Abstract

Sales of building materials at Toko Iwan Jaya is one of the entrepreneurs engaged in the sale of building materials that still uses a manual system. One of them is the building material sales information system at Toko Iwan Jaya, which is not yet computerized and well-integrated, so it still has many shortcomings in dealing with sales problems. To design a new system, the tools used are Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Modeling with Visual Basic Net applications so that it can facilitate the process of communication and coordination with customers in order to achieve maximum results as expected by customers. This research has produced a Building Material Sales Information System at the Desktop-Based Iwan Jaya Building Store.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology makes the computer at this time as a tool to obtain information. Therefore, with the development of this technological advancement, MTs DDI Kota Harapan needs to promote itself through an online website on the internet. research with the title "INFORMATION SYSTEM AT MTS DARUL DA'WAH WAL IRSYAD KOTA HARAPAN KEC. MUARA SABAK TIMUR WEB-BASED". formulation of the problem "How to design a web-based school information system at MTs DDI Kota Harapan using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages". The purpose of this study is to produce a school website information system design at MTs DDI Kota Harapan, to design a school information system that can be accessed easily without being limited by time and distance. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The research approach used is descriptive analysis approach. The theoretical basis used is secondary data, namely data that has been collected. The results of this study are the design of this website using the PHP programming language, MYSql database, CodeIgniter Framework and using Visual Studio Code and Wamp Server tools, this web-based information system is an information medium for MTs Darul Da'wah Wal Irsyad Kota Harapan.

Abstract

Taman Bina Insany is one of the orphanages whose information system is still done manually, so that the dissemination of information and the data storage process is considered to be less effective and efficient. This causes this orphanage to be unknown to many people as well as the emergence of problems in data processing such as the occurrence of file loss or accumulation. For this reason, research was carried out to design a new website-based system. The research method used in this research is the R&D (Research and Development) method, with applications and programming languages ​​using Sublime Text and PHPMyAdmin. In this information system there is input in the form of orphanage data such as foster children data, management data, galleries, activities, and the donation process which will be displayed in the form of output in the form of reports. It is hoped that this website can facilitate the process of disseminating information so that it can be accessed more widely and makes it easier for administrators to manage data.

Abstract

Technology is a tool that is used today to facilitate human work both in everyday life and in organizations. Currently, the services carried out by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi in serving the community still serve conventionally and require a long time, so that the services at the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi are still divided into several parts and lack transparency. Based on this problem, the researcher will build a service system that can be accessed at one door as stated in the One Stop Service Implementation (PPTSP) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006 and the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 188.32/498/V/Bangda concerning the Implementation Guidelines for the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006, has goals and objectives to realize public services that are fast, cheap, easy, transparent, certain and affordable, as well as being able to improve the rights of the community in public services. Researchers have a goal to build an electronic information system for one-stop integrated services to facilitate and improve services to the public by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. In building the system, the researcher will use the method in stages starting from data collection, needs analysis, system design, system design, and system implementation and testing until the system can run well. The system built can be accessed with only one portal by having many services in it without having to open service portals one by one and also the system built can be accessed from anywhere and anytime to make it easier for the public to report and get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. The EPTSP of the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi is very useful in improving service and employee performance as well as making it easier for the public to get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi quickly and accurately.

Abstract

BTPN Syariah Jambi is a company engaged in financial services. Problems ingranting credit to debtors by the bank do not always go according to plan, so thatin carrying out its operations, banks must be more careful so that banks do not experience defaults which result in bad loans. The purpose of research on lendingon a customer-based website. The method used in this research is Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW). Based on the results of the research, with the existence of asupport system that is in accordance with the provision of credit to customers using the Simple Addtive Weighting method to minimize errors caused by humanerror, the program produces a ranking graph, which makes it easier to see the rankings.

Abstract

Wirakarya Sakti (WKS) is a company that produces timber from plantations that are prepared to be managed as industrial materials for factories. Where is PT. Wirakarya Sakti grows quality wood that has been selected, in the process of planting or collecting until harvest. This Decision Support System (SPK) application uses the profile matching method which was created to assist PT. Wirakarya Sakti in conducting the best employee assessment process by considering intelligence, work attitude and behavior. The purpose of this research is to make it easier and easier to select prospective employees by getting the best employees. The process of this application where prospective employees only need to take part in interviews and tests by getting scores and processed by ranking the target value from the calculation (SPK) with the profile matching method. Input data is employee data generated from the achievement value of prospective employees while the output is in the form of employee ranking reports. This application is made using the PHP Framework Igniter script and uses a MySQL database.

Abstract

This study aims to design, create and test the attendance system of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students using Arduino Mega 2560-based Fingerprint. This research was conducted at SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City from January to April 2021.This research was conducted using the R and D (Research and Development) method which includes planning, designing, manufacturing and testing tools carried out by making a tool system with input in the form of a Fingerprint Module. Control system with Arduino Mega 2560. Output system in the form of LCD and SMS reports to parents of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 students in Jambi City. The way this tool works is by identifying the fingerprint pattern of DB 4 High School students during registration and transfer using the Fingerprint Module. The Fingerprint module is activated by a fingerprint then identified. The fingerprint that is read will appear on the LCD and through serial communication with the Arduino, the fingerprint will automatically respond to send a message in the form of an SMS to the parents of students who have been registered in the Arduino module.The test results on the Module reached 100% successfully detecting fingerprints that can record attendance data for SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students at SD CARD and provide SMS reports to their respective parents.

Abstract

TPM Photography currently still uses brochures, word of mouth and Instagram. The purpose of this research is to design TPM Photography information media that can be accessed easily without being limited by time and distance. The research method used by the author in the preparation of this thesis is to use the Waterfall method. The analytical tool used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The design of this website uses the PHP programming language, MySql database, and XAMPP. With the Design of Web-Based TPM Photography Promotional Information Media, it is hoped that it will make it easier to do promotions and can increase the number of orders for Photography services.

Abstract

The limited reach of the marketing of goods and the lack of efficiency of the product promotion system to the public have caused the maximum turnover of the Chaniago Jambi boutique not to be achieved. The rapid development of internet technology at this time can support the application of a web profile system and promotion in product sales at the Chaniago Jambi boutique. The purpose of this research is to create a web profile and promotion at the Chaniago boutique, which is used for media promotion and product marketing via the internet. The method used is to conduct a literature study on the profi web work system, then design the design and work profile web system, which is then implemented by making this profile and promotion web. The conclusion obtained is that this web profile has been successfully created using the PHP programming language combined with the MySql database. The advantage of this system is that the promotions carried out at this chaniago boutique are able to save time and costs, compared to promotions that are done manually or using banners. And with this web profile and promotion system, it can help the Boutique, in handling the promotion and marketing system more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Information technology and the internet are currently experiencing very rapid development along with the growing human needs. One application that uses the internet is a website, with website mediation, communication and information can be presented quickly and precisely. With the availability of the internet that can be accessed by everyone, business entities that want to be widely known by the public need to create a website. Bunglon Photography is a business entity that is engaged in providing photo and video shooting services. Bunglon Photography requires an information system that can expand the dissemination of information about its photography services. Making this application is done by collecting data, system analysis, system and database design, system implementation and system testing. The program is made web-based using the wampserver server and MySQL database.
