaging digital platforms for marketing, particularly among the younger generation. UMKM Swara, a small business in the custom fashion sector, has utilized TikTok as a platform for digital marketing. However, in practice, it still faces challenges in attracting audience attention and maintaining consistency in content planning. This study aims to implement and recommend effective TikTok marketing strategies for UMKM Swara. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to UMKM Swara's TikTok audience. The analysis employed simple linear regression. The results show that TikTok marketing strategies have a significant impact on increasing UMKM Swara's brand awareness, with a regression coefficient of 0.432 and a significance value of 0.001. Classical assumption testing also confirmed that the regression model used is valid and free from bias. The R² value of 0.441 indicates that 44.1% of the variation in brand awareness can be explained by the TikTok marketing strategy. Therefore, creative and interactive content-based marketing strategies on TikTok are proven effective in enhancing UMKM Swara’s brand awareness.

Abstract

The problem of congestion and low public interest in public transportation in Jabodetabek is caused by the lack of integration between modes, as well as limited access to information and payment systems. This research aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a mobile application that integrates various modes of public transportation using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and observations. The prototype was designed in Figma and tested in Maze using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The evaluation results showed an average SUS score of 82.7, which indicates a good level of usability. This research resulted in an intuitive application prototype that supports a more efficient user experience and contributes to the design of public transportation systems based on user needs. The findings are expected to encourage increased adoption of public transportation in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

The focus of this final research is the development of a chatbot based on the Smojo.ai platform to facilitate academic services at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri. The study is motivated by students’ difficulties in accessing academic and administrative information, such as slow responses from BAAK and the Finance Bureau, limited-service hours, and many repetitive questions. Therefore, an automated system that can provide fast and interactive services is needed. This research aims to identify obstacles in information access, develop the chatbot using the SDLC AGILE method, and analyze its effectiveness in supporting academic services. The SDLC AGILE stages include requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing (Black Box and Beta testing), and evaluation based on user feedback. Data were collected through interviews with staff and questionnaires given to students. The results show that the chatbot was successfully developed and integrated into the academic website. The chatbot provides information on administrative services at BAAK as well as procedures at the Finance Bureau, such as payment postponement and applying for clearance letters. The evaluation concludes that the chatbot is easy to use, responsive, and helps reduce staff workload. In conclusion, the chatbot based on Smojo.ai effectively improves the efficiency of academic services, especially in correspondence, and supports the digitalization of campus services.

Abstract

Batik Bumiku MSMEs are batik handicraft business actors who have been domiciled in Bogor City since 2017 and have great opportunities to grow and innovate as digital technology develops. However, limited online information and a lack of human resources in the field of technology are challenges in expanding its market reach. This research aims to design a prototype of the Batik Bumiku website as an information media while strengthening the brand image by implementing the Double Diamond method, which comprises four stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. This process resulted in the design of the main page, including the homepage, batik catalog, batik services, and contact page. Design validation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on the Maze platform to assess user comfort with the prototype. The evaluation results show an SUS score of 86, which is classified as very good, indicating that the design has met user expectations in both visual and usage experience. Suggestions for further development to realize the website's full potential, provide benefits that users feel, and improve mobile design to increase user accessibility.
