Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of return on asset (ROA), cash ratio (CR), and dividend payout ratio (DPR) variables on the stock price (SP) variable at the company banking which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with 3-yearsresearch period in 2019-2021. The population used in this research is 46 banking companys which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The Sampling technique used purposive sampling. Pursuant to technique of taking purposive sampling data obtained sample of 12 firms banking which is listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI). The data in the research used in the form of secondary data are financial statements of banking companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and processed with using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software. The results showed that the return on assets (ROA) positive and significant to the stock prices, cash ratio (CR) negative and not significant to the stock prices, dividend payout ratio (DPR) positive and significant to the stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Product Quality, Price and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions on Acer Aspire Laptops in Pontianak City. This type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are people in Pontianak City who use Acer Aspire laptops. The sampling technique used is acidental sampling, to determine the numberof samples calculated using the Lemeshow formula, 100 people were obtained as samples. Datacollection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method usesmultiple linear regression analysis and the researcher uses IBM SPSS 25 to process the data obtainedThe results showed that product quality, price and brand simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of acer aspire laptops in Pontianak. Variables of product quality, price, and brand image partially affect the decision to purchase acer aspire laptop in Pontianak. The value of the coefficient of determination (r2 Square) = 0.712, then the variables of product quality (X1), price(X2), and brand image affect the consumer decision variable to buy an acer aspire laptop in Pontianak City by 71.2% the remaining 28.8% by variable other.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work enthusiasm and enthusiasm on work performance at BPKAD Kab. Porcupine.This type of research is a survey where the collected information that has been obtained directly from all respondents uses a questionnaire as a tool in data collection. This research was conducted at the office of BPKAD Kab. Porcupine. The sample in this research amounted to 50 respondents using the saturated sampling technique or total sampling. The technique of data collection is done by techniques, observations, questionnaires, and surveys. The validity test uses the person correlation coefficient formula and the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha.Based on the results of data processing shows that the effect of enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work (X1) has an effect on work performance at BPKAD Kab. Porcupine. The results obtained from the multiple linear regression equation which got a Tcount value of 2.175 > 1.667. This means that enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work have a significant effect on work performance. From the results of the work performance variable test (X2), it has no effect on work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the level of community satisfaction. This research method uses descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used to analyze is the IKM analysis (Community Satisfaction Index) as stipulated in the Men.PAN decision No.14/KEPM.PAN/2017.Samples taken as many as 30 people. According to the Institute of State Administration, public service is a form of service activity carried out by public administrators as an effort to fulfill the needs of service recipients and to implement statutory provisions. If seen from the results of the research, it shows that the community satisfaction given is very good, but there are still sub-variables that must be improved. The author provides some suggestions and input to the village office of Antan Rayan which can be useful and beneficial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the 7P marketing mix has on the decision to purchase a Honda Vario125 motorcycle at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Melawi. In this study, it consists of two variables, namely the 7P independent marketing mix variables (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence), while the dependent variable is the product purchase decision. This researcher uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling using the Lemeshow formula (1997) in Murti (2013) obtained a sample size of 96.04 rounded to 100 to facilitate research. Collecting data using interview techniques, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Distribution of questionnaires using a questionnaire. The analytical tools in this study are validity test, reliability test, average test, interval class range, multiple regression test, classical assumption test (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity), and hypothesis test (t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test ). The results of this study indicate that partially or the 7P marketing mix t test does not fully influence the decision to purchase a Honda Vario 125 motorbike, based on the t test only the product indicator (X1) has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the Honda Vario 125. Meanwhile, simultaneously or test f shows that there is an influence of the 7P marketing mix variable on the purchasing decision of the Honda Vario 125, while the magnitude of the influence based on the coefficient of determination test is 23.8%.

Abstract

The research objective to find out about (a) how the transformational leadership style at PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Cilaki-Bandung, (b) how the performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Cilaki-Bandung, (c) how much the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Cilaki-Bandung. This research used the quantitative and descriptive analysis method. The object of this research is PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Cilaki-Bandung. The data source was a questionnaire by given to 98 respondents. Validity and reliability tests used in this study. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, simple linear regression. The results show the respondents to the transformational leadership style into good category to 80.71%, the respondents to the performance into very good category to 83.88%. The influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance amounted to 33.2% of the test results on the coefficient determination and t test showed that transformational leadership significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere indicatorsconsisting of exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display on purchasing decisions at the Mitra Utama mini market, Air Upas sub-district, Ketapang Regency. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The sample used is 105 people, using an accidental sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis,classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 statistical application. The results revealthat the coefficient of determination shows R square of 0.539, which means that store atmosphere affects purchasing decisions by 53.9% and theremaining 46.,1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The F test revealsthat the store atmosphere variable consisting of exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display simultaneously affects purchasing decisions. The t-test revealed that Exterior (X1), Store Layout (X3) and Interior Display (X4) partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while General Interior (X2) variables have no significant effecton purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and brand image on consumer buying interest in MS GLOW skincare products in Sintang. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Determination of the sample using the unknown population formula formulated by Frendy and obtained as many as 96.04 samples which were then rounded up to 96 samples. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Questionnaires were distributed by giving questionnaires directly to respondents. The data processing and analysis techniques used are reliability test, validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, f test, and t test. The results showed that advertising and brand image variables simultaneously influenced consumer buying interest in MS GLOW skincare products in Sintang. The advertising variable affects consumers' buying interest in MS GLOW skincare products in Sintang, and the brand image variable affects consumers' buying interest in MS GLOW skincare products in Sintang.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of the Kimia Farma TBK company by using appropriate analytical tools to measure how far the financial performance is carried out by comparing companies from the same sector, namely the pharmaceutical sector. There are two comparators chosen to compare Kimia Farma TBK companies. namely PT. Indo Farma TBK and PT. Kalbe Farma TBK. By using the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, Profitability, and Activity, it will find a value that becomes a benchmark in assessing the financial performance of Kimia Farma TBK company. And measure of the conditions experienced by Kimia Farma TBK company. Based on the results of the analysis and performance assessment of Kimia Farma TBK company obtained, it can be expected that the value obtained can balance PT. Indo Farma TBK and PT. Kalbe Farma TBK so that Kimia Farma TBK is said to have good conditions in competing in the pharmaceutical sector. And if the value obtained is not in line with expectations, then there needs to be an improvement from the Kimia Farma TBK company. in order to have optimal conditions in competing in the pharmaceutical sector which is written in the conclusion.
