Abstract

This study aims to determine the effort of improving the quality of employee’s performance at CV Cucurutuku Ceria Sosgul Malang. The research approach used a qualitative method where the informants in this study were the employees of the sales counter, Coordinators and HR of CV Cucurutuku Ceria Sosgul Malang who are the planner of the improvement program and targets. The Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and field data collection. The data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, such as: data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by CV Cucurutuku Ceria Sosgul Malang to improve the quality of employee’s performance show: 1) through training or programmatic training related to technical matters such as: how to produce, service sales transactions and financial reporting. 2) Conducting employee discipline development such as: discipline for work attendance, services, and working hours. These are contained in standard operational procedures (SOPs) written in company’s regulations.

Abstract

Basically, the right to drop the divorce is in the hands of the husband, but as the leader of the husband's household it is not justified to commit violence against the wife, especially in terms of the wife's mentality because according to Islamic Fiqh, if the husband has dropped the word talak against the wife, it is said that he has fallen divorce. In this study, the authors took the formulation of the problem, namely: How is the Islamic concept of talak pledge, what is the concept of KHI about the talak pledge and how is the view of the Cukir ulama about the application of the talak pledge in front of the religious court. in front of a religious court or outside a religious court hearing, as well as their opinion on the imposition of divorce according to KHI. In order for this research to run in accordance with the objectives expected by the researcher, in this study the researcher used a qualitative approach with the type of field research research. Based on the available data, it can be analyzed that the Cukir ulama still adhere to classical fiqh, they do not agree with the obligation to pledge divorce in front of a religious court, they argue that divorce can fall anywhere without having to be in front of a religious court. The conclusion of this research is that according to the ulama Cukir talak it can fall anywhere, they take this opinion based on the alquran, classical fiqh, as well as their thoughts, experiences and knowledge.

Abstract

This study examines employee job satisfaction through authentic leadership practices, organizational-trust in leader and interaction between the two. The study was conducted at the STAI At-Tahdzib Jombang and took 23 educator and adminsitration staff randomly as sample of the study. The data were analyzed by simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderate regression analysis. The analysis shows authentic leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. The positive influence of authentic leadership on job satisfaction is lost when multiple and interacts with organizational-trust in leader. Organizational-trust in leader has a positive effect on job satisfaction. The positive effect of organizational-trust in leader on job satisfaction does not disappear when multiple and interacts with authentic leadership. Organizational-trust in leader has no effect of strengthening or weakening the influence of authentic leadership on job satisfaction. The interaction between authentic leadership and trust in organizational leadership has no effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Performance indicators for development activities are quantitative and qualitative measures that describe the level of achievement of a predetermined activity which is categorized into inputs, outputs, outcomes, benefits and impacts of regional development activities. This study specifically analyzes how: (1) the consistency between the Regional Expenditure Budget and the realization of the development budget in the Jombang Regency government's education sector from a financial perspective, (2) the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the development budget in the education sector which is allocated from the Budget Revenue Expenditures The area as seen from the realization of the budget, expenditure plans and realization of expenditure in the Jombang Regency government's education sector. Measurement analysis using the Balance Score Card method of financial aspects and Value For Money levels of efficiency and effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is consistency between the Regional Expenditure Budget and the realization of the development budget in the Jombang Regency government's education sector from a financial perspective, (2) the development budget in the education sector is allocated from the Regional Expenditure Budget from a financial perspective. budget realization, expenditure plans and realization of expenditure in the education sector of the Jombang Regency government are said to be efficient with a value of more than 90% and an effectiveness level of 100% taking into account the outcomes achieved

Abstract

he development is aimed at generating Local Content Curriculum Hadrah Art in State Government Elementary School Mandaranrejo Pasuruan. The specific objective is the development of local curriculum is to enable students to know and be familiar with the cultural environment and to conserve and develop the art of Pasuruan tambourine. In the systematic development of local curriculum in the subjects of art tambourine local content, the development model used is Beauchamp's System Model. The result of the development of local curriculum is shaped tambourine arts curriculum documents that form the syllabus and lesson plans that have been validated by a judgment of the experts, the curriculum experts and subject matter experts with the aim to see the practical feasibility of the model used.

Abstract

Education has principles place it upright in the material, interaction, innovation and ideals. As with any medicine, engineering or agriculture, respectively can not stand alone but rather a means by which practiced a number of science are closely related to each other and intertwined copy. Islam has a number of characteristics extracted from the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, as a source of Islamic teachings. Among the contents of Islamic education that is education of faith, amaliah education, scientific education, moral education and social education. Among one of the leaders of Islamic education was Abu Hamid Muhammad ibn Muhammad Al-Ghazali, he has thought with regard to aspects relating to education, namely the aspect of educational goals, curricula, methods, ethics teacher and student ethics. Turns education according to Imam Al-Ghazali remains actual until now to prove the Law on National Education System (Education) Chapter II, Article 3: "For the development of students' potentials to become a man of faith and fear of God Almighty". So it can be concluded that education according to Imam Al-Ghazali has six pillars as mentioned above.

