Abstract

The current technological developments are no longer in doubt, even today technology has become a necessity in the sector of human life. Fingerprint is the only attendance tool that can meet data needs using only fingerprint verification. According to Hasibuan (2006194-198) good discipline reflects the magnitude of a person's sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him. In conducting research, an analytical method is needed related to the problems in this study. This study uses quantitative analysis with two variables using fingerprint and work discipline. According to Sugiyono (2012: 92) the results of data analysis were collected through distributing questionnaires formed through a measuring scale. Based on the research, it shows that the objective and ability variables significantly influence work discipline: It is known that the tcount value of the objective and ability variable is -2.205 while the ttable value is 2.02439. This means tcount -2.205 ttable 2.02439, so it can be concluded that the objective and ability variables significantly influence work discipline. In the X validity test (factors of work discipline) it is declared valid because it is seen from the r count r table (0.263), the validity test (fingerprint/moderation system) is declared valid because it is seen from the r count r table (0.263), and the Y variable test ( work discipline) is declared valid because it can be seen from the r count r table (0.263).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of DER and TATO on the Size of Banking Companies measured using ROA. The independent variables are DER and TATO, while the dependent variable is ROA. The sample in this study consists of 4 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period from 2014 to 2022. The results show that the DER variable has a significant negative effect on the Size of Companies, with a level of influence of 182.8%. Meanwhile, the TATO variable has a positive but not significant effect on the Size of Companies, with a level of influence of 38.3%. And DER and TATO jointly influence the Size of Companies by 65.8%.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is to determine the level of profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2022 (Case Study: PT ABM Investama Tbk). This study aims to determine the level of profitability of PT ABM Investama Tbk. The research method employed in this study is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis in this research utilizes Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research findings based on the calculations indicate that the Gross Profit Margin in 2018 amounted to 23%, in 2019 amounted to 18%, in 2020 amounted to 17%, in 2021 amounted to 36%, and in 2022 amounted to 36%, with an overall average of 26% and an industry average of 24.90%. The Net Profit Margin in 2018 was 9%, in 2019 was 1%, in 2020 was 6%, in 2021 was 18%, and in 2022 was 24%, with an average ratio of 12% and an industry average ratio of 3.92%. The Return on Assets in 2018 was 8%, in 2019 was 0%, in 2020 was 5%, in 2021 was 18%, and in 2022 was 17%, with an average ratio of 10% and an industry average ratio of 5.98%. The Return on Equity in 2018 was 27%, in 2019 was 2%, in 2020 was 23%, in 2021 was 52%, and in 2022 was 55%, with an average ratio of 32% and an industry average ratio of 8.32%. Abstract

This research process was carried out through the process of distributing questionnaires and direct interviews with customers and business owners of CV Lucky Putra Perkasa, Pontianak City. Even though this type of business is widely carried out in Pontianak City, researchers are interested in studying it. The main objectives of this research itself are (1) To determine the effect of service effectiveness on customer satisfaction in CV Lucky Putra Perkasa AC (air conditioner) service, Pontianak City, (2) To determine the effect of obstacles in improving service on customer satisfaction in AC (air conditioner) service. conditioner) CV Lucky Putra Perkasa Pontianak City, (3) To determine efforts to overcome the influence of obstacles in improving AC (air conditioner) service at CV Lucky Putra Perkasa Pontianak Branch. The data collection methods used are questionnaire methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The results of the research based on respondents' answers from the questionnaire show that overall the influence of the effectiveness of the service of AC (air conditioner) service personnel at CV Lucky Putra Perkasa Pontianak Branch is very good, the results of the research show that reliability, responsiveness, guarantee ( assurance), empathy (empathy) and physical evidence (tangible) based on the average of respondents' answers with a high interval rating scale between 61% - 80%.

