Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Persepsi Masyarakat Kecamatan Pontianak Barat Yang Menjadi Nasabah Terhadap Pelayanan Pada Kantor Cabang BNI Jeruju. Oleh sebab itu, dalam memberikan layanan hendaknya berpedoman pada: kepuasan total pelanggan, menjadikan kualitas sebagai tujuan utarna dalam layanan, membangun kualitas dalam sebuah proses, menerapkan filosofi kepuasan Anda adalah tujuan pelayanan kami, berbicara berdasarkan fakta, dan menjalin kemitraan baik internal maupun eksternal. Keluhan dari masyarakat di dalam melakukan administrasi surat menyurat berbagai kepentingan belum memenuhi keinginan dan harapan terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai nasabah. Keluhan ini tidak lepas dari semakin meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat yang menuntut adanya perbaikan layanan yang diberikan oleh kantor cabang BNI Jeruju Kecamatan Pontianak Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat tani terhadap tanaman biofarmaka di Kecamatan Pontianak Utara Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Pontianak Utara Kota Pontianak dengan alasan karena di Kecamatan Pontianak Utara merupakan sentra produksi tanaman biofarmaka dan wilayah potensial pengembangan tanaman biofarmaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat tani yang mengusahakan tanaman biofarmaka yang ada di Kecamatan Pontianak Utara, yakni sebanyak 81 orang petani. Terdiri atas petani lengkuas sebanyak 11 orang, jahe sebanyak 30 orang, lengkuas dan kencur sebanyak 15 orang, jahe dan kencur sebanyak 22 orang dan petani kencur sebanyak 3 orang jadi jumlah keseluruhan petani biofarmaka di Kecamatan Pontianak Utara sebanyak 81 orang. Penentuan sampel dengan cara sengaja yakni mengambil sebesar 50% dari jumlah populasi, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil 40 orang petani. Analisis data di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian berkenaan dengan persepsi masyarakat petani terhadap usahatnai tanaman biofarmaka di Kecamatan Pontianak Utara Kota Pontianak, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (1) Persepsi responden berdasarkan interaksi melalui 4 indikator dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Interaksi petani dengan petani lainnya yang berhubungan atau berinteraksi dengan petani lainnya dalam melakukan penanaman tanaman biofarmaka adalah baik. Interaksi petani dengan kelompok tani yang berhubungan atau berinteraksi dengan kelompok tani dalam melakukan penanaman tanaman biofarmaka adalah ragu-ragu/netral. Interaksi petani dengan penyuluh yang berhubungan atau berinteraksi dengan penyuluh lapangan dalam melakukan penanaman tanaman biofarmaka adalah ragu-ragu/netral. Interaksi petani dengan media sosial yang berhubungan atau berinteraksi dengan media sosial dalam melakukan penanaman tanaman biofarmaka adalah sangat baik. (2) Persepsi responden berdasarkan dukungan masyarakat melalui 3 indikator dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Masyarakat mendukung kegiatan dalam berusahatani tanaman biofarmaka adalah ragu-ragu/netral. Instansi / lembaga badan penyuluhan yang terkait selalu mendukung kegiatan berusahatani tanaman biofarmaka adalah baik. Petani mendapatkan motivasi dalam berusahatani tanaman biofarmaka (diri sendiri, keluarga, kerabat/masyarakat) adalah baik. (3) Persepsi responden berdasarkan minat petani melalui 4 indikator dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Pengetahuan petani berpengaruh dalam budidaya tanaman biofarmaka adalah baik. Pengetahuan petani terhadap sistem budidaya tanaman biofarmaka dan anorganik adalah baik. Pengetahuan petani terhadap tanaman biofarmaka adalah baik. Pengetahuan petani terhadap tujuan penanaman biofarmaka adalah sangat baik.