Abstract

keberhasilan dalam mendidik anak didik diperlukan berbagai tehnik mendidik maupun prektek yang berlangsung terus menerus, karena mutu pendidikan berfungsi untuk membentuk watak anak didik agar menjadi manusia berakhlaq dab berbudi luhur yang didasarkan pada iman dalam kepribadian yang baik. Lembaga pendidikan agama adalah salah satu sarana untuk mencapai pendidikan yang diharapkan itu, dengan pendidikan agama diharapkan dapat mewarnai kepribadian anak, apalagi pengaruh lingkungan yang kuat di era globalisasi ini sangat mengkhawatirkan orang tua. Untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan itu maka orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Meskipun ada sebagian yang ditinggal kedua orang tuanya ke Malaysia, tetapi orang tua berharap semoga anaknya menjadi anak yang berilmu yang dapat mengangkat derajatnya.

Abstract

Secara umum Multi Level Marketing adalah suatu konsep bisnis alternatif yang berhubungan dengan pola pemasaran dan distribusi barang (produk atau jasa tertentu) melalui banyak tingkatan di dalam garis kemitraan. Adapun maksud tingkatan tersebut yaitu biasa dikenal dengan istilah Upline (tingkat atas) dan Downline (tingkat bawah). Sejarah bisnis pemasaran jaringan atau MLM dimulai pada tahun 1940-an saat Califiornia Vitamins merancang penjualan dengan sistem yang merangsang para pemakai (user) untuk mengajak pelanggan lebih banyak (rekrutmen) untuk memakai produk yang mereka pakai. Adapun secara global, sistem bisnis MLM dilakukan dengan cara menjaring calon nasabah atau masyarakat sekaligus berfungsi sebagai konsumen dan member (anggota) dari perusahaan yang melakukan praktek MLM. MLM untuk mendapatkan status Syariah harus berdasarkan FATWA DEWAN SYARIAH NASIONAL No : 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009 tentang PEDOMAN PENJUALAN LANGSUNG BERJENJANG SYARIAH (PLBS) yang salah satunya menyatakan bahwa transaksi dalam perdagangan tersebut (MLM) tidak mengandung unsur gharar, maysir, riba, dharar, dzulm,dan maksiat. Beberapa perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem MLM Syariah yaitu: Ahad Net Internasional; WarMAL; PT Mulia Sejahtera Network (MS-Net); PT Network Bhakti Persada; PT Multi Qreasi NetworkIndo (MQNET); PT Citra Niaga Abadi (CAN); dan PT HPA Indonesia (HPAI).

Abstract

Seiring dengan derasnya arus kompetisi global di dunia pendidikan tinggi pada milenium ketiga ini membuat banyak perguruan tinggi terutama PTAI di Indonesia acapkali kesulitan untuk mengikuti perkembangannya, terutama Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Swasta (PTAIS) yang notabene secara kualitas dan instrumentasi pendidikannya masih jauh dari apa yang diharapkan. Dampaknya, banyak di antara mereka yang mengalami nasib yang mengenaskan, atau ‘gulung tikar’. Realitas itu selanjutnya membawa dampak yang luar biasa terhadap munculnya image kesenjangan kualitas antara PTN dan PTS yang pada akhirnya memunculkan pandangan dikotomis bahwa PTN merupakan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki mutu yang lebih baik daripada PTS. Kondisi ini membuat masyarakat lebih percaya dan cenderung memilih PTN umum dibanding dengan perguruan tinggi Islam (contoh UIN), apalagi bila dibandingkan dengan perguruan tinggi internasional, baik di dalam maupun diluar negeri seiring dengan arus liberalisasi pendidikan dunia. Internasionalisasi pendidikan tinggi ke depan bukanlah suatu ironi. Tetapi realitas kekinian yang sudah semakin mengarahkan probability itu menjadi suatu kenyataan. Namun, Indonesia yang didukung oleh PTAI yang begitu besar haruslah menyiapkan perangkat kompetitif pendidikan tinggi Islam sedini mungkin sehingga ke depan PTAI di Indonesia memiliki good governonce system pendidikan tinggi yang unggul sehingga mampu berkompetisi di level internasional tanpa kehilangan Islamic morality character sebagai dasar aplikasinya.
