Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of store atmosphere, servicequality and taste on the intention to return to Aming Coffee Podomoro. The research method used is aquantitative method with a descriptive research type. The population in this study were visitors toaming coffee who had visited at least 3 times 115 people and the sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is thevalidity test, reliability test, the analysis phase uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing uses the SPSS 23 program for windows.The results of this study indicate that the variable store atmosphere, service quality and tastehave a positive and significant effect on the intention to return to Aming Coffee Podomoro,simultaneously by 69.5%, while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other factors outside the studyThis. Store atmosphere, service quality and taste variables have a positive and significant effect on theintention to revisit Aming Coffee Podomoro

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on Company Financial Performance. The research object used is the banking industry with a total of 60 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010 - 2012. The independent variable in this research is corporate social responsibility disclosure, the dependent variables are return on equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has no effect on ROA with a significance value of 0.672 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on ROE has a significance value of 0.033 <0.05, which means that Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has an effect on ROE.

Abstract

Culinary UMKM also has a strategic role in strengthening the identity of the Indonesian nation. The elements of creativity in the culinary subsector are presented in terms of presentation, aesthetics, and local culture that encourages the taste so that it attracts public interest in buying.Product innovation is a step for entrepreneurs to be able to continue in the opportunity to maintain by applying the strategy of innovation in pandemic times such as this makes UMKM entrepreneur must innovate towards its product because innovation can give plus value to the product itself so that it can attract the attention of the consumers. UMKM enterprises can more freely promote social media than to take advantage of momentum, promotional measures in social media are also cheaper and more targeted. Social media can direct entrepreneurs to target markets that are appropriate according to age, and location, adapted to the products sold. This research is a type of survey using a questionnaire to the perpetrators of UMKM Kuliber cafe in Pontianak with several respondents of as many as 60 people under purposive sampling. The analytical method used was WarpPLS 6.0 in the SEM-PLS model testing. The results of this research showed that product innovation has a significant influence in terms of competitive advantage, and social media has a significant impact on competitive advantages

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of company size, profitability, and leverage on firm value. This research method is quantitative, with the number of samples in this study totaling 30 banking sector companies that use sampling techniques, namely the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, which aims to test the hypothesis in this study.The results of this study indicate that the firm size variable affects firm value, profitability affects firm value, and leverage affects firm value. Simultaneously, the three variables have an influence of 55.7% on firm value, and variables outside the study influence 44.3%.Keywords: Firm Size, Profitability, Leverage, Firm Valu

Abstract

The utilization of recent technology for MSME players is a crucial step for building business resilience. The initial purpose of this research is to grasp the effect of the model expansion of Unified Theory of Technology Use Acceptance (UTAUT) and user trust in adopting digital payment system known as Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) particularly on MSMEs actor located in Pontianak. The aim of research is to examine the MSMEs behavioural intention in adapting the QRIS payment system. The research methodology employed is quantitative research. Primary data is the result from obtaining the data through answered multiple-choice questionnaire filled by the respondents. Purposive sampling technique is selected to meet the research objectives by determine the respondents’ characteristics which is MSMEs actor that aware of QRIS payment system mechanism however remain not utilize it. The research model will be calculated using Warp PLS 7.0 as statistical Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tools. It was found that MSME actors were not influenced by social influence in generating interest in using the QRIS payment system in business processes.

Abstract

Capital market as the tool directing fund from the society to various investment sectors. The main thing investor want regarding to investing money in capital market is feeling safe with the investment. Investor who is investing with buying shares in capital market should analyize the company condition first in order the generate return. Generating return is the main goal for investor. This research aims to find out the influence of Earning per Share, Net Profit Margin, Price to Book Value, and Return on Asset towards stock return Pharmaceutical Company listed in BEI year 2018-2022. Sampling’s technique used was purposive sampling. Collecting data method was documentation technique. Analysis data technique was using multiple linear regressions. The results of this research are Earning per Share has no influence towards stock return, Net Profit Margin has positive influence towards stock return, Price to Book Value has positive influence towards stock return, and Return on Assets has no influence towards stock return.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of the Leadership Style of the Consideration and Initiating Structure on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in the LPP RRI Pontianak Office. This type of research is a survey using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees who worked in the LPP RRI Pontianak office with 60 respondents as the sample under study. The technique used is nonprobability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as samples and uses the purposive sampling method. The research variables are Leadership Style Consideration and Initiating Structure as independent variables while Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used by researchers is regression analysis using SPSS Version 18 The results of this study indicate that the variable that the Consideration leadership style has a positive impact on employee performance with a level of 95%. And the initiating structure leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance with a level of 95%. Then the variable of leadership style considering and initiating structure together has a positive effect on employee performance with a contribution of 57.7%,

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of online consumer reviews and product knowledge on the decision to buy a second laptop in Bukalapak. The object of the research used is a consumer who has purchased a second laptop in Bukalapak. The independent variables in this study are Online Consumer Review and Product Knowledge while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the Online Cunsomer Review (X1) coefficient value against Purchase Decision (Y1) of 0.531, which means that the better Online Cansomer Review read or obtained by the consumer will drive improved purchase decision of second laptop in Bukalapak.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Implora products, by considering the role of purchasing interest as a mediator in this relationship. This research was conducted using a sample of Implora lipstick customers in Pontianak City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The total sample was 145 people, data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling and data processing in this research uses WarpPLS 8.0. The research results concluded that price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Implora products. In addition, purchase interest is proven not to mediate the relationship between price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discounts & promotions on mediating trust in purchasing decisions when using the Shopee application. The sample used in research on online purchases on the Shopee application is 100 respondents. This study used a purposive random sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire distribution system to the object being examined. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, documentation studies, observations. The analytical method uses convergent validity tests, discriminant validity tests, and reliability and uses the Warp PLS version 7.0 program which aims to help identify that discounts and promotions are able to mediate trust in purchasing decisions that have a significant effect.