Abstract

This research entitled "Public Perception on Service Making From BRI Sekadau. Therefore, in providing services should be guided by: total customer satisfaction, making quality as the primary goal in service, building quality in a process, applying your satisfaction philosophy is our service purpose, speaking facts, and establishing partnerships both internally and externally. Complaints from the public in the administration of correspondence of various interests have not fulfilled the wishes and expectations of the needs of the community as a consumer. This complaint can not be separated from the increasing public awareness that demanded the improvement of services. Based on the results of research conducted there is a match between the level of performance and the level of importance is equal to 94.17 which means the services provided by has been very good because it is in the range> 85%. The dimension of service that has the highest level of compliance (Tki) is the dimension of Empathy (Emphaty), which is 98.09%, while the service dimension which has the lowest level of conformity is Reliability (Realibility), which is 91.61%. This means that the dimension of Empathy (Emphaty) has a much better performance compared to the other four dimensions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Self Efficacy and Perceived Organizational Support on the Performance of Employees of the Sanggau District Health Office. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study was 58 people, while the sample taken was 58 respondents determined based on the sensu technique. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely self-efficacy and perceived organizational support, while the dependent variable was employee performance. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), literature studies and documentation studies. As for the data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. This research has two output targets to be achieved, namely publishing scientific articles in accredited national or international journals as well as being a reference and evaluation medium for the Sanggau district health office in an effort to improve the performance of its employees. The results showed that Self Efficacy had a positive effect on employee performance (significance value 0.003 < 0.05) with a t value of (3.144) > t table (2.004) while Perceived Organizational Support had no effect on employee performance (significance value 0.221 > 0.05). ) with a value of t arithmetic (1.239) < t table (2.004), it can be concluded that the Perceived Organizational Support (X2) variable has no effect on the Performance of the Sanggau District Health Service Employees.

Abstract

Cooperatives in Indonesia are an economics movement of the Indonesian people who are democratic and have a social character. Cooperatives, in addition to the form of associations in which people who are economically weak work together to improve their destiny, are also businesses engaged in the economic field. That is, in addition to being and acting as an ordinary association, cooperatives also organize economic activities. Cooperatives Actually, it is said that Indonesian cooperatives have a social character, but Indonesian cooperatives should not ignore rational economic laws. Members of the cooperative cooperate in organizing production, buying, selling, savings and loans or credit, purchasing services and so on. The types of cooperatives that exist and develop today are: savings and loan cooperatives, credit cooperatives, production cooperatives, consumption cooperatives, multipurpose cooperatives. This study aims to find out what factors are considered by debtors in applying for a loan at CU Stella Maris in Pontianak. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The variables in this study are location, interest rate, guarantee, and service. The population in this study was debtors who borrowed from CU stella maris in Pontianak, the number of respondents determined was 30 respondents. Sample determination using nonprobability sampling, namely by purposive sampling, meaning the determination of the sample based on certain objectives and considerations. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using Cochran Q Test analysis. Research results Based on the results of the Cochran Q-Test test which was carried out as many as 1 test, it can be concluded that all respondents agreed to choose the attributes of location, interest rate, guarantee and service as attributes that are considered by consumers in applying for a loan at CU Stella Maris in Pontianak. This is evidenced by testing using Cochran Qtest, where in the submission, the results of Qhitung (6.30) < Qtabel (7.81) were obtained. In accordance with the results of these calculations and the hypothesis that has been previously stated, the four attributes above are considered valid as attributes that are considered by debtors in applying for a loan at CU Stella Maris in Pontianak.

Abstract

The emergence of many companies makes the competition more intense for the sake of the company's sustainability in the future. So the company must create innovation or company advantage over other companies. The company's performance can not be separated from the human resources in it with good performance will succeed in mastering the market share. Employee performance is inseparable from the existence of factors that can affect a person's performance, one of which is motivation. So that this research focuses on the analysis of the motivational factors of the employees of PT. Mitra Karya Sentosa Pontianak. The data resources used primary data that obtained by distributing questionnaires for 35 respondents, which was tested using the analysis of The Needs Theory from David Meclelland. The results of the research explain that the motivation for the need for achievement and togetherness is more needed in groups of 1 to 7 years of service. However, the need for power is not really needed because it has a relatively low average and is not much different between other groups.