Abstract

Research entitled the influence of social media brand equity on purchasing decisions was carried out to provide an overview of the social media that consumers choose to help them make purchasing decisions. uses a form of causality which states that the research is related to cause and effect research. The main variable or independent variable in the research is related to brand strength (X1), brand uniqueness (X2), and brand favorability (X3) while the dependent variable is the purchasing decision (Y) on the social media chosen to carry out product purchase transactions. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression, namely validity and reliability tests and continued using the classical assumption test or ordinary least squares (OLS) test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. The multiple linear regression test is related to the situation in providing an overview regarding the test of the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the number of respondents obtained using the accidental sampling technique, 98 people stated that social media which had been determined based on the highest rating for use in Indonesia in sequence, namely WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, had features that represented needs in the consumer process of making purchasing decisions starting from the favorable brand variable (X3) is 78.30%, then the strong brand (X1) is 55.70%, and uniqueness (X2) is 38.7% for purchasing decisions (Y) is 81.50%. So that social media brand equity, which consists of three categories, is stated to have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, respectively.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially smartphones, encourages people to decide to buy smartphones. In line with increasing competition in market share in Indonesia. However, in reality the Realme company is only ranked fifth in market share in Indonesia. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality and e-wom with brand image as mediation on purchasing decisions for Realme smartphone products. The independent variables of this research are product quality and e-wom. The mediating variable is brand image while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to Realme smartphone consumers in Pontianak City. The collected data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the WarpPls 8.0 application. The research results show that there is a direct influence between product quality and brand image. There is a direct influence between e-wom on brand image. There is a direct influence between product quality on purchasing decisions. There is a direct influence between e-wom on purchasing decisions. There is no direct influence between brand image on purchasing decisions. There is no relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions mediated by brand image. There is no relationship between e-wom and purchasing decisions mediated by brand image.

Abstract

This Islamic bank merger has a strategy, namely as a corporate action or an action taken which aims to achieve the company's desired targets and is able to increase value for stakeholders and have a positive impact on shareholders. So, if financial performance changes, these changes can be used to assess whether the merger will have a good impact on the company or not. One tool for measuring financial performance to see the level of management's success in managing the financial resources owned by the company is to use EVA and MVA. The method used in this research is the EVA, MVA and Paired Sample T-Test approaches. Where the Paired Sample T-Test is used to test two averages from two independent samples. From the results of research using the EVA and MVA methods it can be seen that the EVA and MVA of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk has a positive value. A positive EVA indicates that there is added value to the company, indicating the company's performance and a positive MVA indicates that the company management has succeeded in increasing the value of the company with the capital that has been invested by capital owners or investors. The difference in financial performance using the Paired Sample T-Test test at Bank Syariah Indonesia, there is a significant difference in financial performance which is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Rubber is one of the plantations with high economic value, rubber is also one of the plantations that is widely cultivated as a source of income. Rubber plantations are one of the livelihoods of the majority of the people of Tanggang Benua Village, Tanggang District. Rubber commodities in Jangkang District have quite large production, but their income does not match the production they get. This research aims to determine the farming experience and the number of dependents of families of rubber farmers who produce rubber in the village ofJangng Benua. This research was conducted in Jangjang Benua Village, Jangjang District, Sanggau Regency. This location was determined deliberately with the consideration that Jangkang Benua Village is one of the villages with quite large rubber production in Jangkang District. Data collection in this research was carried out using a survey method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample used in this research was 32 rubber farmers. 3 (three) variables are components in reviewing farmers' farming experience, the responsibilities of the farmer's family and the income received by rubber farmers. The longest farming experience undertaken by farmers is 18 - 28 years with an average income of Rp. 3,948,000, smaller than those with less experience. The maximum number of dependents in a farming family is 7 people and the income received is also the largest. From this research, it can be seen that the average production of rubber farmers in Jangkang Benua Village is 570 kg. While the selling price is IDR 7,000, the average income obtained by farmers is IDR 3,990,000.

Abstract

Financial reports are records of a company's financial information during an accounting period that can be used to describe the company's performance. The aim of this research is to find out how big the Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Time Interest Earned Ratio are at PT Astra Internasional Tbk for the 2019-2023 period. The tool used is financial ratios. In this research, researchers used quantitative data, namely in the form of financial reports at PT Astra Internasional Tbk. The research method used is a descriptive research method, namely a technique or method used by researchers to describe the actual subject and object. This research uses a single variable, with aspects of Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio. The results of this research show that the Debt to Asset Ratio level at PT Astra Internasional Tbk is said to be bad because it exceeds industry standards. On the other hand, the Debt to Equity Ratio is said to be good because it is below the existing industry standard average, while the Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio is said to be bad because it is above the industry standard.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence online customer reviews and online customer ratings have on purchasing decisions via the Shopee marketplace among FEB Management Study Program students, Panca Bhakti University, Pontianak. This research uses quantitative methods, with a population of management study program students from Panca Bhakti University, Pontianak who carry out online transactions on the Shopee marketplace and a sample of 130 respondents using purposive sampling. The test tools used are Validity, Reliability, Normality, Heteroscedasticity, Multicollinearity, coefficient of determination (Adjusted R), t test, and F test. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, supported by statistical tests, using the SPSS version 23 program. Based The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained a sig of Online Customer Review 0.000 < 0.05 and Online Customer Rating 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Online Customer Review partially influences purchasing decisions, and Online Customer Rating partially influences purchasing decisions.
