Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of supervision, work environment, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Office. This research uses quantitative methods. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method. The sample in this study was 52 people, using a saturated sampling method, where the entire population would be sampled. In this research, data collection uses interview and questionnaire techniques, where the questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the t test on the supervision variable have an insignificant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Head Office, the work environment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Head Office, and the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama Subdistrict Office. The results of the F test simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Head Office. The conclusion of this research is that the low level of supervision that occurs at the Langsa Lama Subdistrict Office will result in performance decreasing, thereby causing the goals of the agency to not be achieved, therefore it is very necessary for leaders to be firm and pay attention to each employee's performance, and so Also, the working environment at the Langsa Lama District Head's Office is very good, where the conditions in the agency are all conducive and comfortable, so this is able to increase employees to obtain even better performance, and the organizational commitment that every employee of the Office has. The Langsa Lama sub-district head is in the high category, this can be seen from the contribution and readiness of the employees to carry out their work which is always completed well and the level of employee desire to always stay with the agency is very large.  Keywords: Supervision, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Sektor industri memiliki peranan yang sangat penting sebagai penopang perekonomian di Indonesia. Sektor kerajinan kulit menjadi salah satu bagian dari sektor industri yang menggunakan kulit sebagai bahan baku utama dalam proses produksinya. Kabupaten Tabanan menjadi salah satu sentra kerajinan kulit di Bali yang memiliki potensi besar dan berpeluang untuk melakukan ekspor produk kerajinan kulit. Mahataksu Leather Craft merupakan salah satu pengrajin kulit berskala mikro yang berlokasi di Jalan Ciung Wanara, Desa Marga Dauh Puri, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan yang memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan. Melalui penelitian ini, pemilik usaha dapat mengetahui potensi yang ada dalam usahanya sehingga dapat dilakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik penelitian langsung (field research). Data diperoleh dari adanya observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi yang dilakukan di tempat produksi usaha Mahataksu Leather Craft. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu secara deskriptif naratif yang menganalisis kelayakan usaha berdasarkan aspek non finansial seperti aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, serta aspek manajemen dan sumber daya manusia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa usaha Mahatakasu Leather Craft memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan, dilihat dari aspek pasar dan pemasaran yang mampu memasarkan produknya hingga ke luar daerah bahkan telah mendapat pesanan dari luar negeri. Selain itu, dari aspek teknis dan teknologi, usaha ini sudah maksimal dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam proses promosi serta adanya standarisasi produksi, namun masih terkendala minimnya jumlah tenaga kerja.Keywords: Kelayakan Bisnis, Kerajinan Kulit, Desa Marga

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions on Primebatiq, determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on Primebatiq, determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions on Primebatiq. The research population that will be used in the study are all Primabatiq users who made purchases during the 2020 period as many as 1,374 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 93 respondents. The results of the research analysis show that price has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Primebatiq based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, namely tcount -4.873 < - ttable -1.661. The results of the analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Primebatiq based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, namely tcount 2,258 > ttable 1,661. The results showed that Price and Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Primebatiq based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, namely Fcount 26.832 > Ftable 2.36. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2)= 0.374 meaning that the Purchase Decision variable can be explained by the Price and Product Quality variable of 37.4% while the remaining 62.6% is influenced by other factors originating from outside this research model such as service, advertising, discount, satisfaction, loyalty, behavior, consumer perception and other variables.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh leadership dan workforce agility pada organizational agility dengan communication sebagai variabel moderating pada PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif meliputi pengumpulan analisis interpretasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan rumus Slovin, dan berdasarkan perhitungan slovin diatas maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ≥ 231 karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analisis statistik SEM-PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational agility. workforce agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational agility. Communication memoderasi pengaruh leadership terhadap organizational agility. Communication memoderasi pengaruh workforce agility terhadap organizational agility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of transformational leadership and the use of information technology, serving, and employee relations for improving employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of DPMPTSP, Serang City, Banten Province. This research used an explanatory survey method approach, where data was taken from a sample of the population in order to obtain the explanation and relationship between the variables. This method was used to explain the relationship between transformational leadership and the use of information technology on performance through competence which was explained using hypothesis testing, qualitative and causality. This study used a saturated sample to take the total population to be used as a sample for total population of 88 people. Data analysis was carried out by testing the measurement model, testing the structural model and testing the indirect effect. The results of this study found that several hypotheses were accepted: (1) the effect of transformational leadership (x1) on employee performance (y) was significant and the value 0.326, (2) the effect of information technology utilization (x2) on employee competence (z) with a significant value of 0.488, and (3) the effect of using information technology (x2) on employee performance (y) was significant with a value of 0.407. While the hypothesis was rejected, namely: (1) there is no effect of transformational leadership (x1) on employee competency (z) was significant with a value of 0.285 and (2) there was no significant effect of employee competence (z) on employee performance with a value of 0.080.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan model pembelajaran flipped learning berbasis inkuiri, mengembangkan rancangan model pembelajaran flipped learning berbasis inkuiri yang memenuhi syarat valid, praktis dan efektif. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan (1)Analysis,(2)Design,(3)Development,(4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Semester VI mata kuliah Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi instrumen, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model, lembar observasi pengelolaan pembelajaran dan angket respon mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validitas komponen model pembelajaran yang terdiri atas sintaks, sistem sosial dan prinsip reaksi,sistem pendukung dan dampak pengiring berada pada kategori sangat valid dengan nilai rata-rata kevalidan 3,38 (sintaks); 3,73 (sistem sosial dan prinsip reaksi); 3,70 (sistem pendukung) dan 3,84 (dampak pengiring). Model pembelajaran ini sangat sesuai melatih kemandirian dan rasa tanggung jawab serta kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif dan inovatif bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi, dan menganalisis apakah motivasi kerja non-finansial, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Cabang Belmera Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Sampel pada penelitian ini 75 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja non-finansial (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja non-finansial, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how far the influence of consumer attitudes on online advertising, consumer memory on online advertising and the frequency of consumer clicks on Facebook media online advertisements can influence consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all students at Bina Prestasi Independent Polytechnic, totaling 444 people. Sampling using the slovin formula. From a population of 444, 81 people were selected as samples in this study. Research data obtained through questionnaires distributed by google form and literature study. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Some of the analytical methods used are descriptive methods, Likert scale and instrument validity testing. The results showed that consumer attitudes, consumer memory and consumer click frequency had a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Then partially consumer attitudes and consumer memory have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, the variable frequency of consumer clicks has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the results of the analysis that consumers rarely click on online advertisements that appear on the Facebook media, some consumers click on online advertisements only because they have bought before, and if they have seen the same advertisement many times on the Facebook media even though they have never bought it before, they will click on it.Keywords: attitude, recall, click frequency, consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan produk dan Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2). Ketersediaan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa, dimana dari uji t diperoleh nilai t sig 0,000. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa, dimana dari uji t diperoleh nilai t sig 0,002. Ketersediaan produk dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa, dimana dari uji F diperoleh nilai F sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel ketersediaan produk dan Kualitas Produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa sebesar 50,3% sedangkan sisanya 49,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Team innovation in microfinance institutions lies in the quality of human resources. The rapidly changing times that occur must be able to be anticipated with quality innovation. The quality of human resources can be seen from the ability of employees to share knowledge and behave innovatively and can be assessed from the team innovation that occurs in the institution or organization. The population of this research is employees who work in the microfinance industry with a population of 2100. A sample of 300 employees was taken using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), with the Smart PLS program. This team's innovation concept will provide insight and guidance for employees to be able to increase the competitiveness and existence of Microfinance Institutions now and in the future.