This research has two output targets to be achieved, namely publishing scientific articles in accredited national or international journals as well as being a reference and media evaluation for the Sanggau District Health Office in an effort to improve the performance of its employees. The results showed that Job Characteristics had a positive effect on employee performance and Perceived Organizational Support had a positive effect on employee Performance of Sanggau District Health Office Employees.

Abstract

In almost all cities in Indonesia, there are shopping centers of various shapes and types. Malls, hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets or supermarkets are easy to find in every corner of the city. Shopping places or shopping centers such as malls, hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets or supermarkets that provide lots of daily necessities. This causes the competition for these retail companies to interact more tightly supported by very strong capital ownership in order to gain an advantage in entering a competitive market.The aims of this research are: (1) To find out the effect of the reference group on shopping decisions at your partner's supermarket in Pontianak. (2) To find out the effect of social class on shopping decisions at your partner's supermarket in Pontianak. (3) To find out the marketing mix on shopping decisions at your partner's supermarket in Pontianak. This research will be carried out from October 2021 to December 2021. The research method used is causal associative research while the method used in this associative research is a survey method. The data used in this research is cross sectional data. There are two sources of data used, namely, primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to consumers who shop at PT. Your partner Pontianak. Secondary data from this study such as data from the internet and newspapers. The regression method used is multiple linear regression method. The outputs generated from this research are: (1) able to provide information for practitioners in the field of marketing related to aspects that need to be considered in determining their target market. (2) The results of this research target will be included in an accredited journal (Jurnal Scientific Management, Mercu Buana University Jakarta, Sinta 2) which later this research can provide benefits to further researchers as reference material for conducting similar research. The results of the study show that many respondents shop at Mitra Anda Pontianak Supermarkets because there is a match between consumer expectations and desires. The researcher's suggestion is addressed to the Anda Mitra Supermarket Pontianak so that it further enhances the image of the Anda Mitra Supermarket Pontianak which is a public shopping place that does not limit incoming consumers, be it from the upper, middle or lower classes so that consumers if they want to shop at the Anda Mitra Supermarket Pontianak feel comfortable not influenced by the image that Mitra Anda Pontianak Supermarkets are only for the upper class. Researchers also provide suggestions. Maybe your Pontianak Partner Supermarkets make advertisements or billboards so that they can spread widely throughout the city of Pontianak.

Abstract

The Huff's Gravity Model is known for its function as a determinant of location that relies on the attractiveness of the location resulting from a comparison between the attributes of that location with the obstacles that must be traversed to reach that location. The attractiveness of a location is assessed from the attributes possessed by that location, while the obstacles that must be passed are the distance and the time taken by someone to reach a certain location. This study uses the Huff's Gravity Model to estimate attractiveness, intention, and frequency of visits to shopping centers by using two types of data on aspects of servants, namely actual (objective) data and perceived data (subjective). Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed using the principle of equivalence reliability to see results between actual data and perceived data, and applycriteria on-related validity to see the results between the calculation of the Huff's Gravity Modelwith measurements of attractiveness, intention to visit again, and frequency of visits to shoppingcenters

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the suitability of work placement has on employee performance at the Pontianak Main Branch Office of Bank Kalbar. This study uses quantitative methods, with a population of employees of the West Kalimantan Main Branch Office of Pontianak and a sample of 45 respondents with Accidental Sampling. The test tools used are validity, reliability, mean, simple linear regression and f test. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, supported by statistical tests, using the SPSS Version 25 program.Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the value of sig. for the variable X has an effect on Y of 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 89.200 > 4.07. Thus, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between the X variable (Fitness of Work Placement) and Y (Performance) at the Pontianak Main Branch Office of Bank Kalbar
